I worked with Kushang who has been one of the more knowledgable and relatable recruiters I've worked with. He was very kind and understanding of what I was looking for. He sent over great interview tips and the check in/follow ups were always timely and supportive. I was able to ask all the questions I needed to make sure I was making the right choice in switching my job and am so glad I had him as a resource to help. I've already recommended my friends and family to him, keep up the great work!

I had a great experience with Impact Recruitment. Highly recommend them! They are relentless in their efforts and do not give up until you've secured a job you like. The staff are super friendly and the advice and support I received from them was very useful. They also follow up with you even after you start working and until your probation period.
I tried various recruitment companies, but this is the second time I successfully secured a job through Impact.

I had a phone interview with Ria Acevedo on July 24 at 3:15pm. The service wasn't the best so she asked me if we can reschedule to July 26 at 9am. I told her yes.

On July 26, I waited for a phone call but nothing for an entire day. She wasted my time, didn't even bother replying to email to confirm to reschedule.

Bad service

It was amazing to have Impact Recruitment helping me find a new job. Senior Recruiter Elliot was very attentive and kind. Found me a job quick and nicely. He understood what I wanted and avoided me and hiring companies to waste their time with no matches. The company is very professional and know what they are doing. Super recommend!

Can I just say that Rachel is absolutely amazing! We did our interview. She found out my personality type and what I bring to the table. She lined up a few more interviews. Then she got me my dream job! I can't even believe it, truly a dream!!!! And from what I can tell, the company I am now working for needed someone with my skillset and probably would not have found a more capable person for the role without her help!
I am just so grateful for everything!
