This place is the champ of omakase if you're into that. From the dinner ware to the sake cups, or the tamago to the hairy crab salad, everything was impeccable. Yuen san really understands kaiseke ryiori. Presentation was top notch. 110% bomb.

AMAZING! One of the best meals we’ve ever had! Taste-wise on par with several Michelin restaurants we visited in Japan earlier this year.

Great flavored dishes with Uni, Crab, caviar, etc. Excellent nigiri flavors, only gotten through clearly special preparation of the fresh fish. The finishing course lately has been a wagyu steak plate.

They also have a small but great sake selection as well.

In fact, our dining experience was so great, we went back again a couple weeks later despite it being an hour+ drive for us, and it was well worth the trip.

Chef Ryan and his team are very talented and welcoming (they even remembered some of our dietary preferences from the previous visit). Can’t wait to go back!

It's a real hidden gem, quite famous now. I believe anyone once tried their food would be thrilled to have such an establishment on the East side. Chef Ryan presents the finest show case of omakase. The dish is excellent, and all the plates and dishes are in such details. Don't wait. Try it before the price goes up.

The Dinner Omakase was incredible. Every dish was delicious and different. Make sure to go with an open mind and appreciate every bite for what it is. I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing. Truly, one of the most authentic, delicious and beautifully presented Japanese restaurant I've ever been to, period.

Not to mention, for an extensive dinner including A5 Wagyu, truffles, and caviar, the pricing was fairly reasonable and very worth the quality of the food.

Will return for sure.

Update .Ok went back for dinner for a friend birthday which we can make reservation. The experience was much better this time. There were more interesting items but for 259 a person lunch would be a more affordable option.

Price are fair but not everything were fresh Long wait so be sure to go really early since there are no reservation. Beautiful presentation with twist great for the gram. Went on a hot day and inside was so hot and the first dish the fish were too warm including rice. It felt a bit overhyped IMO. Good service though.
