The car reservation had been made well in advance, precisely 2 months and 3 days before it was needed. On the day of collection, I arrived at 10:45 for the scheduled 11:00 pickup. To my dismay, I encountered Will, who I must say was the most impolite individual I have ever encountered. He informed me, in a rather brusque manner, that there were no cars available, and I was fifth in line, expecting a wait of at least 30 minutes.
I proceeded to pose two questions to Will: why there were no cars available when I had made the booking weeks ago, and how he could predict a 30-minute delay in the absence of cars. However, rather than responding to my queries, Will simply raised his voice and instructed me, along with another waiting customer, to "CLOSE THE DOOR." It was only after enduring a delay of 50 minutes that I was eventually able to depart with the car.
Upon returning home, I noticed an additional charge of £105 on my credit card statement. To my surprise, this charge is categorized as a "non-package item," and I remain uncertain about the nature of this charge, as I had initially believed that I had settled the payment in full.
Budget/Avis you were a shambles, you just don't understand what customer service is. PS the car was fine.!!

Dreadful experience- avoid this Budget location. Counter Service man called Will was the rudest ever I have experienced. Car booked and prepaid months in advance and none available until customers returned, so had well over an hour wait. Unhelpful Will! Never again!

Stefan is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was a denied a rental car for no good reason. He claimed there was a DMV issue with my license which was not true. I called DMV and there are no issues or restrictions with my license. I tried to get more information from Stefan and he was extremely dismissive and then proceeded to take a phone call while I stood there waiting for an answer. His attitude was terrible and he could use come customer service training.
