My dad used to take us here all the time as a kid back in the mid 80s. It was a fun experience as a kid then and I'm sure it is the same now.
All the trails are well maintained. There is plenty of shade. Along the trails are many signs with information about animals and plants. The staff are very helpful. The bathrooms are very modern and clean.
