A tiny museum with some historical exhibits. The best thing about it - it's free. We quite enjoyed walking around the couple of rooms and studying the exhibits. The museum is in a small park where you can take a rest on a hot day.

Its a must when you are in Turkey. Cappadocia is the town and Urgup is the place completely depends on the weather. Book in advance to get a better price or else closer to the date you will end up paying more. In the end there is a little thank you from the captain by offering a certificate and non alcoholic champagne. The view is to die for. A perfect place to propose and photoshoot

We actually went here having seen a positive review, but sorry to say were sadly disappointed. Entrance is free, but really there is very little to see, a few coins, clothes, pottery, weapons, stones etc. I had been expecting to find something more interactive with information on local cave life, but there was nothing of the kind. The staff were friendly, but free parking in the town near here was not possible. If you are walking around the town, you could stop by, it is next to the public park, otherwise I would not bother.

Judging by the history of the area, the museum could be more comprehensive... It's too small. It can be visited in 15 minutes...
