KAUFT DORT BLOS NICHT EIN-Schlechtester Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Ich hatte eine Reklamation nach 2 Wochen wg. eines Defekts einer Tasche (400 Euro). Sie haben mir gesagt, das wäre nicht ihr Problem und ich soll es doch einfach beim Schuster nähen lassen!!!! Wirklich eine absolute Frechheit!!

The shop assistant was in a bad mood. No service, wrong price announced in the window, no hello, no thank you, no good bye… Must have been the heat of the day. One star for great collection.
Ottima boutique per fare acquisti soprattutto per New balance, Saint Barth. All'interno si possono trovare altre marche sempre di alto livello, cappelli, maglie, scarpe, borse e tanto altro. Sono venuto mercoledì mattina, e una commessa gentilissima è stata molto disponibile con me. Negozio consigliato a tutti!

I purchased Santoni shoes from this store, but unfortunately, the sole is coming loose. I filled out a contact form on their website on June 7th, but I haven't received any response to date. On June 11th, I sent a message via WhatsApp, but I haven't received any response either. They sell luxury brands, but their service falls far short of what one would expect with the products they sell. I would advise quickly passing by this store and not making any purchases there.
The owner was one of a kind… She is really friendly and thoughtful. My Wife hates to shop and try but she made everything so easy for her! We left lots of nice things! We are definitely coming back :)

Propietario simpaticissimo stile dei capi molto bello e soprattutto interessante poi la chicca i capi li fa lui. Prezzi più che onesti dato la manifattura dei prodotti ci tornerei sicuramente.
