Six on Broadway

I am so happy to have seen this musical.
Being a big fan of girl groups like Little Mix I just had to love this show. I think those girls would create one amazing girl group too.
I was stunned by performances of the singers, they were all incredible and their vocal ranges were out of this world.
Also parts where they harmonized together left me in awe.
I loved the show and I can't stop talking about it to everybody I meet.

We wanted to love this show - we went in early September 2023. The great: The actresses were wonderful and had awesome voices. We liked the music. We liked the costumes and staging.
The VERY BAD: WAY TOO LOUD! We wish we had brought our swimming ear plugs. We literally couldn't hear well the entire rest of the evening. Our ears HURT, and everything was muffled for HOURS (we actually saw our ENT doctor a few weeks later to have our hearing checked!). Of the lyrics I could understand, they were very good and helped explain each wife's story (I have read a lot of Tudor history and thus am quite familiar with all 6 wives, but I certainly wouldn't have understood much from just this show because of the LOUD LOUD OVERMIC'D MUSIC). It's a shame since the show could have been a perfect 5 if the band hadn't overwhelmed the singers and the show hadn't been overmic'd. Change that and SIX would be perfect.

Das Musical an sich ist sehr gut. Tolle Show! Allerdings sind die Mitarbeiter das unfreundlichste was ich je erlebt habe. Wenn man hier herkommt, muss man sich auf die Show konzentrieren - die Mitarbeiter sind eine Katastrophe. Man wird sehr laut und unbegründet angeschrien. Wäre meine Frau nicht dabei gewesen, hätte ich das Theater direkt vor der Show wieder verlassen ... ganz schlechter Umgang mit den Gästen ... wirklich das unfreundlichste Personal was ich in meinem Leben erlebt habe. Daher leider die schlechte Rezension.

Finally checked out what the rave was all about. The ladies and the casting was on point. The vocal range and musicality were evident. But yes, it’s a linear musical of reimagined history. And shout out to the band as well!

I absolutely LOVED this show! It's about the six wives of King Henry VIII. They perform as if they are a rock band in search of their lead singer. The one who had the worst time with henry gets to be the lead singer! It was told from a different perspective than usual and had a lot of great music and comedy. I actually won the lottery for tickets which I highly recommend trying if you are local and can go the next day and if you have the patience to keep trying! It's definitely a great way to see this show if you are on a budget because lottery tickets are $35 including fees!

One of my favorite Broadway shows! If you haven’t been yet, you definitely need to check it out! Such amazing performers, great songs, and a fantastic experience! Felt a lot more like a concert than a Broadway show - was so energetic and fun! Would recommend you listen to the soundtrack before you go so that you can follow along and enjoy like we did!

This was just... such an incredible experience. I never thought I'd have been able to see them in person, and if not for the lottery I don't think I could've. One of the best shows I've ever had the privilege of watching on Broadway. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to experience it!
