The Elms At Kingstowne

We loved our time here. It's pet friendly, right next to paths for walking and biking and, in our experience, totally pest free. The management office was always friendly, quick to respond to requests and easy to deal with. The grounds are meticulously maintained and landscaped. Our loft unit was a dream apartment. Kingstowne is a great neighborhood and full of military personnel which makes for a quiet and safe vibe.

When I first looked at this apartment I loved how close it was to many restaurants and stores. Once we looked at our apartment, I instantly wanted to say yes because we weren't looking for a loft style apartment but this place was super spacious and all the appliances were great. Definitely recommended living here

The Elms is wonderful community and a great place to call home! The staff is always so helpful and work hard to ensure our needs are met. The amenities are wonderful and the location is ideal, close to so many great shopping areas and restaurants. I would definitely recommend living here to my friends and family.

I have lived at the Elms Kingstowne for three years now. It’s a very nice safe area. Great schools. It is such a wonderful place to live everyone in management and maintenance is always so nice and helpful. We are so blessed to call this place home. It is very family friendly safe and a very clean property.

The Elms at Kingstowne staff make our apartment home 🏠 living experience the best. Our apartment is well equipped and comfortable with excellent facilities and amazing dedicated maintenance and front office teams of caring, responsive professionals. A great place to consider if you have fur family members with plenty of areas to walk our pups and discard their waste safely. We totally recommend checking the complex out if you are settling in the Kingstowne community. Simply a great place to live in Fairfax County. 😊

My experience at the elms has been amazing im going on my second year now and I have no complaints. All the amenities are amazing my favorites happen to be the gym and the pool.

The Leasing team and maintenance team has been very supportive with all my needs and request thus far. Big shout out to Dawn and Brook for always raising the bar and all your super creative ideas at the elms.

The location is perfect as everything is super close mall, gym, hospital, walking trails, schools, supermarket etc 5 min drive or less!

I would definitely recommend this apartment community. The leasing staff is very responsive and friendly and they really make this place feel like your home. Not only is the leasing staff great but the maintenance staff is incredible as well. They are very helpful and get the job done quickly and efficiently. The community is also very clean and the apartments are very spacious. I really enjoy living here and glad to call this place my home.
