It's a decent store but they have to improve their shelves arrangement as people get confused. A shelf will say 40% off, people pick them as I saw many people on the counter while waiting in the line. They picked up stuff from those shelves thinking there's an off on it while there was no discount and it was a waste of time. Overall the store is stocked, and customer service is good

Lucky the entire store was on a 40% + 10% MM discount. Even then the store had enough capacity to take the extraordinary foot-fall. 5 cashiers also to clear the long queue. Full marks to GAP for this.

I went there on a holiday Monday with a toddler. The store was very busy with customers. There was no sales person to ask about the merchandise. When I found one in the gap kids section she did not know anything about sizing for kids. We went to the cash register with toddler clothes we were buying only to find out that both registers in the kids section do not work. When I asked the manager of the store about it he directed me to the long lineup in the adult section. Terrible customer service. I would never go back there.

They were selling Tupac Shakur clothing. A known gangster. The clothes was first at entry. This is how we are showing our kids bad role models. Never buy from stores that support gangs.

Designer Row store is selling garments at very cheap prices, starting from cad 5 each. They are selling men and women garments. But the quality and designs of garments are also of low Quality. Don't expect to get good quality and good designs clothing at such cheap prices. But good for people on budget.

My first time here in this mall and it happened to pass by on this designer row store. There is on sale as the staff mentioned to us and the employee who is attending us is very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is also Wonderful. A good experience and I am glad we pass by.

It saddens me whenever I witness a salesperson in the store failing to perform their duties effectively. The store manager at this location is fabulous! My colleague and I needed a Reebok classic shoe for a birthday gift tonight. We were running a bit behind and I called the store and they left the store open an extra 10 mins to accommodate us!! She even asked us if we wanted a gift receipt. I work at a sister company to Journeys and I can truly say she represents the brand splendidly. As a fellow store manager it felt nice to see that quality in another store manager. Thank you and never loose that positive attitude.

Absolutely disgusted by the sales representative on duty around 3 PM on Saturday. She was entirely disrespectful towards a customer and kept blaming her for a misunderstanding about some refund or return matter. The sales rep was claiming to be the manager and I highly doubt that. Witnessing that unacceptable behavior with a customer and the arrogance of the sales rep, I decided to drop whatever I had in hand and leave the store.

Owners and sales reps: please note we are customers, we pay the price to get the things from your store. Whatever price you decide to tag! We are not there begging for goods for crying out loud. The least you can do is be respectful. I am not sure if I would ever be able to shop at your store after the trauma caused witnessing such bad customer service.

Went to the store over the weekend to exchange an item for the wife. Before I could make it to the counter, overheard the cashier arguing with another customer about an apparently petty issue regarding a refund.

Poor customer service. The lady claiming to be the "manager" today had a terrible attitude over a matter of refund. She kept on insisting that there was no way another cashier earlier could have told me that a particular article was refundable and that I was the one who had misinterpreted. So many other brands out there with comparable prices who don't treat their customers like liars.

The employees over there are so nice, and helpful especially Ekam and a girl, she is working in the clothing section, their customer service is excellent.

Sunday early morning , before opening And the lady in gap ( baby and kids) her name was (Sara )she was so nice and friendly helped me a lot to find the items I was looking for . It was more than one item , also in different sizes …

I come in, buy some boots..went home, only to realise i received a size larger ..not only the wrong size..but the wrong boot too ..they didn't fit, they were too big, bring them back to store.. and what does manager Azra say? They are WORN! CANT RETURN, THERES MUD ON THEM. How can they be worn when they never fit? Also, can someone please show me the mud?!?! Ive been shopping here for the last 5 years, buying everything from sneakers to boots, even the wife has bought from here so many times. Never had a problem before. My challenge remains, find the mud! I insisted so many times that they were not worn but she didn't want to listen. All this really goes to show me is that they sold me shoes that had been worn before.

My daughter and I walked into 5 or 6 different shoe stores on a quiet Tuesday morning in Square One. Not a single employee in any of those stores asked if we needed help finding anything and in one case he couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone. Not until we walked into Journeys and were greeted by Ali. She was kind and helpful and steered us to a shoe that we would never have looked at. She is definitely a kind soul and a great employee! I would shop here again based on the service alone. Thanks Ali!

This store has no concept of their return policy. If you read the reviews below - people mention the degrading tone. The management does not know how to speak with etiquette. I called the head office to complain about the experience and they also said that the store management poorly handled the scenario. They were going to report the issue to the district manager. Would not shop this store again. They need to teach their associates on how to talk to people.

I had a terrible experience here on January 8th. The shoes I bought were advertised on sale at a specific price and even had the tag with the price on them, but when I went to check out, the cashier cut off the tag with the sale price and I got charged $20 more. When I told the girl cashing me out she said that they didn’t have time to change the tags on the sale items at all that day but it was already 4pm in the day, I’m sure they could’ve had time to change it or at least honor the price on the shoe. Instead she said there’s nothing she can do and couldn’t give me the show for that price.

Bought a pair of shoes and got charged about $20 extra because they decided to put the shoe in the wrong box and overcharge me for it. I only realized this when I went to exchange the size.

I didn't shop much here and in a long time so was impressed that they carry variety of clothing for full family. Lots of holiday pj options as well. There's and urban kids section inn the location. Lots of heels and some fashion boots. I'm not sure if the quality is too good or how long they would actually last. A large clearance section near the back, mosy womens.

Service are very bad was told that the item we were buying were replace because of stain but then we found out that they were just lying because what they did is they did not replace it with a new one but just cleaned it. While they were saying that they gave us a new one . I would never come back to a seller who promotes dishonesty to buyer. Not even deserving of a one star …….be careful on this location .

Really great selectin of shoes! If you can't find what you're looking for at Foot Locker, it's probably here with rare limited selections! They staff here are all very nice and friendly. They give quite good recommendations based on what your desires are and are fairly knowledgeable of the brand/inventory they own. Well organized with nice seating arrangement as well.

Honestly, this is my favourite store and location but enough is enough with the locked change rooms. People don't have money to be wasting on clothing they don't fit in/can't get a refund on. It's unfair to have to guess if items fit or not (sizing is NEVER consistent) only to not be able to even refund them with the tags. I don't really care for a store discount if I'm going to repeatedly have the same issue. After this huge blow to my self esteem, I'll probably be taking my purchases elsewhere until this brand decides if they're going to allow fitting rooms to be open or not. As it stands, I will not be shopping here any further.

This store is loaded with great deals! I'm a curvier girl (size 12/14) and I have found many garage and dynamite pieces that fit perfectly. They have tons of selection! I should have bought a bag when I was here to save the tax. Ended up getting one for Christmas and I love it! The staff at the store were really friendly and I did not feel pressured into buying. It was really early in the morning but they were cheery and informative. Will have to pick up something next time I go on a trip.

Last night went in to do a simple exchange for a $10 defective sweater. During the exchange we asked the cashier about the sweater in other sizes, she started giving us attitude instead of actually answering our question. When we told her that we didn't need her attitude along with it, she started giving more attitude to explain to us that she wasn't giving any. I asked for a manager and she said she would call since no one was on site. During this time we spoke to the other worker who just stood there the entire time and he was more helpful in explaining what we originally asked. Then the worker came back and started arguing with us, putting her hands up in my face, clapping her hands in my face, taunting me to touch her to stop, telling me to get a new life, can't believe I have a man, etc. At this point I exploded on her because how dare you talk and act that way towards me? Turns out she called security instead of her manager and when they came in, I was already yelling back at her. They tried to deescalate the situation but the worker felt like she could continue however she wanted. She was definitely pushing my buttons, hiding behind her counter of a minimum wage paying job. The fact that she feels that I can't get her in trouble at work is just appalling. I guess this brand is hard up for workers because they have someone who likes to throw fighting words and hands up at customers. I had absolutely no problem with this company up on walking in last night but no way in hell someone is gonna talk that way to me and get away with it. Waiting on head office to get back to me and I will keep trying until I do. All security could do is tell me to file a complaint at guest services (which I did) and actually told me this is not the first time they've been called in to that store to dwal with a situation with the SAME worker.
