Dr Guzak is excellent at taking care of my eyes when i come to visit. He is very hospitable, personable, thorough, and gives me what I need to maintain and keep my eyes healthy. The same could be said for Dr Gatorbaum when I was under Him as an eye doctor years ago. Been going to their office for many years now even now currently living in North Florida. The staff is nice and prompt and I have never had any issues. I wouldnt want to go to any other eye doctors office.

Dr.Patel and the staff exceed my expectations. Dr.Patel made sure at my visit that she answered my questions thoroughly based on things she found with my eye alignment. I’ve been using my neurolens that are recommended and have had great relief. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and also you’d feel very comfortable with as well. I recommend this place to any one that’s asks about a great eye doctor to go to!!
I don't even remember for how long I have been coming with Dr. Guzak, he is simply the best. Not only is he very good and knowledgeable, but also very nice and kind. All the staff is nice as well. Never had an issue and my glasses are always ready in the expected time.
I had an amazing experience with Southwest Orlando Eye Care! The doctors are incredible and the staff is very knowledgeable. If you want the best for your eye care, this is definitely the place! I highly recommend it!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Southwest Orlando Eye Care that I feel compelled to share. On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, I arrived for my 11:00 AM appointment at 10:49 AM, only to find the office closed, despite staff being visible inside. Unbeknownst to me, they were close and would not reopen until 1:00 PM.

Despite my efforts to get their attention by knocking on the door, the staff ignored us completely. It wasn't until I knocked hard enough that a gentleman finally came to the door. When we explained that we had an appointment, he informed us that it was actually scheduled for the following day. While I accepted this mix-up, I couldn't help but ask why they had been ignoring us when they could clearly see us outside. His response was unsatisfactory, claiming they were all preoccupied with a training phone conference. This explanation felt disingenuous, as they were clearly aware of our presence.

Overall, the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected better service and communication, especially when it comes to something as important as eye care. I would not recommend Southwest Orlando Eye Care based on this experience.
I will never go back. This was the worst eye care experience of my life.
The front desk associate was rude and extremely condescending to everyone that came in. My appointment was at 3pm and i wasn’t seen by anyone until 3:45.
The front desk associate was down right cruel to a little old man that came in while I was waiting.
After the extremely long eye exam with an intern, where I saw the actual optometrist for less than three minutes, I was yet again rudely treated by the front desk associate about my insurance policy.
Finally after everything was finished, i asked for sample contacts to get me through until my prescription arrived, the same associate refused to give me any. So I had to ask for the doctor to come back again, just so i could ask her the same question, and was instantly given samples.

As I age a decrease in my vision is evident. Dr. Gaterbaum has been very patient with my farsighted challenges in assisting me to find contacts. Ultimately, if decide to continue to wear frame glasses, I am confident that my eyes are in good hands. You can expect your appointment to take a little longer. However, this is only because you are not treated as a number, as Dr. Gaterbaum fully invests his time with each patient exemplifying genuine care putting any concerns at ease.
Absolutely amazing office and staff. Dr Guzman is wonderful with my daughter. We've been going there since she just turned 4 years old. Highly recommend!!
I'm so glad I found Orlando Eye Associates. Everyone there is friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Gaterbaum is the best! He is always willing to hear how you are doing and gives you his full attention. I have a difficult prescription, where other doctors just couldnt get the glasses right.
Dr Gaterbaum was able to get my prescription perfectly on the first try. There is a huge selection of eye glasses to pick from and state of the art optical equipment to make the visit easy and efficient.

I have just been recently looking for a new eye doctor. I'm so glad I found Dr. Gaterbaum. He is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and affable. Everyone in the office is super friendly and accommodating. Austin, the eyewear specialist, was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this office!
I have been a patient of Dr. Guzak’s since I was a little kid. Unlike other doctor’s appointments the eye doctor has always been one that I look forward to. Dr. Guzak is kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Guzak is one of the main reasons that I’m chasing my dream of becoming an eye doctor. He has inspired me. I have also shadowed him on several occasions since I’m a pre-optometry student. I can confirm that he treats every patients with respect and gets to know them making patients feel welcome and comfortable at the eye doctor. I highly recommend Orlando Eye Associates!
I have been seeing Dr Gaterbaum for years. The office staff is efficient and helpful. He is always on time. It is always obvious to me that the doctor cares about me as a person. He listens to my concerns and addresses my questions honestly and thoroughly. He takes time to review results of each test. He is highly professional and has a warm demeanor.
I was very pleased with my eye appointment today. The initial diagnostic exams were done thoroughly and professionally. Dr. Nowell then did more checking, and had a friendly discussion and time with him. I felt extremely satisfied with entire visit. Would highly recommend this practice.
I recently had a new patient visit at this office and have absolutely no complaints. I had to reschedule a few times and they were understanding each time. Once I finally made it to the appointment, the staff was friendly from beginning to end. The woman at the front desk was nice and helped get me checked in. The assistant that saw me for my appointment was also very friendly, she made me feel comfortable even though I was a little nervous for some reason. The doctor was very kind, and straightforward but not in a condescending way at all. When it came time to look at glasses, the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. He did not pressure me to buy anything or spend more, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m happy to have found a new office and will be bringing my family with me. Thank you everyone!

Dr Coughlin is my favorite doc of all of my specialists. He’s fun, fast, poignant, honest, and helpful. His staff is always kind and honest; the office runs efficiently.

Bay Hill Eye Care is fantastic! Dr. Bui is patient, professional and thorough. I never feel rushed and she takes time to answer all my questions. I need progressive lenses but had been unable to adjust to them. The progressives I got through Bay Hill have been perfect and I had zero issues adjusting to them. Highly recommend!

My recent visit to Bay Hill Eyecare was 5 star service all around (from the scheduling to the exam to ordering of my glasses). The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming. They were very thorough in explaining each baseline procedure before seeing the doctor. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wendy Bui. I have never had a practitioner (in any field) spend so much time listening to my concerns and asking the right questions. She spent at least 20 minutes doing the evaluation and eye exam. At no time did I feel rushed. I left feeling like she knew exactly what to prescribe to meet my needs. Then it was time to purchase lens. There was no pressure sales. As a matter of fact, they were happy to fit new lenses to my old pair of frames. I highly recommend Bay Hill Eyecare as your new eyecare specialists. You will be happy that you went.
People make the difference. At Bay Hill Eye Care that is what you experience. Top notch staff who make you feel comfortable and welcome. My eye exam was thorough and everything was explained to me from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I fully understood my results and that I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends.

I have been a patient of this Clinic for 5 years. Today I called to let them know that I need contact lenses and they told me that my formula expired four months ago. Then they were NOT nice and gave me an appointment for two weeks, and I told them I couldn't see and they told me they could NOT do anything. I told them this is an emergency, I can't see and one of them told me. That's not an emergency. I called three times. Two women and a man were the receptionists who attended to me. I also asked that they please advance my appointment and they simply told me there is no space. They also failed to let me know if there was a possibility of a spot beforehand. They are not friendly. They do not notify you when your formula expires. They don't help you if you have a problem. I do not recommend this Clinic to anyone else. I can't recommend them anymore.
I had an emergency with a contact lens stuck in my eye, and the care I received was exceptional. Tatiana and Dr. Phu were professional, caring, and thorough. They made me feel comfortable and ensured the lens was removed safely. The staff treated my situation with urgency and professionalism, making me feel reassured throughout the entire process. I'm truly impressed by their kindness and expertise. It's a shame I don't live in Florida, as this would be my go-to optometrist. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of eye care. I ran over my Lindberg glasses while visiting Orlando. Amazingly, Patrick was able to repair them while I waited. And I picked up a pair of Lunor’s for the future. In spite of being extremely busy, the entire staff was kind and patient.
It’s way too expensive now!! We’ve been there before and it was really resonable!!
Dr. Priya Patel was great on today's visit. Assistant nurses have to be careful how to attend clients. Needs professional training not just trained by anyone.
The doctor is awesome. I had been having visions problems for years and I was told that was the best I could get with glasses. I strongly recommend dr Richard Guzak he is a professional if you need to get better prescription for your glasses so you can see better, he can help you. The assistants work there are great people too. Nice and know what they are doing.
It’s a pleasure going to this office. Everyone is caring and kind and Dr Guzac is one of the best Dr’s. He is very knowledgeable and spends time with his patients. When you leave you know you are well taken care of. And your eyes are in good hands.

Im a big fan of Prada as a brand, whenever a store is available near me I will visit, this is a great one! The gentleman who assisted me with my purchase even contacted me much time later to follow up with me and make himself available for any Prada needs. Definitely will be returning, great brand, great staff.
I recently had the most thorough and best eye exam at this clinic. The eye doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. I felt well taken care of, and their expertise made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-notch eye care.
I have been going to Orlando Eye Associates for 3 year now. Dr. Guzak is very attentive. The staff is also friendly and helpful. No one is too pushy to sell you stuff, but they offer an array of eye services and products at reasonable prices.
I'd like to point out also that when my husband had an eye emergency, they were quick to respond and direct us to a specialist who could help, rather than try to take out money. That's speaks volumes to me.

Dr Guzak was awesome! I felt truly heard and seen and cared for with him. He doesn’t rush; it seems important to him to find a way to connect on a human level while also providing competent care. He took the time to educate me on my situation. I really enjoyed not only Dr Guzak, but the whole staff and office were friendly, on time, professional and kind. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend a friend or family member to this office in a heartbeat. Having a great experience at a doctors office is becoming more and more rare these days, so thank you Orlando Eye Associates and Dr Guzak for making it an enjoyable experience.
My wife and I had appointments for our annual checkup with Dr. Guzak yesterday. We are so happy that we have found him since there are so many choices. He and his staff were very professional and receptive to us as new patients and we recommend him highly.

Went in the store on Tuesday 09/26/23 early afternoon and the only salesperson in the woman’s department walked by us several times with a nasty look. I love Express it’s my favorite brand, but this store is my least favorite. I felt unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. As a leader, I would definitely direct this person to another position that does not involve customer interaction. She is not suited for sales, OR needs intense training.

i had a wonderful experience at this store! as a young girl in college, going into high-end stores can be intimidating. i‘ve had instances of other luxury stores not take me seriously or flat out refusing to help me. jennifer, the sales associate who assisted me, showed me nothing but kindness and respect. i explained to her my budget and she helped me browse items, always readily had the answers to my questions, and overall made my experience a pleasant one. i can tell jennifer is very dedicated to making sure her clients are satisfied. thank you so much to jennifer and the prada at millenia!!
My boyfriend and I bought a wallet from this store, we were happy with Jose who helped us, he was very nice and professional. Although shortly we did find another wallet that enticed us more, it was an exotic leather wallet from another brand, something my boyfriend has been looking for, for a long time, we came back to return the item and the woman who helped us commented “yes we all have to work within our budget”, next time please don’t instigate that your customers are unable to afford your products, we returned a $420 from prada, for a ostrich leather wallet from LV that’s $1,010. An unnecessary comment made by the woman who returned the item for us.

I’m not sorry but if I could give this rating 0 stars I would. The cashier was rude as hell. The associate told me Clearance was 50% off. But the items ring up 40%. The manager couldn’t price match and the cashier had a serious attitude because I ask for the 50%. I’m at loyal customers. Sorry but was the last straw. I rather pay extra at Amani Exchange than to deal with bad customers service. Rude and attitude for no reason. I really hope corporate read this and think to look into who they hire because this was unacceptable
I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the store manager (Lisa) at Prada. She came off as racially biased towards me. However, that didn’t sit well with me because,my funds/credit cards are equivalent to a customer of non color. It’s saddening that customers who are color isn’t equally represented as non color customers. I contacted customer service concerning my horrible experience at this particular store.

Returning a shirt I bought yesterday, I was accused of running a scam. The cashier was having trouble refunding me when someone I think was a supervisor said I bought the shirt at the outlet. I told him I could show him the shirt I bought literally at the front of the store. He didn’t believe me and said he didn’t have time for this (then don’t interject to begin with). I showed the cashier the style of shirt I purchased at the front of the store and when she tried to refund me it went through. It was probably a computer error, but I really hate how the situation was handled by the man I think was a supervisor. I also don’t love that I was sold outlet clothing at full price in the retail store. (Also, the reason I returned the shirt was due to the cheap fabric that was used).

The customer service at this store is terrible. The manager was very rude, he seemed annoyed by the fact that I was requesting him to honor the price of a flannel sweeter that was in a rack with a sign of $29 but it was showing $58 at the register. According to the manager the sign was for the flannel shirts of almost identical material and style but as a customer I guess I was supposed to figure that out. The manager had the audacity of telling me that I had been the only customer complaining about this in the whole day. Other employees were no help either since a lady gave me the lame answer that she understood my point but they didn’t have space to divide the sweater from the shirts. Please see the photo attached to this review that shows how similar the sweater were from the shirts.
It was my first visit to a Prada store. The store associate, Wei Yang, she helped me out through phone and I supposed to get the product shipped out, but, I had to flight out and when I get to the store she took care of me and already, have my product on the side. Honestly, if you’re ever in Orlando at Mall @ Millenia, be sure to visit Prada and ask for Wei Yang. She will make it a shopping experience you won’t soon forget.

The Florida Mall location has the WORST customer service. Nobody greets you, the dressing rooms are a mess, and the workers locked the doors 10 minutes early with nobody supervising the front (despite the fact that there were 4 employees) so my mom and I had to unlock the doors ourselves just to leave! Super disappointing, don’t spend your money here!

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager is awful and not accommodating! I walked in there to try on or get pants that said were in stock on the app and the guy took forever looking ( 20-25 min) and nothing. Then I specifically asked if they would do expedited shipping for free from inside the store and he said yes. After Registering everything and mentioning he can give me a $15 discount, he had to then get it approved by a manager. The manager did not want to help out and she said no. I was on my lunch break and I explained that I needed to leave. What a waste of time. I will never go back to this express! I wasted about 45 min in this process for nothing. Go to millenia or somewhere else that will value your time.

Very disappointed with the customer service and product quality. My husband purchased a men’s wallet and within three months the leather was peeling and flaking. I took the wallet to the store with the receipt and they assured us they would send it to the their headquarters in NY and have it fixed. They said we would be receiving status updates which we never did. Finally after months, on December 15 my husband received a call saying the wallet is ready for pickup at the store. He called back and learned that the wallet was not fixed and no reason was provided as to why they didn’t fix it even though they sent it to NY and months went by. My husband told the representative that the wallet is under the one year warranty and that he expected a solution. The representative assured him she would look into this and call back. Two days went by and no one called him. When you spend $600 on a small wallet you expect quality products and amazing service and we didn’t receive either. Because my husband was very upset, I decided to go to the store to figure out what’s going on instead of letting him go…after all this time and energy wasted we got store credit which we probably won’t use because they lost us as customers. We will not be shopping at this location as the staff is incompetent and rude. They should not be working at an upscale store where top notch customer service is expected.

Great customer service is so hard to find in today shopping experience. Joshua wowed me with his great customer service skills. He was not only polite when I addressed my questions but he went above and beyond to help me with an exchange that was not on their system. He was understanding and kind. This qualities are so hard to find in a person. When ever someone deserves a good review we should write it just like we write bad reviews. Great work! I will come back because of employees like Joshua.

I went to redeem my free pair of jeans I guess from being a VIP customer and unfortunately I didn’t realized the card Had expired the day before. The cashier requested help from the manager Damien and was told nothing could be done once the code expires. He didn’t even take the time to come out and explain or help in anyway. Poor customer service experience at the Express Florida Mall!
I loved shopping here, Wei helped me buy the bag & wallet I liked, she had so much patience I literally saw so many bags before I could pick one.
Somehow didn’t feel judged nor pushy.
Even the manager of the store was really sweet! However the other male sale rep wasn’t too keen on answering my questions. Lol.

Goin in for a simple exchange, and the cashier at the front was so cold, and unwelcoming. She dint even say anything when I reached the counter. She just looked straight at the men's department, and never looked at me once when I was telling her what I needed to be done. I don't understand how this kind of customer service is acceptable! Especially when we are strangers, and I have the return receipt, and items neatly packed. Im not causing her any sort of inconvenience, yet that is how she made me feel.

Not one single associate greeted us. I saw one person folding something in the corner. You couldn't find anyone to help in the fitting room. This is unacceptable during a weekend especially. Where is the leadership? I would say the DM needs to visit this store and find out why there is no engagement or energy in this store. I'm disappointed. I get better service at the outlet store.
