Small yet interesting museum worths a visit, especially if you are looking for a place somewhere silent to avoid crowd of Nanjingdonglu.

Nice to see some displays from up and coming artists. Some of the video displays are quite useful as both a visual spectacle, and as a learning tool for when I work on my mandarin.
Relatively small but beautiful with taste design museum!
Really amazing art gallery, we loved the exhibition. Not too big, into took us about 2 hours to see everything. No English descriptions next to the artwork, but if you scan the QR code next to the image title on your WeChat it will show a few details about the artist.

Ticket costs 50RMB (really high for a museum). Gallery is on the second thru fifth floor. Three floors were empty and they said the empty space was art... what kind of scam is this? Looking at the other reviews, seems like they are artists. Coincidence? Probably not. Stay away from this scam and save yourself some money.
Very solid contemporary art venue in Shanghai. Good shows and amazing space. Do not miss the rooftop terrace with its views over the river and Pudong. Entry ticket can be redeemed for a free coffee upstairs.
