Very rude staff here who rush you out of the store and don't even let you walk in to look at the prices for the last 10 minutes before the store closes. Keeps the gates wide open but rudely denies entry. Specifically, one of the girls working on a Sunday evening. Extremely rude even after making it clear and pointing out one specific rack we wanted to look at and even said we didn't wanna make a purchase, just check prices. Very rude. I've worked in retail having to turn away people before closing times and this isn't the way to handle it.

A typical good old, well kept old navy store. Has all the items that you can find at other old navy stores as well.

never again, the store is always a disaster and the stories i would hear about the management especially about the new general manager rude to their employees they don't get paid enough to deal with that if i could give it zero rating i definitely would!!!!!

Great experience at this Old Navy. I made a large purchase on behalf of a charity and the staff were wonderful in helping process the order so we'd have gift receipts and maximum available discounting. Special shout out to Precious who was exceptionally patient and helpful in going through the order with me.

very bad experience. This store is putting jeans under price labels 15 dollars, 23 dollars, and when we go to bill them they are taking the original price of jeans without even a discount, even when its written as 50 percent off entore store including new items. In online also the price of the same jeans were in 50 percent discount. And they are not willing to accept also. Had to return both the jeans. I will never purchase from this store who are misleading customers

I went in to do an exchange. While at the counter, I asked if they were honoring the additional 30% off discount that was available online. Cashier confirms she will, I spend 2hrs shopping and then when I get back to the counter, she says it is only on regular priced merchandise even though the online discount clearly includes clearance. She admitted she gave me the wrong information but neither she nor the manager were willing to make it right. Poor experience.
