Had a fantastic solo visit yesterday. Wanted to get in some cardio and sightseeing. Trust me! This pier needs to be on your bucket list of NYC locations to visit. The view is simply gorgeous. Tribeca has always been one of my favorite areas to come visit during the summer. As a Borough of Manhattan College Alumni graduate; I have spent many of spring & summer mornings gazing out into the sky and watching the cruise lines + yachts. There are restaurants available on the pier, as well as many within the area. There is a Whole Foods very close by if you want to grab some treats, and beverages to keep you hydrated before heading over to the pier. You can bring a small blanket if you like to lay out in the grass or sit in one of the many designated areas filled with benches to enjoy the scenery. This pier is absolutely kid friendly! In fact many of the summer programs within NYC use areas throughout the pier to engage children in outdoor learning activities. This is pier is baby friendly as well; and depending on the time & day- you will see activities with parents and small children engaging in “learning through play” and other bonding resources for families. The area is very safe and the pier also has restrooms incase you’re worried about that. There is minor construction taking place as they expand the pier; however it won’t interfere with. Whenever I go to this area I typically spend my entire day because it’s so relaxing and rejuvenating. You will see all walks of life; from physical fitness, skateboarding, volleyball, miniature golf, sunbathing, and much more. Lots of space to run, and explore. To reach this pier you can take the 1,2,3 trains to chambers street and then walk. There is also other means of transportation to reach the pier such as port authority and it’s directly off the west side highway.

Absolutely breath taking view my favorite pier in Manhattan !! The best pier in NYC !! There’s always a part of the parks areas for everyone offering a skating park to a children playground, down to golfing and restaurants. A treasure !

Cheap and amazing experience. Personally, I was expecting something more exciting with the golf courses but they were nice anyway

A small, but beautiful park. I truly love this park and despite being in an incredible part of town it doesn't seem to get crazy busy (for NY standards). You can nearly always find a bench of place to sit and the views of the water and the boats are just lovely.

What a very cool park to visit.

Our expectations were low as we came here, just thought it was a small area for kids and what not. Boy was I wrong.

This pier includes, a playground, splashpad, sand box, mini golf, park area with benches to relax and watch the water with cover from trees, lawn bowling, beach vollyball and a nice boardwalk to walk the pier.

There are a couple restaurants off of the pier on some boats as well if thats what you're looking for.

It was a very lively area when we visited on a Saturday night. Big lineup for mini golf on the hot July night.

Very cool area though, would recommend to visit when the sun is setting on a nice summer evening.

5/5.

Fantastic place to spend the day outdoors. It's clean with an array of things to do from Skateboarding, Beach Volleyball, Mini Golf, to lots of children's outdoor areas (water park, sand box area, rock climbing,) and free fishing on selected days! We caught an American Eel on our 1st try. There's a restaurant on Pier 25 (haven't tried it yet). We spent an amazing day in the city with an out of the city feel!
