They are NOT walk in clinic, they only take appointments and don't expect you can see the doctor tomorrow, it gonna takes you after 4 days or more. New clients don't waste your time to come here.

I love the care from Dr. Brandao, but the management of this office is terrible! They do not pick up phone calls and the doctor asked me to email them to book an appointment. Despite sending them five emails over the past 13 days, they asked me to email them again in the next week only to get a phone consult. This has been quite frustrating and it feels like they are not valuing my time and efforts.

I recently emailed for an appointment in regards to information on which birth control pills would be best for me since I have never taken contraceptive pills before. The receptionist's response was "Just google it". I couldn't believe what I was reading. I told her to just have my family doctor give me a referral to a gynecologist since they clearly do not care. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for a phone call, they won't even see me in person. Last time it was the same thing. No in-person appointments, I had to wait for a phone call, and they didn't even call at the given time!

I do not recommend Dr. Tam to anybody. I have had the worst experience ever.

It’s been a year since I had a nose operation and I am still suffering from an infected nose with a hole inside. I went to emergency room 3 times from bleeding heavily and the doctors were afraid to touch my nose because my nose got infected with a hole inside my head. Only his doctor can touch at this point but he’s not a doctor. He’s a butcher, Alen says.

I called a dozen times and nobody picked up my phone calls or called me back when I left voicemail.

When I went to see him, I waited 2 hours just to be seen for the interview.
When I complained, he said there is nothing he can do about it and that it’s not his responsibility to call for a follow up, or to advise the reception to answer their phone calls or to call back when I leave a voicemail. to a voicemails. He then left his office, asked me to leave infected, didn’t even check after making me wait for him from 4.00pm until 6.00pm.

I either have to live with a hole inside my head or go through a nose surgery again. I do not recommend Dr. Tam to anybody. I have had the worst experience ever.

Doctor is great!
Receptionist not so.
Receptionist forgets to send out important emails, such as requisition forms and we have to follow it up.
And it will take days for them to reply.
Frustrating.

Been a patient here for about 20 years or so. Customer service is horrible. Receptionists are terrible at speaking with patients (not just me) I have many stories of things going bad in every aspect of being a patient here. Only reason I have not found another GP is due to my family not wanting the headache of finding another doctor. Frankly, I go only out of convenience. I get better service at a walk in clinic.

Dr. Dara Abells is the best family doctor I've ever had. She is kind, patient, experienced, highly educated, organized, understanding, and genuinely cares about her patients' physical and mental health. I never feel rushed during my appointments with Dr. Abells, and she always answers my questions.

During COVID times, she continued to offer the highest quality care to patients, both in person and via phone appointments. Her office staff, particularly Jenna and Michelle, are wonderful. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Abells for her commitment to excellent family medicine. Thank you, Dr. Abells.
