Pizza Hut Toronto

The lady over the phone was/is very rude. I had a credit on my account for a large pizza and even though it was an online order where the order history is saved (meaning I had all the information regarding the credit , in additional to being attached to my phone number) she kept telling me that her system is showing something different. It’s funny because she is the same lady that gave me credit on October 10th.— Same voice, same disrespectful tone and manner. Rather than arguing with her, I took her offer of $10 credit rather than credit for the large pizza. I plan to ensure my online orders do not go back to this location. Seems like she is the customer service person and I rather not deal with her.

I came here for ist time. A girl at counter is amazing she know her job very well. Great suggestions for food and toppings as I do not know much about pizzas.. I really love the pizza.. will definitely come back..

The service is so bad, especially from the workers there.. , they are so rude .. we tried to talk to them at least to apologize!! But they never even we left the store as they kicked us out ..

They are very mean and rude the way that they were talking to the customer was unbelievable and disrespectful, they start instructing is so badly, they didn’t use any nice words , I don’t know what is customers service that they are giving, we were with 4 kids and all kids now very frustrated and feel super scared because them , also they refused to give their name , we will contact the company to do big complain about them

I ordered a pizza and called to have one of the pizzas changed. The lady kept me on the phone saying she didn’t have my order. I hung up and called Back immediately she said I have your pizzas In the oven and no changes can be made. They lie and will yell at you and take no fault. The worst place I have dealt with. They will yell at you and say they didn’t do anything. I will not take being lied to and yelled at.disputing customer service.

Walk in for a personal pizza for 2.49 , walk in and it's "sold out" they don't have it anymore , which is a pure technique to lure people in.

What you mean it's sold out ? Does the dough pizza and sauce just not exist for the smaller pizza ?

Signs in windows advertising walk in specials that they’re not prepared to sell to customers when they walk in. Typical 2023 Canadian customer service you come to expect from the same folks that work at every Tim Hortons now too. Save your time and cash and just go to a place that actually wants to serve you pizza.
