Unpleasant Experience! The store manager is not efficient and has no sense of handling customers and they're asking to leave to customer. Also they don't have the any system for stacking the products and due to their mistake the product is damaged and recovering cost of the damaged products from innocent and genuine customer. Pathetic customer experience

Staff are soooo rude to their customers they don't have a bit guts to apologise to their customers after misunderstanding and also they forcefully recover money for damage products. Very very bad experience.

Very very very bad service, Alpha one shows take some serious action against them, Miniso as brand is incapable for servicing customers. Disappointed

Pathetic experience. Staff and even the manager is lacking basic communication skills as well as managing customer, critical situation. Have paid money for a product which was already damaged. No sense of gratitude towards customer. Miniso as a provider should consider such reviews of customers and take necessary action. Tho not expecting Miniso to react on this as this is how they treat their customers. Unsatisfied, disappointed.

U found new things to buy, New varieties related to women and men, kids products and also you find cute soft toys.

Bhavesh and Arun named staff are very rude . They claimed that we had stolen a candle price without any evidence or proof . They also did not apologise after showing evidence of buying the product .
