I really love this place. Food is fantastic, affordable, really good specials with free delivery. Staff are just beautiful, too. Remembering specific orders and are just friendly and warm.

Food not value for money. Pork undercooked and sauces too salty. Grilled beef salad was good. Spring rolls, pork skewers and chicken with crispy mint leaves average to poor.

Service was good, food took 10 minutes to prepare but for 2 mains, rice and spring rolls it cost $94.50!!!. I was in a hurry so didn't think about checking prices but $28.50 for Magnolian lamb with more sauce than food and 9.00 for spring rolls..... absolute robbery and I would never go back again. I could have gotten a really good restaurant meal for that. Really upset and I will tell my friends and they will tell theirs!! Lesson learnt check prices!!!!
How they stay in business is beyond me but I saw two people dining in tonight...so there you go....

For $26.80 (Uber) the Vietnamese Hot Pot on Uber Eats was average at best. It was mostly just rice, with few pieces of chicken or mushroom. At this price you would expect a quality meal with decent portions, but it just wasn't there.

If it matters, this was purchased using a 'Buy 1, get 1 Free' deal so the price worked out to $13.40 per person, which made it barely passable. I'm just glad I didn't pay full price.

We had a work function here, there was only one other party dining in but two takeaway.

Everybody enjoyed their meals, most of our party had the vegetable spring rolls. Hot delivery to the table with friendly service even when confronted with a drunk, inappropriate diner, the only downside to our dining.

For main I had the seafood laksa, in was delicious, with good quantity of seafood without the rubbery texture that seafood can often have. The fried rice was a huge serve, all dishes were very good value.

Good food overall, staff were friendly. The price is a bit on the higher side compared to other Vietnamese restaurants.

Food is fresh and so well presented. Very tasty and colourful. People are lovely, easy parking and access. Great choice of food and drink. A really enjoyable night even though we arrived after 8pm on a Monday night.

One of our most favourite restaurants to go to. We always really enjoy our meals both because of the quality food and the great friendly service. The staff and owners are very lovely and often have a nice chat. There is really good range of options that can also cater for different dietary restrictions. Everything is always consistently good. I recently tried the lettuce delight starter and it was really good, it was indeed very much a delight!
