A Great friendly place to live! As a tenant for many years, Park Lake Village has been nothing but exceptional for myself and my family. In the office, Alena and team have always been accommodating and made our experience living in this community a great one! Neighbors are very friendly and the community grounds are always kept clean. Maintenance has always been perfect and readily available whenever needed. Having friends and family living in different communities and explaining their experiences just makes me appreciate more the leadership in Park Lake Villages office. You can also instantly see the difference between communities when you get hit with a snow storm! Park Lake Village is all hands on deck, working round the clock to ensure everyone’s safety. Thank you for everything and I would highly recommend your community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I lived here for about 3 years. It's a very peaceful and quiet community. The leasing office is very kind and responsive if you need maintenance. The unit i stayed in had stainless steel appliances and new hardwood floor. Overall a great place to live in Parsippany, compared to other apartments in the area. I highly recommend.

I have lived at Parklake Village for 4 1/2 years, and I loved my apartment. It was very spacious, deep walk in closets and very clean. When something was needed to be fix, it was done immediately within that same day or the very next day. The rent was very reasonable and management was very attentive to all your needed requests to repair things in your apartment. I highly recommend this place, a great place to call home.

Moving to NJ with 2 weeks notice we found this place and couldn't have been happier. No frills apartment but clean and spacious. Kept the grounds great and during the snow we had no problems with salt and snow removal. Thank you Park Lake Village for giving us a home the last year.

When we are looking for the apartment we are looking for the price and floor-plan and we are forgetting how important outside-apartment-support. My dad lived at ParkLakeVillage for over 7 years, I visited him at least once a week. I never seen any other place where technician comes in less than an hour, in case you have a problem. Where garbage-place is always clean, where team cleans parking lots and stairs whole night, that people are safe to go out of the door in the morning, on snow days. Administration is always nice and welcome . Thank you for that!! -- Anna

Great place. Good location. I work in an IT Business, so I have to drive by to different places and this location is perfect! The people at the office are friendly, you can feel that you are genuinely welcome! Alena, the manager, is very sharp and professional. In my previous apartment complex I never see the manager's face. Very clean and bright rooms, new windows, kitchen and appliances are up to date. Huge parking area with convenient options to park front or back. If you are looking for a new home, this is a great place.

After living here for well over 10 years., I can safely say that this was the nicest place in the area. While there are no pools, parks etc. If you're a couple or a single person, you'll enjoy the quiet! Just like with every other apartment complex, you do have have the tenants that ignore the rules, have a ton of people over who park in residential spots, but fortunately that doesn't happen. The management doesn't tolerate nonsense. Repairs are done quickly and its overall a really nice place to live.
