This was quite an average cafe I wouldn’t say it was worth all the hype it has received. Me and my boyfriend went purely for the Beatles themed coffees but they didn’t look to recognisable, the drinks and food tasted nice nonetheless. The staff weren't very welcoming or friendly to be honest so the experience wasn’t very great.

A pretty standard cafe inside the ferry terminal with great service. Very busy due to ferry terminal and general volume of tourists so took a little longer than your usual coffee shop to get your drink but to be expected in my opinion. Coffee was good quality and sweet treats on offer were good - reasonably priced.

Overprices, crummy, cheap seating, no atmosphere, staff the same. Go across the Road to L1 and get more reasonably priced food and a better selection. This place and it's nasty seating is like a 70's greasy spoon cafe. Rubbish menu. Not impressed!
Ripping of the tourists.

We went just for the face on the coffee and was very disappointed, take a look at the photos I've added. The girl on the pick drinks collection was awful, no smile or customer interaction, getting all the orders mixed up not knowing which ones she had done. So not the best experience unfortunately.

Delightful little cafe. Run by caring staff. We had coffee and sandwiches which we were sharing between the two of us. While I was fumbling with the change the lady cut the packed sandwiches and presented them on two plates. This was such a caring touch. You don’t expect this. The coffee also came with a little present of a square of chocolate. Well worth a visit.
