My new glasses Crack right at the top. I got an appointment went in the rep found an exact same pair to replace. Only need to pay for replacement. I really was happy with the service and my eye visit.

Dr Guzak is excellent at taking care of my eyes when i come to visit. He is very hospitable, personable, thorough, and gives me what I need to maintain and keep my eyes healthy. The same could be said for Dr Gatorbaum when I was under Him as an eye doctor years ago. Been going to their office for many years now even now currently living in North Florida. The staff is nice and prompt and I have never had any issues. I wouldnt want to go to any other eye doctors office.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sandoval, is kind and cares about your well being.

I have been going to Dr. Deforest for 19 years now. She is a great, caring, fantastic optometrist and her staffs are amazing too. I love them and I would recommend their services over and over to anyone who wants a great experience overall.

I don’t usually get my eyes checked often but this place is legit. The staff is incredibly friendly always going above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and take the time to answer all of your questions wether it’s in person or over the phone.

I have been coming here for years. The team really takes great care of you medically and provides an overall relaxing atmosphere. Very thorough and they make sure you understand what is needed to correct your vision. HIGHLY recommended.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Southwest Orlando Eye Care that I feel compelled to share. On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, I arrived for my 11:00 AM appointment at 10:49 AM, only to find the office closed, despite staff being visible inside. Unbeknownst to me, they were close and would not reopen until 1:00 PM.

Despite my efforts to get their attention by knocking on the door, the staff ignored us completely. It wasn't until I knocked hard enough that a gentleman finally came to the door. When we explained that we had an appointment, he informed us that it was actually scheduled for the following day. While I accepted this mix-up, I couldn't help but ask why they had been ignoring us when they could clearly see us outside. His response was unsatisfactory, claiming they were all preoccupied with a training phone conference. This explanation felt disingenuous, as they were clearly aware of our presence.

Overall, the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better service and communication, especially when it comes to something as important as eye care. I would not recommend Southwest Orlando Eye Care based on this experience.

I will never go back. This was the worst eye care experience of my life.
The front desk associate was rude and extremely condescending to everyone that came in. My appointment was at 3pm and i wasn’t seen by anyone until 3:45.
The front desk associate was down right cruel to a little old man that came in while I was waiting.
After the extremely long eye exam with an intern, where I saw the actual optometrist for less than three minutes, I was yet again rudely treated by the front desk associate about my insurance policy.
Finally after everything was finished, i asked for sample contacts to get me through until my prescription arrived, the same associate refused to give me any. So I had to ask for the doctor to come back again, just so i could ask her the same question, and was instantly given samples.
Extremely bad experience. 👎👎👎👎

This place has always provided us great service ever since we were little. The receptionists and doctor are very nice people who are very dedicated to their work.

On a Monday morning I realized the lighting flashes that I was seeing in my eye needed immediate attention. Dr DeForrest's staff was very helpful working me in with other appointments in less than 30 minutes. The staff is caring and compassionate. After scans and exams, Dr. DeForrest said my Retina did not have tears that needed surgery. But if you do have lighting flashing in your eye, get seen asap because it could be serious. Thank you to Dr. DeForrest and her amazing team!

As I age a decrease in my vision is evident. Dr. Gaterbaum has been very patient with my farsighted challenges in assisting me to find contacts. Ultimately, if decide to continue to wear frame glasses, I am confident that my eyes are in good hands. You can expect your appointment to take a little longer. However, this is only because you are not treated as a number, as Dr. Gaterbaum fully invests his time with each patient exemplifying genuine care putting any concerns at ease.

First time at Advanced Optical, the service was professional and prompt, everyone was nice and helpful and professional, from the front desk to the doctor and the techs. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Dr. Sandoval was very professional, efficient and attentive to my needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got to my appointment an hour earlier and they took me within a few minutes. I was out by my original appointment time. Very, very happy with the service.

I'm so glad I found Orlando Eye Associates. Everyone there is friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Gaterbaum is the best! He is always willing to hear how you are doing and gives you his full attention. I have a difficult prescription, where other doctors just couldnt get the glasses right.
Dr Gaterbaum was able to get my prescription perfectly on the first try. There is a huge selection of eye glasses to pick from and state of the art optical equipment to make the visit easy and efficient.

Finally, after years of trying to find the right kind of frames, I am now wearing very thin, stainless steel frames that don’t press into my temple after extended periods of wearing them: with and without headsets, for gaming and work.

Jasmine’s spot on expertise after three years of coming here finally convinced me these were the frames I needed. The other night, I played for three hours after working ten with headphones, and no pressure or headache afterwards.

I brought in my frames to get prescription lenses fitted. So endearing to learn this location was a family business, with both sons taking up the mantle to continue their parents life work.

The front staff was very professional and they spoke to you as if they had known forever the front staff is awesome. The beautiful lady who helped me pick out my new frames was so caring and she took her time to hear me I appreciate that. Can't wait to get my new glasses. The Doctor was very professional and fast his Kool-Aid smile was very refreshing and genuine. I must say he do not want you focusing on paper work or on your phone he wants you to focus on the exam .

My first time there. The receptionists were very friendly but the girl who did the routine tests before the optometrist was not friendly and when I tried to talk to her she ignored me and talked over me, several times. She was also dressed unprofessionally and she wasn’t conversational but just gave instructions like she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t wait to leave. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and polite. The person who was in the area where I chose my frames was patient, very friendly and very helpful. Overall it was nit my best experience because every time I interacted with the assistant she told me “sit there” or “go in there” and felt like she was annoyed by the patients. I honestly considered changing eye doctors because of how uncomfortable I was interacting with her. But the guy at the end was so nice it made me want to jgive them another opportunity.

I have been seeing Dr Gaterbaum for years. The office staff is efficient and helpful. He is always on time. It is always obvious to me that the doctor cares about me as a person. He listens to my concerns and addresses my questions honestly and thoroughly. He takes time to review results of each test. He is highly professional and has a warm demeanor.

I am a former hospital employee and this was THE BEST primary care experience I’ve ever had. The facilities are impeccably clean, everyone is professional and helpful (no rude, short or DMV vibes from ANYONE). So many things were automated- my prescriptions were sent the pharmacy immediately during my visit and then I got a text while drawing labs that my Rx were ready for pick up in the same building!
My husband and I scheduled are appts same day and they were able to see us back to back in the same room as a courtesy. I cannot even.
Medical assistant (Linda) and doc (Dr.Dao) were so thorough in their assessment, personable and genuine. They were so attentive and considerate, extending privacy to my husband when discussing something more sensitive and educating us both on various things.

My prescriptions were cheaper than I’ve ever experienced AND they set me up for mail order delivery moving forward.

My husband and I were walking out and he had a question for the lab etch (how long before we can workout), the front desk lady called her for us and she came out with ace wrap 🥲

First time here as I needed a new PCP. Absolutley love it. Staff is super nice and sweet and Dr Velazquez is the greatest Dr I have had in years.

My name is Yagmur Bicakci. My family and I have been coming to Community Health Center, Forest City location for more than a year. We were very pleased and happy with the service until now.
I called the office to schedule an appointment for my daughter’s check up on Thursday(6th) morning at 9:51am (I also have a proof on my phone).
The receptionist told me the first available appointment is next day Friday(7th) at 9:45am I was very appreciative how quickly they found an availability so I got it scheduled immediately. We got everything confirmed with the receptionist.
Next day I and my 1 years old baby girl showed up to my appointment 15mins early per usual. I was checking in and the lady said I didn’t have an appointment for today it was scheduled for yesterday, I missed my appointment. How could that be possible if I call yesterday to get it scheduled at 9:51am and I get scheduled for the same day appointment 9:45am? it’s like a joke…
They were very rude towards me not helpful at all. I was beyond shocked and upset about this situation because my daughter didn’t eat anything all morning for some blood testing. I wanted to talk to the manager but the women did not care what I said to her. It’s just very disappointing and I felt discriminated so before I left the office ,
I got another appointment scheduled for Monday(10th) at 9am.
Here’s the crazy part.
We (me and my baby)showed up to my appointment at 8:05am (55min early) I began checking in because my Doctor told me show up early because she was fasting for the test.
After we checked in, we went to laboratory at 8:30am again my daughter didn’t eat anything for the blood work we waited until 9:30am. It’s been a whole hour we’re waiting in front of the laboratory.
At this point my daughter is starving! He usually eats around 8am, what killed me was there was a lady inside and she was sitting idle and she knew we were waiting for her. My daughter is crying very loudly, she is very hungry. Her name is "SUPERVISOR" (Samantha Read) she is very unprofessional, rude, doesn't know what she is doing, she saw my daughter crying. The manager and my doctor have talked to her multiple times to get blood work done so she can eat, but she claims her schedule is full. And even though I had an appointment, he kept us waiting for 1.5 hours! It's a baby! And I have a appointment ! (9:00am)This is incredible! She did not accept us.
And my baby was crying because she was starving! And my doctor have talked me that please do all test different place. And I left there I couldn’t do that. I fed her in my car. 1.30 hours she did not accept us even though I have an appointment at 9am.
That was a horrible experience for us. They are unprofessional

This office was very professional, they were curious, overall had a great experience compared to my last medical doctor. The wait time was minimal.

The two ladies (Karen & Nel ) at the front desk were very polite and engaging! They even recommended the donut shop - when I asked about a place to meet my friend after my appointment. (I am new in the area). Julia, my optimist tech answered all my questions. Asked me questions that made me think… and was a bright spot in my day. All 3 employees are really at making the new client feel relaxed. It was fast and easy!

I highly recommend it here. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Lincoln for years--with my daughters even continuing to come into adulthood. It has always been a friendly and family like environment and the staff and doctor alike are just awesome! Oh, and the glasses selection has also always been fantastic! I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could!

I was very pleased with my eye appointment today. The initial diagnostic exams were done thoroughly and professionally. Dr. Nowell then did more checking, and had a friendly discussion and time with him. I felt extremely satisfied with entire visit. Would highly recommend this practice.

I recently had a new patient visit at this office and have absolutely no complaints. I had to reschedule a few times and they were understanding each time. Once I finally made it to the appointment, the staff was friendly from beginning to end. The woman at the front desk was nice and helped get me checked in. The assistant that saw me for my appointment was also very friendly, she made me feel comfortable even though I was a little nervous for some reason. The doctor was very kind, and straightforward but not in a condescending way at all. When it came time to look at glasses, the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. He did not pressure me to buy anything or spend more, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m happy to have found a new office and will be bringing my family with me. Thank you everyone!

Bay Hill Eye Care is fantastic! Dr. Bui is patient, professional and thorough. I never feel rushed and she takes time to answer all my questions. I need progressive lenses but had been unable to adjust to them. The progressives I got through Bay Hill have been perfect and I had zero issues adjusting to them. Highly recommend!

My recent visit to Bay Hill Eyecare was 5 star service all around (from the scheduling to the exam to ordering of my glasses). The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming. They were very thorough in explaining each baseline procedure before seeing the doctor. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wendy Bui. I have never had a practitioner (in any field) spend so much time listening to my concerns and asking the right questions. She spent at least 20 minutes doing the evaluation and eye exam. At no time did I feel rushed. I left feeling like she knew exactly what to prescribe to meet my needs. Then it was time to purchase lens. There was no pressure sales. As a matter of fact, they were happy to fit new lenses to my old pair of frames. I highly recommend Bay Hill Eyecare as your new eyecare specialists. You will be happy that you went.

People make the difference. At Bay Hill Eye Care that is what you experience. Top notch staff who make you feel comfortable and welcome. My eye exam was thorough and everything was explained to me from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I fully understood my results and that I was completely satisfied. I have been a patient of this Clinic for 5 years. Today I called to let them know that I need contact lenses and they told me that my formula expired four months ago. Then they were NOT nice and gave me an appointment for two weeks, and I told them I couldn't see and they told me they could NOT do anything. I told them this is an emergency, I can't see and one of them told me. That's not an emergency. I called three times. Two women and a man were the receptionists who attended to me. I also asked that they please advance my appointment and they simply told me there is no space. They also failed to let me know if there was a possibility of a spot beforehand. They are not friendly. They do not notify you when your formula expires. They don't help you if you have a problem. I do not recommend this Clinic to anyone else. I can't recommend them anymore.

I ran over my Lindberg glasses while visiting Orlando. Amazingly, Patrick was able to repair them while I waited. And I picked up a pair of Lunor’s for the future. In spite of being extremely busy, the entire staff was kind and patient.

This family owned and operated business is a staple to Hunters Creek and the surrounding Orlando area. I was recommended years ago and have referred everyone I know is to this place. The staff are all warm, inviting and quite knowledgeable.

Dr. Priya Patel was great on today's visit. Assistant nurses have to be careful how to attend clients. Needs professional training not just trained by anyone.

Wish I didn’t need to use this place. It’s a nightmare when trying to call. Call center takes at least 10 mins to answer and that’s if they answer at all. Last few times I’ve called the phone cuts out after 15 mins of waiting. So fun. The online scheduling is a joke as in you can’t do it and then when you submit for them to contact you to make an appointment, no one ever calls. The last two times I was finally able to get someone to call me back was because I had to use their CONTACT US method to complain that I couldn’t make an appointment and how immoral their system is to accomplish that. Been waiting a whole year now on a referral too. Like I said, wish I didn’t need to use this place but we can all thank the broken system for that joy.

Services were good until past year or so. Very unprofessional new providers. Telehealth calls no one ever call you. Customer service sound like they are asleep and hate their job. That's the family practice. The dental don't bother. She will cancel on you last minute.

Pretty nice office. Very helpful front desk. The staff in the back could use some clinical training, but they try. A great plus if you ask me. I'm still waiting on my referrals from last month. Not even a phone call to inquire. Not happy about that.

The doctor is awesome. I had been having visions problems for years and I was told that was the best I could get with glasses. I strongly recommend dr Richard Guzak he is a professional if you need to get better prescription for your glasses so you can see better, he can help you. I have been going to Orlando Eye Associates for 3 year now. Dr. Guzak is very attentive. The staff is also friendly and helpful. No one is too pushy to sell you stuff, but they offer an array of eye services and products at reasonable prices.
I'd like to point out also that when my husband had an eye emergency, they were quick to respond and direct us to a specialist who could help, rather than try to take out money. That's speaks volumes to me.
