Joya Italian Steakhouse

Joya was a delicious experience. My boyfriend and I celebrated a birthday here with the burrata salad as an appetizer and the stone steak experience for our main course. This involved cooking our steaks on a hot stone with your cut of meat of your choice, and seasoned butter, seasoned salt, and dressing.

I chose the garlic and parsley butter, chili salt, and Gorgonzola dressing. My boyfriend chose the rosemary salt, truffle butter, peppercorn sauce.

The flat iron steak was tender and delicious and I loved all of my choices of accompaniments.
My boyfriend chose the center cut fillet which he enjoyed all except for the peppercorn sauce which he felt was too overpowering.

Our only critique was that we wished the portions of butter were larger since they are necessary for cooking your steak and are not just for seasoning.

Nice restaurant! We went in without having a reservation and they were able to seat us quickly. The staff was nice, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. You have to go in through the side door and wait to be seated. It was a nice dinner. Thank you, Joya!

I am STILL thinking about this meal days later. Every single aspect of the meal was completely delicious. The focaccia was fresh, crunchy and chewy. The steaks were mouthwatering, tender and juicy. Of course the tiramisu was perfection, I wanted to ask for several to take home!
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go out of my way to come here again! :)

This place gets a solid 3.5 - 3.8. The place is beautiful. However, the food was just okay. My server was very nice, but there also seemed to be a young man in training who was making several mistakes. I had to ask hin more than once to charge for my meal. If I wasn't an honest person, the restaurant would've missed out on some money. I might consider visiting again just for the atmosphere. My drink was good.

This restaurant was a great find. The staff were very warm, welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. A truly unique experience, cooking the best steaks we have ever had on the hot stones. There was also a good choice of side dishes. We had a lovely table with comfy seats. Would certainly recommend to others and would visit again.

I couldn't really hear any music so the atmosphere was a bit limited to the chatter of the people crowded into the first floor.

No hot stones available so ordered steaks from the kitchen. Both steaks ordered arrived wrongly cooked. The one in the picture is what they class as well done. Also do not recommend the Mediterranean Veg as it's just an oily mess.

Meat quality generally was good and chips were nice and hot. Starters were very good recommend the arranchini and bruschetta. Nice selection of wines too.

Service was good but let down by the quality of steaks cooked and the lack of hot stones available.

We had amazing experience of cooking our own steak on hot stone. We had to order second steak because it is delicious. Drinks and dessert are amazing. The waiter and waitress are knowledgeable about the food they served. Me and my partner had amazing time. We are putting this restaurant as one of our favourite place to go.
