Went for evening walk and take the 20 minutes boat ride . Nice beautiful view and there is a cafe there for you to chill .
One of the most beautiful places in Qatar. Corniche is so calm and peaceful. The views are amazing. You can see the entire Doha Skyline as well as the ocean and Ab Bidda Park. There is not other point in Doha which has such views. I feel very calm and peaceful each time I visit it. Just watching the skyline and ocean waves. Do visit.
Walking through Qatar's Corniche in the early morning offers a fascinating blend of serene beauty and bustling activity. As the first light of dawn paints the cityscape, the Corniche awakens with a unique charm. One can witness a myriad of scenes unfolding: joggers setting the pace for their day, families enjoying the fresh morning air, and the iconic skyscrapers standing tall against the breaking dawn.
Yet, what truly caught my attention was the sight of commuters engrossed in fish hunting. Like a dance, they cast their nets with precision and hope, a testament to the age-old bond between man and sea. It's a humbling sight, reminding one of the simple joys and traditions that persist amidst the rapid urbanization. Observing them, it feels as if time has momentarily paused, allowing one to appreciate the delicate balance of life, tradition, and progress. The Corniche, in its entirety, encapsulates the soul of Qatar, making every morning walk a journey through its rich tapestry of culture and modernity.

The Corniche is a several km long promenade in Doha.During the World Cup it was only for pedestrians available.
Everything seems new and everything is clean and nice.
Especially after sundown a lot of people are walking there and a lot of activities like concerts took place during the World Cup.
You have great views from there to the old Harbour and to the skyline of Westbay.
There are some small Imbisses but do not expect too much.
When the World Cup is finished I guess that most of the concerts and other activities will be finished, too.
But you can walk and enjoy the scenery there.The Corniche provides great views of the city landscape. A large smooth walking area hugs the coast. The down side is the large volume of traffic that never seems to end. The Corniche has its own Metro Station and this is a great way of getting to and from the area.
As well as the city views you’ll find lots of traditional Dhows moored alongside the wall towards the bottom end of the Corniche (away from the city). Overall it’s worth a stroll especially in the evening when the buildings light up.The area close to Souq Waqif was nice to walk but a kilometer away is tricky to navigate because of all of the construction. We made it to Orry the Oryx before we gave up and took a tricky path to get to the other side of the highway and to take the metro. The area is free to visit and would be much better when the construction is done and it is cooler outside but it is hard to say when construction would be finished. There is a world cup pavilion with a countdown clock and all the competing flags and great views of Westbay from here.I always try to visit teh Corniche while in Doha for a nice long peaceful walk. It's a great way to unwind and people watch with the bustling harbour and all the traditional middle eastern boats moored up along the side. There's also a cheap ferry that will take you across the bay to West Bay.
Well worth it.

Nice place to chill. Can go boat riding. They are organizing timely events for each season.
This place is awesome during evenings. The view is so good. You can get a good view of the westbay buildings. Now there are benches which you can sit and have something to eat with friends.
There are bins which you can put your trashes so dont throw it on the sidewalk.
During my visit in the april first. The climate is good and its perfect to have iftar with your friends,family.
I dont know how long they will keep this benches and all. But i hope they will keep it for long.

Corniche view point is One of the best place to visit and watch many shows like fountain show , fire works, drone show , music , enjoy dance and foods.
