I had such a great experience this last Wednesday. My friend and I went looking for a gift for his girlfriend and were helped by Jacky. She made our experience so great! I’ve been to many different Buckle stores and can say this is the best service and experience I’ve had. Jacky was AMAZING!!!
I got some defective shirts from this store, I brought them back to the store to show them to the manager, and the only thing he said was “oh ok, thank you for letting us know” - very poor customer service skills, and for sure I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Cecilia & Syed are miracle workers! They were extremely helpful while helping my spouse pick out an outfit for a wedding. The amount of sincere attention that was given was incredible. They are sweethearts and would highly recommend them. Great job and keep up the good work!

The staff aren’t friendly at all and on top of that they don’t seem to have received any training. The supervisor/lead that the young girl called over couldn’t help me order something online that they didn’t have in store.

I came here earlier in the year just to show my Mom around the ArmaniXChange store, to see what she would like, & one of the employees (Josh) helped her as much as i did, even better. He never came off as forcing and thats what gets people to actually feel comfortable to buy things from the store. Great experience there 10/10 from just him alone.

I stopped by your store today just before 1pm with an exchange. The sales associate was extremely rude and I’m sure he knew the way he treated my friend and I was completely uncalled for since he did not want to give us his name. I asked politely if he could re-fold the trousers I gave him folded (the way they typically are folded in-store) and he looked at me as if I had asked a question that didn’t sit right with him. He asked if I wanted to do it myself, I responded “sure” in an attempt to show him how I wanted the trousers folded. He took the next pair of trousers and proceeded to shove them in the bag again without folding them whatsoever. That’s when another employee “Asia” intervened trying to help him with the folding which he refused her help. I then asked for the second pair of trousers to be handed over so I could fold them myself. Mind you, if you weren’t near the register you had no clue what was happening. This wasn’t a “scene,” it was simply an encounter that the employee refused to assist with. When I asked his name, he said “he doesn’t need to tell me that.” He repeated that twice. I told Asia thanks and left. Bottomline, yes I’m a customer, but I believe overall in treating people with decency. That was not a good experience. Asia was the only one who stepped in to try to help and there were at least 4 employees at the main counter. No one else attempted to assist us or the employee who refused to give his name.

This Zara store is a no no, the cashiers are rude. They don’t greet. They go on to make fun of customers. Lines are long.
Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours just to check out. This store is poorly managed or maybe it’s just a poor culture in Zara. They don’t care about customers here. They don’t respect you or your time.

I was trying some clothes and the lady just looks so desperately to close the cashier and leave. (Poor customer service) Dallas Marciano store. I came all the way from Houston just to buy my clothes… I asked if I can order some shoes and she is like we don’t have your size without even checking on the computer I purchased mostly all the time at Marciano and never got this experience in other stores she didn’t even ask for my phone number to put it in the system. clothes are cute and pretty good quality for price point. Customer service - aweful . Lines are long and the check out very slow. God help you if you have a return; god and all the saints need to help if you bought online and returning in the store. Been there twice because to make a simple return because their machine couldnt scan the receipt? so after waiting for over 30 minutes in line .. they say because their machine wont work to move over because I am holding up the line.

I have been a customer here for years, I recently bought a dress here with multiple wardrobe malfunctions, which I didn't notice until I got to my destination. It ended up being a very embarrassing event, so much so I kept trying not to be in public eyes and kept to myself by a corner.. I went back to explain this to them, but they kept brushing me off and didn't want to help me out even with store credit. Mind you, this dress was $300 I can't believe this is how they have treated a loyal customer...

A good solid 3.5 place. Prices lead you to believe the quality is there however, it does let you down in some areas. Limited on sizes and quality. The items are spread out in the store due to not having a large selection.

Don't support those low key r@cist! Go to Urban Hype in North East Mall and one at the Grand Prairie outlets! I usually come in Denim store when the owners son is at the register, and the owner is normally in the back watching like someone is going to take something. This time I really got to see how unpleasant the culture vulture really is... NEVER AGAIN! Urban Hype actually has quality clothing. I just hate the drive. I bet I'll bare it from now on!

Service was impeccable. Brendan worked hard for me. The young woman from Normandy, France tried so hard to find tops for me.

I hit Banana Republic at the right time. They were offering a 40% off Friends and Family sale. I wound up with a jean jacket, a sweater, and a silk shell.
I would give negative stars if possible. I went into this store today with my daughter. The two ladies who were working there clearly had issues. One actually made eye contact with me but still refused to speak. They greeted the customers who came in behind us. They completely ignored my daughter and I as we went through the store although they spoke to others. I walked out and then my daughter came out shortly after. She was extremely upset when they started laughing after I walked out. I will never come here again because they were just absolutely ridiculous.

I came in with my mother today browsing for some shorts to buy for a bachelorette party. This is my first time coming to lucky brand in store to be honest. We did not stay long, not even five minutes. The associates hanging out at the desk ,and this was around 1:50-2:00 pm, looked directly at us when we walked in and said nothing. As we moved to the back of the store, they greeted someone else who came in. My mother was a little ticked off, but remained calm as she didn’t want to make me uncomfortable and left, but I stayed to browse a little more. Didn’t last long because I noticed that they were giggling and watching as she left the store. First impressions are everything and this one was the most uncomfortable experience I have had.

I took my daughter and her friend to Dallas to shop. Derek and Nick made the experience so wonderful for them! Everyone working helped at one point or another. I stopped in looking for a few t-shirts to buy while I'm here in Dallas on a business trip. I found several I wanted, but they did not have my size in any of them. The staff was helpful, saying they could order them and have them shipped to me, but due to only being in town for a few days that didn't help me. Hopefully they can retain a sufficient stock of various sizes in the future..

Came into the store just to browse and wasn’t going to spend money. However, it was worth it. Joshua assisted me in my purchase. He displayed his extensive knowledge on all the products and answered my questions throughly. Located in the first floor which is accessible to the parking lot. In general there's a good selection of apparel and the collection is updated frequently. I had an unpleasant experience with a knitted piece that I purchased and that shrank to a lower size after washing and drying. The store was unwilling to let me trade it for another without receipt. The designers should consider that the American market doesn't consider sundry pieces, there's no patios where to dry the clothing. The manager was unwilling to help even though I explained that it was unacceptable to have a piece shrank so much in a single washing

Very poor customer service in regards to the managerial aspect. Not at all helpful. More mindful of his manicure than his customer experience. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BANANA AGAIN DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. They have also changed their return policy which is like any other D+ retail store , Ross and TJ Maxx have Banana as their competitor now. I will shop at Nordstrom where their quality is better and their return policy makes sense.

Lack of sizes and signage on sales very confusing. Clerk was difficult to understand because she wouldn’t speak up and was double masked. No problem with masks but expect to speak up over them, the music and other people.

Conveniently placed right next to Nordstrom (which is close to Parking)
However the collection and variety of clothing needs to be increased. Online has much more option. Also this place is understaffed for the amount of crowd it attracts.

Also, the items did actually ring up lower than the ticketed price. If it were mentioned to go to the register for actual price it would have been helpful.

Another great thing about this place is it is conveniently located right next to Nordstrom orange garage on level 1.
So regardless where you park in orange level either the garage have stairs to level 1 and then you can enter via Nordstrom or enter Nordstrom and take escalator or enter Nordstrom go to the mall entrance and take escalator. So so convenient.

I did not expect that premium stores like banana republic would refuse to take back a dress that did not fit my wife. My wife is in India and I wanted to surprise her, and so bought this red dress for her along with four other items. Unfortunately the dress did not fit, and given that my trip to India and back took 48 days, the store refused to return it. They kept showing me the 45 day return policy and redirected me to the online customer care representative. The online customer care representative could not help and said that it was the store manager's discretion. She also suggested that I could approach a different store and check if their manager was ready to accept it. Anyways, I agree that they are within their rights to refuse return, given that I was over the 45 day limit, but I never thought that a premium store such as banana republic would refuse a return. Specially since the dress was still in its original packing, and only worn once (for all of 5 mins) to check if it fit. They wouldn't even issue me store credit.

I wanted to thank that lovely staff by their company web site but I could not enter it. So let me thank them I present my gratitude from here. I shopped on 6 May from that store. The lovely manager lady and the helpful man wearing summer hat were very polite and assisted me with smiling face to pick my summer clothes. They showed me the chicest clothes that suits me. That was a very nice summer shopping experience for me. The staff and the products are tremendous.

Today my wife and I experienced the worst customer service in both of our lives. The “manager” or so she claimed yelled at us across the room and gave us the ugliest attitude when we just needed a fitting room and waited patiently. Likewise, when we brought it to her attention how rude she was acting, she proceeded to call us rude and told us to get out of her store. She was in a frenzy and exclaimed she was the only one working there at the time. She poorly handled criticism most likely because she was young, but under no circumstance should a manager disrespect a customer. As we left and dropped all of the clothes we were planning to buy, she made a comment about how we were childish and then mocked my height. Poor management, poor service, disrespectful, and above all unprofessional. Will also be contacting corporate about this location. 0/5

Not sure why this store comes up on a Google search for Japanese denim. When I went in and asked if they carried japanese denim they looked at me like I was speaking japanese and said no.
Might be OK store otherwise, I have no idea.

Let me just tell you this was one of the most fun shopping experiences of my life. I walked in and was greeted by Derek and Jeanie they complimented my hair and made me feel welcome. After explaining what I was looking for these two sent me to the dressing room and dressed me head to toe. I would come out and model the clothes and they would give me confidence and tips on how to wear the pieces. I felt like I was shopping with my best friends. I ended up with a ton of cute pieces and the want to go back and see them! 💯/10 recommend!!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. My husband & I went there to get a online pick up at the Galleria Location. We waited no joke 45 minutes for that order when we got there. We were passed along to 4 different associates. One wouldn't just stay with us to assist. Everyone we worked with was rude, one sales associate rolled her eyes at us when we asked what was happening. Yes they were busy but at the end of the day they work customer service jobs. My hubby & I were kind so they had no reason to treat us like that. Seems like they have a management issue - no one seemed to understand what they were supposed to do. We got to chit chatting with the sweet lady with her infant by us and she stated she had been working on a return for an hour with what she thought was one of the managers. Just overall a really disappointing experience. Won't be supporting online or in store again.

First time going in here and IM HOOKED!!! Not only are the clothes super cute but the experience I had there was above and beyond my expectations!!!! Abby is a godsend she helped me figure out sizing and picking out clothes and even went as far as checking in on me while I was trying clothes on and when I needed/wanted something in a different size or style she was so sweet and grabbed it for me and never seemed annoyed or bothered to do it! The experience she gave me from the moment I walked in and when I paid my bill IS the reason I will be returning! Thank you Abby I appreciate you!
They were really good I have to say that they were helpful with me but they were also disappointed because they did not have the extra small that I usually buy but I am a truck driver so I can't blame them for the inventory when I'm not there to get it but overall the customer service was very good and I still got the shirt that I got or should I say wanted just not the extra small LOL

Wandered into The Buckle today to look for Hey Dudes. If you don't know, Hey Dudes are incredibly hard to find! BUT this location had a great selection of colors and styles. I was immediately assisted by Leslie! SHE IS INCREDIBLE! She was able to fully assist me with the styles and sizes I needed, all while continuing to help another customer. She wasn't pushy at all either! She was giving her genuine input when I asked which one she preferred for me & sizing. Because of her great service, I purchased 2 pairs! In a time where workers and good service are hard to come by, Leslie was a breath of fresh air. Loved her personality and kindness.

Upon entering the store I was immediately profiled. When I walked up to the register no one greeted me; one employee went to the back, the other two stood behind the register counter working on there tasks.

I asked to do a return and both employees looked at each other before acknowledging my presence.

Ariana, took the receipt and immediately inspected the dress, which was wrapped in tissue paper. She flipped the seams inside out to see if the tag had been tampered with.

Ariana took my receipt and then asked why I wanted to return the dress. I told her it was because of the fit.

Ariana then said that she was not going to accept the return because the tag looked split, despite it still being attached to the dress. So I asked to speak to manager on duty, to which she replied she replied that she was. Next she claimed the dress also smelled like food, but Ariana was wearing a face mask covering her nose. The manager on duty Ariana, created a story to justify not honoring the return policy with the food smell comment to prove that I did in fact wear the dress and tampered with the garment tag.

There is no physical evidence of the dress being worn or damaged.

Before calling customer service, I asked Ariana to confirm her statement of me of wearing the dress and reattaching the tag. Ariana replied saying yes because our other tags don't look like this. She then directed me to contact customer service because her decision was final. I promptly did, where I spoke with Luis, and allowed her to speak with him where he took her statement and she repeated that the garment smelled like food and that the tag did not match the other dresses in house.

Following the customer service phone call I immediately began taking photographs of the dress on the store's couch next to the register when I noticed that all 3 employees were making comments in another language.

After taking pictures of the dress I asked for the original bag back to pack up and leave. Ariana and the other two employees started laughing and speaking in another language again as I was walking out the store.

Again, I have never purchased a dress from Guess or Marciano prior to March 25, 2021. I would like to also note that the only times they spoke around me was in another language.

Marciano's return policy on the receipt states:

"We accept unworn merchandise with the original receipt and tag attached for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale. Refunds for returns of full price merchandise will be issue in the method of original payment."

I brought back the dress, unworn with the original tag attached and the original receipt. I am requesting a full refund having met each of these requirements. They have a history via the reviews of unethical business practices including racial profiling, discrimination on return policy and horrible customer service.
The new lime green line is next on my list. 💯

I went to the store today to return an item I brought there a week ago. First, the lady was extremely unfriendly and cold. I couldn’t find my receipt. She told me there is nothing they can do if I don’t have my original receipt with me. So, I went outside to call customer service and was able to get my receipt via e-mail. When I went back inside, the lady was lying to me and told me that she talked to her manager. Apparently her manager said that I was not able to return the item because it has some water stains and it’s a bodysuit. Sounded she was making up some reasons why they wouldn’t accept the return. I asked to talk to the manager but she was lying again and told me that her manager is at a kid’s birthday party. I spent 30 minutes on the phone to get my receipt! She literally just wasted my time and kept lying about stuff. When I asked her, what I should do now she just told me to call customer service in a very disrespectful way. Look if you work at a clothes store, you ARE customer service! I guess they don’t have to worry about customer service at all! Will not go back and happily spend my money elsewhere.

Been coming here forever and always recived a shopping bag and today the lady try to charge me 2.00 or .10 for a bag now I am stuck carrying a shirt around the mall and everywhere I shop they think I stole the shirt because I am holding a random shirt. Last time shopping at this store.
What the heck is going on with the Banana Republic Brand? I happened to be walking through this store today, and saw a sweater jacket that I loved, but was too big. An employee came over and said don't you love that, I said I did but it was too large, and instead of her trying to help me find the correct size she literally shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I was ready to shop and buy, but the employee who had no one else in the store was too disinterested in closing the sale to help. My computer is a lot more help - I'll stick to buying online. And may I say that this is why retail stores are in so much trouble...

I went into this store with a friend, as we were shopping for Last minute NYE options. I found a dress that fit very flattering and was a great quality. It was available in two colors, red and black. Being unable to decide, I figured, why not purchase both and return whichever I do not wear. So on to the front desk we went. I put the dresses on the counter, and noticed that one of the straps on the Black dress was torn, so i asked if they had any others in the back that it could be swapped out with. The manager stated, Yes, i will grab you one. She put it on the counter when she returned, and made a very odd remark - "By the way, we will not accept any returns of merchandise that is worn/not resalable/damaged." I responded that that was completely understandable and would not be an issue, as i had other options to try on from an online order when i got home that day. If it was not going to be worn out for NYE, it was being returned. A $170 dress, mind you. They have a very standard return policy - 30 days, tags attached, unworn, with receipt.

Well NEWS FLASH - They completely deceived me on this purchase. I took both dresses back to the store a week later to do my return, since i had gone with a $60 dress that i ordered online for my NYE outfit, and decided not to wear/keep the $170 dresses (plural, since i purchased two at that price). When i laid the dresses on the counter with my receipt, the "manager" began to inspect the dresses. She stated that one of the two dresses appeared to have been worn and had been damaged (the Black one of course, that was grabbed from the back of the store on my behalf by the manager a week prior), and that the dress was not resalable and could not be returned at that time. Side note: The black dress that was given to me from the back of the store never got put on my body! So they "sold me" a "warn and non-resalable" dress to begin with. I don't know if I’m more frustrated by the fact that I cannot return the dress for my refund of $170, or that I am now stuck with a damaged dress that was sold to me in that condition.

Bottom Line - I will never purchase nor recommend any Marciano or Guess clothing to friends or family. The staff here is incompetent and has very poor customer service skills. That is your job – CUSTOMER SERVICE - That's all you have to do. So take some pride in you umteen dollar an hour job, and be kind and compassionate to your customers. This was the worst experience i have had with a standalone store in Galleria. I am sure there will be another store in its place in no time.

Oh - And Guess Customer service whom i called for assistance with this matter, told me they would send me an email with a Prepaid return label for me to ship the dress to the warehouse for a refund (as long as i emailed them photos of the dress for review). I never received any email from them whatsoever. So chalking it up as a loss, keeping the "damaged" dress that i overpaid for, and taking business elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional and refuses to acknowledge a complaint about workplace harassment and unethical practice. I complained to the assistant manager and he refused to talk about “personal conflicts”. This is a workplace. It is a work problem. He refused to speak to me any further and couldn’t provide me with any answers when I mentioned legal consequences.

Ellie was so fantastically helpful! I had 15 min to buy a whole new outfit and I’m glad I wandered into Lucky’s in the first 2 min of that time. She was thoughtful and thorough.

It is the cheapest version of the Armani house. They have good merchandise with affordable prices. The quality is obviously not the same but the designs are great. The service from the people that work here is amazing. They are eager to listen and help you to find what you like. The white girl that speaks English was very polite, friendly and excellent sales associate.

Been coming here for the past few years and usually am able to shop with no trouble. Today I experienced the worst customer service. The assistant manager Deb not only used sarcasm to mock my questions but also gave us an attitude when we asked if we could see the size of a display. As well as initially ignoring and walking away from us. As someone who also who also works as a manager in retail I know that there is never a need to disrespect any customer. There seems to be a lack of training from this location. Will not be shopping here on our future mall visits. Corporate office will be hearing about this experience

I used to hate coming here. In the past, everytime I would come into this store the employees were rude and unhelpful. And if I would have rated this store 6 months ago I would have given it a 1 star. But yesterday I was greeted by the most welcoming, kind young man. He was extremely attentive and helpful. He saw us looking at a long sleeve button down and he suggested we have a look at the same shirt that was short sleeved. He also directed us around the store and informed us of all the sales. And surprisingly he did it in such a way that never came off as pushy or insincere. He just seemed like a nice man who is extremely kind and great at his job. There was also another lady that was very sweet and checked on us.
All around was a great experience and I'm very happy to see that they finally have a good staff.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Costumer service is absolutely horrible. They are beyond rude. Went to the mall with a friend, while I was in the apple store my friend went in there to just take a look around. The sales lady asked if she was shopping for a friend and when she said no she replied with well we don’t sell anything big enough for you.

Here’s a great idea, even if you don’t sell anything big enough for her (she’s not even big) how about shut up. Maybe keep to yourself? Perhaps ponder your own self worth. She’s a smart girl. She can figure out if you don’t sell her size with out having someone go out of there way to make a tactless remark.

As for the store you should probably look into hiring better employees seeing as your current supply is quite loathsome and pitiful.

Needed to return some things but lost the receipt. They did not want to help or look into other options, basically just said no. Went to the location in North Park and they were able to pull it up by just looking at the date we purchased the items with no hassle. It's 2019, paper receipts are a past, you would think a store like this would have the technology to pull it up another way. Plus why can one location do it but not here??

Regular at this store. High turnover of staff from my lens as only in the US by the quarter however the service remains at the same level of quality which is well above average. Only issue prob is stock/inventory as size matching has been an issue on several times for me. Also the fact that items cannot be ordered intra store where your item is in stock in another. In the UK we typically can do this. Overall a good store and will go in again.

I disliked very much this store location due to the attitude they have towards returns. Yet, going to the Northpark location made me feel better. Northpark at least took the time to figure out what options I had and all options worked for me.Therefore, Galleria location is not the place I want to go back to again.
The shop has good quality of clothes.I bought sports jacket from here.They are good and they stayed good for long time.But the behaviour of manager or assistant manager is too rude.They never help you for any of your question.Otherwise I have no complaint with this store

I came in at about 6 pm and to look around. I didn't feel and negative vibes from workers and weren't asked a billion times if I was okay, which I do appreciate! I went upstairs to get my nails done and then returned to purchase a purse I could not stop thinking about. It was 30 mins from closing time; however, the sales associate was very friendly and even convinced me to get more. I signed up as a Guess member and went on about my day. I love great but laid back service.

The low reviews were old employees! The store has new management and sales associates. I've traveled to shop at this location several times and never ever disappointed by the friendliness and helpful staff. The ladies here are awesome. I went in for one dress and walked out with three great pieces!

The employees are always super nice, clean store and all the clothes are very organized. While the selection isn't huge (because it's a smaller store) it still has great options. I go in every time I go to the galleria.

worst customer services probably around town. workers are rude and exceptionally have an attitude. rolling eyes is what they seemed best as and when i suggested they summarize their policy to customers before other purchase items they refused and told us it wasn't their fault. nobody goes into a store and reads the policy especially because it's not on sale items... its on a special occasion dress.... definitely not coming back. ever

Love their clothing. Great quality and modern sexy sophistication! The girls working there are always helpful in finding you the right kind of clothing for your occasion. Never had a problem in the past 5 years shopping here. This is my go-to when I need sexy and elegant clothing.

Terrible customer service! I swear I am one of the biggest fans of this designer, but their choice of workers sucks!!!!!! They treat you like you can't afford to shop in there!! They are a part of guess. If you wak down an escalator and all the way to the back and hit the Guess store. You will be treated right! The Marciano store has gone down in customer service in the past two years. YES! I said TWO years. I have been shopping at this place for almost 7 years, and I still shop there to have faith in their employees to treat me and my friends better and their employees can't seem to get it right! I am about done with Marciano!
