A nice experience. It was fun to see the view from the canal. The audio tour was a bit dry but the experience was worth the price.
Conveniently located from where we stayed, and easy to buy tickets just a few minutes before the boat was scheduled to leave. Nice view from the canals and good introduction to the city. Not the most personalized tour because it was all prerecorded but nice that they offered audio recordings in ~20 languages. My only complaint was that the price was higher than what I was expecting from the website (30 euro each, not sure how that compares to other companies). They offer to buy snacks from them but you’re also welcome to bring your own food and drink which was nice. Bathroom available on board. Would recommend if you can afford it but I did notice a few signs for cheaper canals tours walking around the city and I imagine they’re all somewhat similar.
Nice company. Good organisation. Great service. Clean boat with toilet facility. The captain is very knowledgeable about the history of the city and canals, ships and buildings.
