We bought a sandal.and it was uncomfortable for my daughter.so I decided to return it. When I went there to return they did not accept it because she wore and tried at home. She tried and it was uncomfortable and now it is no use of us.Think about it before buying from here.

I always end up disappointed whenever I go in this branch. The staff are totally not interested to assist at all especially if you do not want to buy from the brand that they are assigned too. Staff gossips a lot with each other.

Thanku so much Gavin he is the area manager such a nice guy he helped me out I have lost my slips for a kids bag it was more then 14 days old but he helped me in changing bag as school said no trolly bag allowed so It was useless they refused to changed then I tolked to him and he managed it so humbly really appreciated thanku Gavin thanks alot
Wery disappointed whit the service, and problem resolving structure. I have bought toy for my child and when I was about to pay the price on the item was wrong, as the POS was showing different price. Now cashier is making announcement to whole shop for the supervisor to come to the POS. First person arrives after few minutes (wrong person), now again a announcement for different person, nobody shows up, now we are still waiting queue at the till is getting longer and longer and we have to stand there like we did something wrong. Advntualy the right person comes, just so that she can tell us it was a mistake and we have to pay the price on the POS wich is more ofcourse. Now I accept that, but what i cant except is that is wasted 10 -15 minutes to pay a single item.
Another my to-go brand for clothing items. Their diverse clothing line is always a good sight to see. I like Iconic, Lee Cooper, Splash, and Lifestyle section. There also Urban, Youth, Kappa, Maternity, and Kids options.
This store in Ibn Battuta Mall Persia Court is always having a good sale or discount. After shopping you can chill at Starbucks or Cafe Illy.
