Nice customer service
Horrific customer experience!!
I chose Sandro to be the designer of the suit I wore on my wedding day. HUGE MISTAKE!! I have spent $4,000 online and in store. When online order arrived, my order was boxed with ZERO packaging. Clothing was literally thrown in box, sealed and shipped. Contrast this to any similar priced purchase from Gucci, Louie Vuitton, even Saks 5th wraps and packages your product with care and concern. Sandro drops the ball here!!
Suit pants needed exchanged for a larger size. To be sure of size, I decided to try pants on in person. Nearest location is in Northpark Mall in Dallas, Tx (212 miles from my home). My exchange fell within their policy timeframe, however the in store representative claimed he was unable to honor the exchange since I had received a 10% discount when original order was placed. That he would have to return pants for refund and then process a new transaction at full price. I felt this was an attempt at commission fraud however another representative stated their Point of Sale system is really just a portal on their online website. That they are extremely limited and don't receive much software or hardware support from corporate.
I contacted customer service and the phone representative confirmed that I should have no issues with an exchange in store. She reached out to her supervisor for confirmation via phone but to no avail. Since I had driven three hours I decided to wait around.
The supervisor never called back so I had no choice but to return pants and pay full price for bigger size in store.
Don't waste your time or money with Sandro Paris... your experience will be more like Zara or H&M. We are better off supporting another designer that's established and respected in the industry.

The two gentlemen who assisted me with purchasing a pair of shoes (and shipping them to me!) were so friendly and attentive. We had a great time in the store and I cannot wait to receive my loafers. Thank you!

This is an excellent store. Hidden gem in some way. Clothes are high quality. Staff are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help. Always enjoy visiting this place.
