Good building, but very bad parking slots around it.
Place is fine agents are horrible,30000 dhs apartment,Asking 4 type of deposit which is around 6000 and the commission is asking 3000. Here usually the commission is5% and the deposit is 5%
It's affordable, accessible and has the necessary amenities that make life easy
I am owner of an Appartment and it stinks as the ventilation system doesn't work. I have tried everything and the maintenance team doesn't care. Avoid the building at all costs.
