1st occasion: Chinese man on chicken rice shop was very rude when I tried to order. I spoke very clearly and carefully, but he became angry when he had to repeat some things, as I could not understand him. Thankfully, the kind Malay woman was patient in taking my order instead.
2nd occasion: stomach became distressed an hour I had iced coffee on the drinks station, and had to go to the restroom to relieve myself.
3rd occasion: tall man on chicken rice shop was very rude when he took my order wrong. I asked for takeaway and additional rice, but he prepared the order for dine-in and forgot the additional order. When I tried to correct him initially, his face appeared angry. When I tried to correct him the second time for the additional order, he began to reprimand me repeatedly. I calmly apologized, but he kept repeating the same phrases in an angry way. It almost escalated to an altercation.

The worst service by this chicken rice stall man today. He was busy with his own thing and I call him. He shows me a face when I wanna order, I request for boneless chicken for kids, and he give us all bones like this. Worst service.

Just from Singapore Zoo, and decided to have late lunch at Khatib Foodshop that located at MRT Khatib. This place is basically multi-tenant food seller located in one area. For this lunch, I ordered Hainan Roast Chicken (as you guys can see the visual is kinda sad), the Hainan rice is way too much compared to the roasted chicken. Thankfully the taste not that bad. And there's nothing could go wrong with a glass of Iced Milo. For this visit for quick breakfast to Khatib Foodshop, i'm gonna rate them 2.5 out of 5.

One of the most comfortable, Aircon and great choice of food . If u there , good time between 2-430pm. Comfortable and u can get a seat to eat .
🥘 Food & Taste: Very average tasting food from the economic bee Hoon shop and the fried food station. The beehoon is pretty tasteless. Chilli given was sweet 😖 which I do not know why.
The fried food (from stall on extreme right hand side) is quite bad. I got samosas and they were all very very oily, soft and soggy, almost wet in oil. They are not crispy at all and smells greatly of overused oil. Only buy food from this place as a last resort if you can’t get food from nearby places. The food from chicken rice stall tastes okay.
📍 Place: The place is pretty small and cramped (understandable since it is located in a station). The tables are very small and packed closely together.
🤵🏻 Service: Bad service from the fried food uncle. Does not seem to be interested in doing business and gets annoyed when you are trying to place an order. Impatient staff from the beehoon stall as well since they are always rushing and shouting at you to place your next order.
💰 Price: Average prices for average tasting food as what you would be paying for convenience
🐣Waiting Time: No waiting time to get food but if you are trying to dine in, might encounter difficulties depending on the days and time you go since there are limited seats.

Lemongrass fried chicken rice set. The taste was ok but if serve with warm or hot will be better. That’s my own opinion anyway. Thanks.
