We have been patients here for many years and always have a wonderful experience. I am writing a review today because our family received exceptional care this week and I wanted to commend clinic staff for their responsiveness. We had an error on a requisition (an error that was my fault) and needed it to be fixed quickly so we could get the test performed. We contacted reception by email and within a few minutes we had the error corrected. I had hoped but did not expect to have the error corrected so quickly and was pleasantly surprised when I received it and we were able to have the test performed with a minimum of delay. Thank you so much for providing such great care.

The clinic must improve its follow up on tests that patients have had. I had a mammogram 2 weeks ago. The technician said the doctor would have the results last week. I heard nothing so I called the office. The receptionist confirmed the results were there and put me on hold to speak to a nurse. After a 6 minute wait someone pick up and when I explained again why I was calling she said she had picked up the wrong line but she did look for my results and she said they were normal. When I asked if anyone was going to have contacted me, she said that with normal results they don't contact the patient. This is not good enough. A patient can't just hope for the best, they need information.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Thought they were great until I started seeing professionals elsewhere. Now having to dedicate my life to dealing with the problems that they neglected to deal with despite my attempts over the years to get things handled; or the concequences of being put on medications that ended up being more damaging then the problem i went there for in the first place. Professional and nice but need serious immediate improvement within their practices.

I have plantar fasciitis and it is painful to stand. Went to the receptionist who was on the phone. Didn't acknowledge me at all. Stood there for several minutes. Nothing. I finally sat down thinking that when she was free, she would call me up. Nope. Three other people came in and she dealt with them. I finally went up and she asked what I needed. When I asked why she didn't acknowledge me when I came in the other receptionist came to her defense and said we were so busy. Let me give you some advice. Even if you are on the phone, you can raise your finger in a "just one minute" gesture to let the patient know you have seen him/her. And if you are so blind as to not see a patient standing right in front of you then you need to find another job. My regular doctor is at Centre for Family Medicine on Fischer-Hallman. Secretaries are polite and professional. Perhaps you should get some training from them.

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Froese. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful and someone is always available even if my regular doctor is not.

My 9 month old daughter was denied medical care because she had a cough and I refused to get her a Covid test. I wanted to make sure my daughter didn’t have RSV or pneumonia. Doctor Carolyn Fuss laughed at me over the phone when I told her I was not comfortable having an irrelevant invasive procedure done on my infant child. Absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion and care given here. This has been my family doctor for over 10 years. Ever since the move to Ira Needles, she has been a completely different doctor. I ended up needing to take my child to the Emergency Room, waited for over 3 hours and the doctor thankfully confirmed my child was fine and was just taking longer to get over a cough. Something that could have taken my doctor 5 minutes. The ER never asked anything about covid or required a covid test. Shame on Dr. Fuss and her staff for denying an infant medical care. Absolutely disgusting.
