The place is nice and spacious. They offer a huge variety of items, from cosmetics, household goods, clothings and footwears, groceries, baby and kids stuff, and much more. I visit this place with my wife every now and then. However, I had an unpleasing experience today.

First, they made me wait for a while while searching my relatively big shoes number. They manually searched the pile of boxes for 15 minutes, it's like they don't have an inventory list or something. Later on, I was on the seafood section, ready to scale my frozen steamboat ingredients. But no one is on duty, and I had to wait some more after asking a nearby staff that don't have access to it. It doesn't stop there. A steamboat needs some enokitake, and they do have them, cool. Unfortunately, they're already expired exactly one week ago. Yuck. Lastly, the cashier. It was Saturday noon, and they only had one operational cashier, just one.

This is probably the most exclusive and fanciest super market in this area. Unfortunately the number of visitors is slightly decreasing. Many items are sold at quite cheap prices, not all of them are super expensive. Even when cooking oil was hard to find, I found it here. Are people less confident visiting this supermall?

Nice people flow even on week end and crowded season. Prices are relatively Affordable. Not so much option for vegetables, but local fresh fruits are very good quality here. For foreigners or tourist who wants to drop by and fill their tummy, here also a food bar with great food selection and affordable prices. Nice place to bring your family and play with the kids at their kids city zone

spacious parking lot, but arid when sunny day. the atmosphere inside is cozy, comfortable for shopping with your family, not boring like another hypermarket. Carrefour's Nasi Goreng is delicious..

When you shop here, you feel like you're in 5stars shop. It's clean, huge and shop assistants are very friendly.

They also sell discount books, not many but I get many good books here.

The restroom is superb and fragrant and praying room is divided for men and women as well as the ablution. The praying wear is always fresh and molto fragrant 😊.

What I don't like is, it's expensive for grocery well it's worth paying with the facilities they provide. Parking area is also Okey. But now they charge you 3 hours for Rp 2000 and if you stay longer you must pay Rp 3000 for every hour you spend here. 😢
