Не дивлячись на труднощі з використанням мобільного додатку (мабуть через проблеми зі звʼязком мобільного інтернету) ми впоралися досить добре завдяки допомозі працівників готелю. Дякуємо за сервіс!

Ga hier niet parkeren als je geen gast bent! De lift van de parkeergarage is verouderd en werkt niet, we hebben meerdere uren ‘s nachts moeten wachten omdat de lift niet werkten en er werd nul service door het hotel aangeboden! Dus nee geen aanrader
Super easy mit der App gebucht. Einchecken bzw. reinfahren ging ohne Problem.

awful, I don't understand the positive reviews.
First off: the entrance isn't clearly marked at all and is very recessed (at least 8 meters back from the street).
The entire garage REEKED of trash because the hotel that the garage belongs to stores it's trash bins right at the gate. The entire upper garage smelled awful.
Concerning handling: The gate opening using the app worked great at the start (stay tuned).
Nowhere in the app did it state, that there was gonna be an car elevator with very very little space. A larger SUV (BMW X4) is almost exactly what fits in the elevator, anything past that is too wide.
The entire parking area is incredibly narrow and tight. Vicky reserved parking spaces are too small and too short for an X4.
Standing perfectly, there are about 5 centimeters left and right to the line (see the picture, both sides looked like this) and the rear reaches about 20 centimeters beyond the line.
We were first in the parking space and got parked in very tightly by others. Right behind the parking spaces is a large support beam that makes backing out of the space extremely difficult. It took more than 5 minutes with backup cameras and careful maneuvering.
the exit/stairwell isn't clearly marked either (it's the red door recessed next to the parking spaces). Re-entering the space is possible by opening the gate in the app.
Now, when we wanted to leave the upper stairwell door was closed and we were lucky a hotel employee was right nearby. The app doesn't mention the hotel at all, i wished it said something about the location (elevator, hotel, reception for assistance). After entering and maneuvering (as stated above), we went upstairs where another BMW SUV (X5) greeted us. It didn't fit the elevator, we had to somehow maneuver these 2 boats inside the upper garage that's tightly parked left and right with an added wall for more fun.
After navigating this mess too and turning both cars, the exit didn't open because I had left the exit page in the app open. I selected "exit the garage" which then brought up a list of what to do. I left it there, we started the turning and such - which took about 10 minutes - so I was directly in front of the gate. I tapped "open barrier" which then errored and said "booking state doesn't allow opening of barrier". Exiting out only offered something like "end booking" which stopped the entire process and offered to print a receipt. Opening the gate wasn't possible anymore. I then asked hotel staff and the opened the gate.
Luckily this was the last issue and we were free to go.
Yes, it's the cheapest option, yes it's very central, no it's not worth the hassle in my eyes unless you drive a subcompact or at most a wagon, no SUV.

Zeer tevreden van deze parkeerplek. Zeer veilige en rustige parkeerplek in Centrum Amsterdam. Makkelijk te bereiken en 90 euro voor 3 dagen was niet duur voor deze locatie.
Ik wist enkel niet dat ik diende uit te checken, dus de parking al 4 uur vroeger verlaten als gepland. En ineens kreeg ik thuis de melding in de app parkeertijd overschreden verhoogd tarief geld nu. Dit was wel enorm enkele euro's voor enkele minuten. Maar bericht via de app en werd meteen stopgezet en terug gezet naar afgesproken tarief. Bedankt voor de topservice!

Hoge doorrijhoogte, op loopafstand van het Museumplein, redelijke prijs, maar je moet wel een app downloaden. Als je belt met een probleem wordt je goed geholpen.
A great parking experience, it is very close to the Van Gogh Museum, and the price is cheap (4.45 Euro/hour, 30 Euro for one day). To use this parking garage, you must first download an app （called vicky）, reserve parking on the app (the time can be changed), use the app to open the garage door, and the vehicle will take the elevator, which is really a special experience.
