I spent $10 on a "tall" latte and my cup was only filled half way. The sugar plum Danish was given to me COLD. The lady at the register told me I would have to wait out of the drive thru if I wanted it "re-warmed". That thing was almost frozen, therefore no it wasn't warmed before I got to the window. Very disappointing.
I was in a 30 minute line to get three coffees. The girl who made my coffee’s handed me them in a tray I could see two of them were leaking heavily from underneath a lid. I hand the one I’m going to drink back and nicely ask if she could put this in another cup or try another lead because it’s leaking all over. She double cupped it and sent me on my way. Needless to say my car and pants are covered in coffee.
They can't make a cappuccino. PERIOD.
it was literally hot milk and nothing else. No color, no froth, nothing.
IT CANNOT EVEN PASS FOR A LATTE , a latte atleast has an espresso shot in it. It's just pure cappuccino hell.. Is this the end of Starbucks Cappuccino?
I had to go ask for regular brew coffee just to get some caffeine that morning because this cappuccino was undrinkable and I didn't want them to make it again just so I can throw it in the trash again. Oh also paid 6$ for it.

I woke up wanting my favorite caramel drink with extra caramel, and what I received was a concoction that was sure to give me a stomach ache that had caramel and chocolate, my husband's drink wasn't what I expected either, so when I got home they were Throw it away, I'm really upset, it's my closest store but it's not the first time that my drinks don't taste like they should, I just have to point out that the second star I give exclusively to the Hispanic guy who works at night who prepares delicious drinks.
Food is a bit pricey for the buck. But it's Starbucks. Like the atmosphere. Service was great 👍 . Was able to get work done. Got to see lots of cute dogs. 😍

Tall drink in a venti cup, I immediately noticed the whip cream instead of cold foam, added strawberry purée but my “cold foam” was still white, should be pink. Ugh… not a good way to start my day!!

Being a first-timer at Parterre, I couldn't believe I had never been there before. However, I was completely blown away by the amazing atmosphere, which instantly reminded me of my beloved NYC. It goes without saying that I am eagerly looking forward to returning and exploring more mouthwatering options from their menu. During my visit, I made the decision to try the spicy chicken and waffles along with a side of fries. I devoured every last bite in mere minutes because the taste was absolutely heavenly! And of course, I can't leave out the delectable vanilla latte, adorned with an exquisite design. I can't thank you enough for providing such a delightful experience!
