KAUFT DORT BLOS NICHT EIN-Schlechtester Kundenservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Ich hatte eine Reklamation nach 2 Wochen wg. eines Defekts einer Tasche (400 Euro). Sie haben mir gesagt, das wäre nicht ihr Problem und ich soll es doch einfach beim Schuster nähen lassen!!!! Wirklich eine absolute Frechheit!!

I purchased Santoni shoes from this store, but unfortunately, the sole is coming loose. I filled out a contact form on their website on June 7th, but I haven't received any response to date. On June 11th, I sent a message via WhatsApp, but I haven't received any response either. They sell luxury brands, but their service falls far short of what one would expect with the products they sell. I would advise quickly passing by this store and not making any purchases there.

Sehr unfreundlicher Verkäufer. Genau das selbe bei der Frauenabteilung gegenüber. Absolut no go!

Hat wohl nicht vermutet, dass wir es uns leisten können, hier etwas zu kaufen.
Den 250,- Euro Porsche- Gürtel, den wir dann kauften, wollte er uns ohne Verpackung oder Tasche einfach nur so mitgeben......
