I ordered and waited over an hour for them to get to me. Said I couldn’t come up to the store because it was by appointment only.
They called about 20 minutes later and told me they had to go to another store to pick up my weed? This took another 40 minutes.

Absolutely phenomenal. My phone was getting wonky service bc I'm from out of town and T Mobile sucks, and these budtenders were so patient with me taking forever with messages! They guided me thru step by step via their chat system and met me at my hotel!! Beyond thrilled with my experience
Alright yall, I've been all over and seen a lot of dispensaries. DC's Market is just slightly different than most places. If you want a store experience then you have to fill out a request for a in store appointment. But if you don't care about the whole shop experience, just place curbside. In my opinion it's way easier anyway. It's same day as well. Be close by when you place your order. The customer service is very prompt and after you place your order they call/text you to figure out your ETA. They're on it and when they say it'll be ready in 15 mins they mean more like 5. Unless they're really busy. Anyway great people, good product and super easy transaction.
These folks make it very easy to choose them everytime and are extremely customer service oriented among other things, very much appreciate their selection and quality as well as pricing and service. Thanks friends!
Can’t say enough about the great customer service, how easy and quick the process is, and the quality of the products. They have certain brands that I can’t find in other places, and the product descriptions are accurate.
Wonderful selection, friendly staff. Couldn't find the location so called and the lady on the phone was so kind. Very pleased with the options available and will definitely be back!
Spliff nation was able to work with me on a form of payment since the PayPal option wasn’t working. Only place I have found so far that has Stizzy as well which is my go to brand. Great customer service, ordered a few times from here and it’s always been a breeze.
