I'm thrilled to give this butcher shop five stars! My first visit was fantastic—I grabbed some mouthwatering Korean short ribs that turned out to be incredibly flavorful and tender. I'm already excited to prepare 5 lbs of bottom round cut for some delicious Italian Beef Sandwiches, inspired by the TV show "The Bear." The staff was friendly, making the entire experience delightful. Counting down the days until my next visit!

Absolutely love coming to FQ! Their products are extremely fresh and having just transitioned to a carnivore diet, they've been very accommodating in terms of special orders (eg. 50/50 ground beef). Everyone is extremely friendly, orders are processed very quickly, prices are fair, excellent quality, I really can't say enough good things! I wish I had known about FQ earlier!
