The Phoenix Apartments

This is my first apartment, I was clueless on most of the process, but the ladies in the office are so helpful. They are what made up my mind about living here. I hope to have many happy memories here.

The two ladies that I talk to amazing they answered all my questions that I needed to ask. They were very welcome very warm. Would definitely recommend these two for any questions that anyone might have.

The staff is excellent Ms Robin ,and all of the crew are good folks genuinely no faking, they are there whenever I need to vent ,or anything else that I may need and I appreciate them sincerely! Dee

Keri, Suzi, and everyone who works here have gone above and beyond to make the complex a great place to live. The complex is under new management that began right before the hurricanes struck, and management has not stopped trying to improve the complex since. Management keeps everyone updated on ongoing projects through email and text message. After the hurricanes, we had an issue with our shower. We put in a work order request, and it was fixed that very same day. When the roof was being repaired, our AC had gone out and the entire AC/heating unit was replaced the day we reported it, as well. Management has been wonderful and I cannot thank them enough! This is a great community to live in- everyone is friendly, and the grounds are well kept. Thank you so much to the Phoenix management and staff!

I only lived at The Phoenix for a few months before my career led me to a new city, but my time there was great. Honestly the best experience I’ve had and I’ve been renting for years. The apartment was really spacious and updated, the grounds were well kept, and the diverse community was very welcoming. I had great neighbors who had great pets, so if you have animals they will have PLENTY of friends to play with. Shortly after I moved here new management was hired and Keri and Suzie Steele were ALWAYS AMAZING. They really are angels. Always friendly and professional, maintain great communication with the residents, and were very prompt with maintenance requests and addressing concerns. They do a great job running the property and definitely deserve a raise for all their hard work! I would for sure live here again if I ever found myself back in Lake Charles.

I have been here since early July. This place is such a fresh breath of air for me. It is so clean that when I see any piece of trash on the ground, I pick it up myself. Anything that I have asked them to fix was fixed right away. Not when they felt like it. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming. I give a high amount of gratitude to Ms. Suzie Steel. She works in the office, and around the property, but she took the time to help me put together my roller skates! My apartment felt like having a new place built just for me when I entered. Everything is clean, updated, and in proper working condition. The ground is so well maintained here that if I should fall and hurt myself, it would be because I was having too much fun and going too fast while roller skating! Not because of potholes. The price... well you will have to come in and speak to Ms. Keri. She is very easy to talk to and makes moving in possible for you. I like that there's a no noise after 10 rule. I love that it is so quiet here you want to go to sleep at night from boredom. I love it!!! Come in and talk to either of the ladies I mentioned. Maybe you can be the next tenant to give them a definite thumbs up!!! Tell them I sent you. Nothing is in it for me. I just like to share when I find a good thing. See you soon!😃

Oh my God this was the best apartment I have ever stayed in in Lake Charles Louisiana with the friendly yet helpful staff property manager that gives so much love so much help so much guidance in renting a apartment I can't say anything really bad about this apartment complex everyone there made me feel like family which every apartment should and prior to my expectations they have reached them Beyond measures I am so grateful for the friends I made there and the love I got from there this will always be my home away from home thank you so much again Phoenix apartment for all y'all have done for us we love and will miss you so much
