Sydney Roof Racks

I have purchased prorack from here. Good customer service with reasonable price.
Broad range of products could be the main reason for this place.

Friendly helpful service provided.
Spent a lot of time looking for a way to unlock an old bike lock.
These guys were able to provide a new key, or had suggestions on where I could try next had they not been able to help.

The product looks like of excellent quality and roof rack installation was ok. I would give them a 5 star if they had a 5 star customer service, I asked for advice on how to install the straps and salesperson showed no interest and didn't me give me any explanation on how to use it, like here you go your receipt and manual, see ya mate...

Not reviewing any products i am sure the products are good. I’m merely reviewing poor customer service by the sales person where he made me felt uncomfortable in store. Off the bat he called my car a really old car (it’s a perfect condition 2014 Prado Kakadu). Even keeps arguing that it’s just call Prado, not Toyota land cruiser Prado. He was searching for the official name so I gave him the official make and model. I don’t know what beef his got against me. When he quoted the rhino rack he was short and uninterested, sounded like I was wasting his time. I was recommended here by a friend and I have cash ready to spend but Sorry, you just lost my business.

I have gotten heaps of stuff from these guys over last 15 years, and always great service. Most recently asked about parts for roof racks I didn't get from them and they were at least 10 years old. Without hesitation told me I was asking about wrong parts, then asked for photos to identify correct model and spares. Did that and in less than 12 hours a response and a link to a supplier in Sydney who had stock. Like who does that!! So awesome!!

Purchased a set of Thule roof racks and a roof box here last week. Great, friendly service and installed on the spot. The racks were very competitively priced and whilst the box was slightly cheaper elsewhere, I still purchased everything from here due to the genuine level of service and product knowledge (hard to find these days). Highly recommended.

Steve shop1auto did an amazing job. Perfect neatly fitted and the best part is his A’ in customer service, we had a very nice informative chat he gave me advises with regards to towbars, cars and racks very professional friendly! To top it is their aftersales service two later since got it fitted i had some trouble with my trailer lights and mount my bike rack, called him up, brought the car and trailer to the shop he fixed everything with no extra charges very thankful indeed thanks Steve and keep it up shop1auto👍
