A very refined place. The Wolff Grill is high quality fine dining, the bar set in the beautiful surroundings of the old Drawing Office serves great cocktails, all the staff are professional and helpful and the rooms are luxurious and nicely decorated. But the thing that really sets this hotel apart is the history. The old Harland and Wolff office building was restored and turned into this hotel and many of the rooms have been preserved as they were 100 years ago, like the offices of the top management and the telegraph room that the Titanic sent the SOS to, which are open to guests. This history makes staying here a unique experience.

The room was lovely and the hotel was fantastic. Just a shame we had no power/lights in our room all night and into the next day before we checked out.
Maintenance did supply us with a plug in standard lamp but no further input from Management thereafter, which was a little disappointing.

I have stayed at the Titanic once before and the stay was amazing. This is the reason I downgraded my review to 4 stars from 5 stars last time after my latest visit: We arrived at the hotel at 3:15pm and the check in is from 3pm. We were really tired after a busy day and we had an early evening event to attend. We really wanted to have a rest before we went out. Unfortunately, our room was not ready. After the receptionist checked with housekeeping, they confirmed that they had not even started to clean it. I know from experience that this takes around 45 minutes. I asked if we could be given another room. The only other room available was an upgrade. We were charged for the new room even though we were very happy with the deluxe room we had booked. I feel this was very unfair as it was the hotels fault that our room was not ready. For the sake of £30, I think the hotel should have waived the upgrade cost as we didn't even want it. We were so tired that we paid it.

We stopped here for 1 night as we were visiting the Titanic Experience. The overall service here was great.

We arrived an hour early, and although our room wasn't yet ready (as expected), we asked if we could drop off our bags, which they were happy to assist us with. We returned around 2 or 3 hours later and our bags had been delivered to our room, which was nice!

The room was a little disappointing as we'd booked the executive room, which was described as having a bath. However, we were given the accessible room despite not needing that, so there wasn't a bath, unfortunately. The bed was also 2 single beds, so there was a gap between the mattresses, which wasn't ideal for a married couple. In saying that, the beds were extremely comfortable and so welcome after only 4 hours of sleep on a travel day!!

The overall design of the hotel was breathtaking, and the amount of care and attention taken to the restoration was clear. There was so much history to take in, and many of the rooms told the story of Harland and Wolff, Thomas Andrew's, and the ships built here.

This is such a brilliant hotel. The service was top notch, the rooms well appointed, and the location is right near everything Titanic. We also ate there three times. Breakfast was vast and delicious, afternoon tea was such a treat and delight, and dinner was very good in the bar! Overall couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I've only ever been in the main bar here but believe me when I say it's very grand and a beautiful place to enjoy a drink! The staff are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel is opposite the Titanic museum and has many nods to the famous doomed ship and all those involved with it's building and running before tragedy hit. I definitely plan on returning for a night or two!

The hotel is across a s the street from the museum and a short walk to local pubs and restaurants. Although there are several restaurants in the hotel and nice bar. Food is good, service is great. Just remember if you are from the States wait staff doesn't hover like we are use to. I found it refreshing. The room has air conditioning! We're stayed in August during the heat wave. It was a pleasure to have a cool room. We will travel back to Belfast and possibly stay here again.
