I went and tried some clothes this past friday at around 3:30pm and the girl in the dressing room was the nicest worker I’ve ever gotten. Her name is Chanel(or Shanelle). Super sweet, she complimented everyone and it felt so genuine. She was also super helpful to my friends and I but also every other customers. She made sure to let us know if we needed any help she’d be there. Give her a raise or anything she wants, she deserves it !
I went there 2 days ago and had an amazing experience! One of the employees named Chanel was fantastic! She was nice and helped me and my friends out. I have never had such great customer service in a clothing store!!
I could not reccomend Jaco Uomo more! For my brothers wedding, we got all the groomsmen suits at this location. Abby helped us and was fantastic, very professional and understanding. I could not thank them enough! I even decided to buy an additional blue suit, while I was there. I will certainly be back and will reccomend to others! Thanks Abby & team.

Purchased a $470 CAD cashmere sweater and in four weeks the same sweater cost $200 CAD. Went to the store and asked the store manager Dino for a price adjustment considering the significant drop. Dino first agreed to adjust the price and quickly changed his mind when I didn’t have a receipt. I had already told him I didn’t have the receipt. He refused to look up the receipt in the system saying it would take too long. Then stating that four weeks was too long (even though I was within the return policy). Dino compared the price change to fluctuating gas prices and told me to live and learn. When I called the customer service line they said the store manager has the authority to make the price change given I was within the return policy. Horrible customer service. Losing a customer over $200 is senseless. Spend your money on a brand that stands up for quality and customer service. Not a place that fluctuates prices week by week and doesn’t take care of their consumer.
Alexandre makes you feel at ease right away and listens to your needs. He is very knowledgeable about the products sold, the origins, the materials used and the confection methods. He is also an expert at understanding what you are really looking for and asking the right questions. Exceptional service. I am very happy with my shopping experience at Suit Supply. Even though, the customer experience at the Montreal store is very good…the quality of the suit and the after-sale service that I got was horrendous.
I bought a suit there less than 6 months ago that is completely discoloured and ripped apart from both elbows. The answer that I got from their after-sale service is “It appears that these issues have been caused by a combination of rubbing and friction, resulting in the thinning and subsequent tearing of the fabric. This can happen during daily activities such as leaning against a desk or sitting in a chair.“
Considering that none of my other 10+ suits have ever shown such wear and tear from routine use, I would have appreciated if they would’ve taken some accountability in this rather then blaming me for leaning against a desk or sitting in a chair.

Very bad experience I made an order two weeks ago no confirmation email no news nothing I have to call them hundreds times to get any information about the shipment no news they are lost first and last time ever order from them. They are unprofessional and it’s a very disappointed experience from brand like club monaco.
I had a very pleasant experience with the advisor and custom program. I went in to get some trousers made. Jean-Simon was the advisor who helped me.
Although I have very specific fit requirements and preferecnes, Jean-Simon was able work with me and took the proper measurements and adapt the custom program to my specific preferences.
The end result is that I have two trousers that fit like I want and with the fabric I want and look very nice.
On a side note, the minor alternations after the delivery (to achieve a even superior fit) have very short turnaround time.
The communication throughout is clear and efficient which leads to a very pleasant experience.
Overall, I am impressed with custom experience and would recommend the program and store to anyone looking into custom garments.

Bought my second suit here today. Great service as always, Bastien was very easy to work with and their suit selection is extensive! You could go and buy a cheaper suit at Simons or other suit shops but the quality of materials and worksmanship is not comparable. And if you actually think about what you're getting, it's well worth the price. Top notch suits and staff! Will be back at some point.
Loved the service! Came in looking for a new winter jacket and one of the stylist Sylvie didn’t hesitate helping me out. It was clear that she knew every detail about the super puff and helped me with all of my questions. Super friendly and impeccable service.
The men's section in the basement looks good with a great variety of merchandise. The quality of the fabrics is great. There's also a little coffee shop inside. Unfortunately, there are more sales online than in-store so online shopping trumps in-person shopping.

The WORST location for customer service. I love Aritzia overall. But If you want to be treated like your business matters at all, avoid this location. It’s always a frustrating, discouraging experience because of some rude employee and poor hardline management.
Spent 1300$ only to find out the website is 30% off in October. The manager refused to price adjust, with a nasty attitude. I will be returning my purchase and have placed a formal complaint about this. Terrible customer service at this store. Shame on you.

It is not open @12.10….after walking 30 minutes in a rain it is very disappointing.
Overall great experience from the moment you walk in and are greeted. I was assisted by Axel who was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and just overall excellent in our 2 meetings. I couldn’t be happier with my suit and in-store experience.

The new store on De La Montagne is amazing!! It’s huge, beautiful and clean with a great selection of choices. The staff is very friendly and professional, go see Reuben, he’s the best! I was very well served and advised, I highly recommend!

He spent nearly 2 hours with me to purchase one suit, his patience and professionalism were outstanding. And an additional bonus is the quality and look of their clothing. Nailed the Brief: Deven & Co. did a great job fleshing out a vision for my wedding suit, which I'm so excited to wear next month. Deven left no stone unturned and helped me avoid a couple of "design traps" that I could have easily fallen into. Overall, a great experience and now I need to find a good excuse to go back to get another suit made!

My go to place for any occasion. The owners are the best stylists in town, their curate their collections very carefully and help you throughout the process until you find the perfect fit.
Where to start… the service I received from my first visit to my last was awesome. I created a custom wedding suit with Simon. Simon was incredible from start to finish. I visited a few times for fittings and creation, he not only helped me create a perfect look but was so helpful with Information about the suit, bow ties and a good many other things. Everyone else I interacted with seemed just as personable and helpful, but I worked primarily with Simon and can’t say enough about how happy I am with what he has done for me. Great shop, amazing suit, thank you so much!

The tie is very wrinkled all over and badly bent at the tip that is right into the material.
It looked like the tie was just troughen into a big box with no packing paper or care taken to packaging,and shipped out to me.
The back of the tie has numerous loose hanging threads all over it.
Showing poor craftsmanship.
The front has some smeared markings and 4 round circles half way down embedded in the material.
Not sure what they are or if they can come out.
Stains,water damage.
Who knows.
Staff should have checked the tie over for these flaws and ensured proper packing to achieve the best and highest quality was meet for the price I paid for this tie.
I will try and have the tie dry cleaned and a professional seamstress try and repair this mess.

Nice store, but it's really for young women. Sometimes expensive for the quality.
I am a Black American woman. This is my first time in Montreal for the jazz fest and Aritiza is one of my favorite stores. Not one employee greeted me but looked me dead in my face and didn't say "Bonjour" "are you looking for anything in particular"....Nothing. This was also Including the only black woman that was working at the time. She too stared and didn't say anything. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and won't be back. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
Had a great experience with Deven Ye getting a suit for my wedding. Deven put no pressure nor did he try to upsell, he gave sound advice, and was very professional - clearly knows what he is doing and really gave the impression that he has your best interests at heart. Would recommend without hesitation!
If possible, I would give this on line clothes retailer negative stars. Just a warning for anyone in the US contemplating purchasing anything online from this establishment, you’d better know exactly what you want. Returning an item that didn’t fit for an exchange to them has been an absolute nightmare. When my emails were actually answered ( often with major delays) they were replete with half truths with no real action taken. This is a brick and mortar store in Montreal Quebec, that should stick to walk in business and immediately exit any kind of online presence ( at least in the US).

Great quality clothes, fast shipping from Canada to US, blazer packaged so that it didn’t come in a lump at the bottom of a box. Second purchase from them and have Boutique Jaques on my regular shopping list.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, we've had numerous issues since we ordered the tux. Not only was the tux late by a few weeks due to "fabric shortages" (the father and brother of the groom ordered the same fabric for their suits at the Quebec City and Ottawa Surmesur locations and had no problems with theirs coming on-time), but also the shirt was ordered in the wrong colour. It wasn't off-white like we had ordered; it was yellow. Since we're located in the northeast US, we've had to make additional trips back to Canada to deal with this, which we were not expecting, especially so close to the wedding. This has been a major source of stress for us, and we are very disappointed. I left 2 stars because they did try to rush our order. We now rescind our recommendation.

While many of my items will clearly not be sent to me and I was super excited about those items, Club Monaco never offered to send them once their website works or any care to make a customer happy instead of unhappy!

My Superpuff needed zipper fix and the lady in Eaton center was so cold and unprofessional, told me she cannot help and to go back and call the concierge at home, not giving any more information, when I asked her to take a quick look at my jacket zipper because it looks ok but it is not working she refused and acted like I was wasting her time!
I went to 1125 store and the service was amazing, the employee there carefully looked at my jacket zipper, gave it a try then explained me how their tailor service works and If Im ok with getting my jacket a week later. She gave me a receipt and told me they will call me when my jacket is ready!

I love Dynamite and I usually shop online, but I had to go to this store today. I was not greeted when I came in even with 3 employees available. All I want was an exchange, but girl at the cash proceeded to return my blouse without advising me that online system is different than the one from the store. Not cool, all she said afterwards was "oh sorry".
I’ll never come back again!!! I found a small hole in the pants I bought a few days ago in this store. I thought it’s because the thread is loose and very easy for them to fix. So I went back to exchange. The store manager hinted that I made the hole myself. It’s completely unacceptable. I have never worn this pants. What would make me get a hole in it and spend time to get back to change it?! Prepare to be humiliated if you buy something here.

The whole thing took about 20 min to outfit everything. Jacket, pants, shirt, bowtie, even shoes were included, all for a very competitive price.

Highly recommend! Deven Ye and Christopher Exorphe helped me pick out a wonderful suit for a wedding. Christopher went out of his way to make last-minute adjustments himself, and they came out perfect. Great quality material and even greater staff.

Highly recommended! I got my wedding suit assisted by Mauclair who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout and helped me choose a great design. Everyone at the store was great to work with and I would happily use their services again!
The socks here are a MUST buy. And the hair elastics cannot go with out them. Such a helpful environment from the staff as well.
I'm a young professionnal and was looking to get good quality wear for my job, but also somthing with style and comfortable that could transition to an evening with friends! It was so refreshing to enter that store for many reasons: the service was beyond good, the store was so clean, the clothes nicely steamed and clean, very clean fitting rooms, and the team was so friendly, and gave great feedback. I went in the fitting room with only one dress and then realized I wanted to try more. The employee gave me a personnalized service and help me choose what would look good on my body type. With all the cheap/fast fashion that we see today, it is a breath of fresh air to see staff and a brand that seams to really care about the client experience. I will be coming back! BRAVO !!!

J'étais sans voix, complètement interloquée, je lui ai dit alors que le client était roi et là elle m'a répondu que je ne serai pas reine ici comme en France..

I came to this store looking for formal wear for an interview. When I walked into the store, the staff assisted me immediately. The store itself is clean and spacious. The staff members were helpful and gave me different options to try on. They have good quality clothes and some great sales. The only drawback is that their clothes are pretty expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in any store. Beautiful collection, and personalized service. Sabine also fixed the beading on one of my shirts in an hour so I could enjoy it during our trip!

So many good designs I saw this time on discount section. It was actually good with less price, so I bought some jeans and tops. The fabric is really good. I kind of love dynamite jeans. They are very comfortable to wear whole day.

Ce n'était pas la première fois que j'allais à cette boutique. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec les vêtements que j'y ai achetés, sauf la dernière fois, où j'ai acheté une robe qui a bizarrement rétréci après un lavage à délicat. Je suis retournée au magasin avec les reçus et toute la bonne foi du monde, et la propriétaire s'est montrée agressive et désagréable, me laissant bien entendre qu'elle n'avait JAMAIS eu de problème avec cette marque et qu'elle ne pouvait se fier à moi - même si elle disait ne pas remettre ma parole en question. Elle a même placé la robe devant elle, disant qu'elle n'avait pas vraiment rétréci (alors que les manches ont raccourci d'au moins 3 pouces). Je me suis sentie humiliée et n'ai jamais reçu un service aussi exécrable. Je suis repartie avec ma robe à 100$ en me jurant de ne plus y remettre les pieds. Voilà, en toute honnêteté, l'expérience que j'y ai vécue.

Nous avons acheté un manteau avec mon partenaire cet après midi, la vendeuse nous a garanti que le manteau était « 100% laine » plusieurs fois. Mon partenaire ayant demandé au moins 3 fois la composition du manteau et sur la garantie contre le froid.
Réaliser qu’en réalité il n’est que 40% laine et 60% polyester (sur une étiquette cachée à l’interieure De la poche intérieure) et que le produit n’est ni échangeable ni remboursable est pour moi une hérésie.

Poor Customer Service Experience. They refused to price match the clothes I bought just last weekend to the price they have them selling on this weekend black friday 40% off sale. I will be writing to their customer service department as well. The GM of this store would not even have the courtesy of speaking professionally with us customers. When you walk into store, the sales representatives are so nice because you are giving them business, they share their name so you could mention the name of the sales representative who helped you at cash and complete your clothing purchase.
However when you go in with a request to price match items with an original reciept in hand the manager refused to price match as per “store policy”, she would not even have the courtesy to give her name so we could report it to Dynamite customer service. She said its store policy that she and her staff dont share their names with customers.
I find it strange that people who work at an established business dont even wear name tags, I do at my job, even grocery stores like IGA and provigo do.

Extremely bad service. When I came back to pick my jacket, they asked me to go to find their other store because they said they don't have enough employees to get my jacket where I paid for it. Well, I went to the second store and just didn't care about you (already got your money I guess) . They gave me my jacket and bag separately...they didn't even ask if everything was correct as I asked for. I have paid to shorten the sleeves but they didn't! They just took my money. Get your jacket and pants elsewhere, other stores have a better quality and better standard in terms of customer services

If you're looking for bootleg Yeezys and Off White/ CDG clothing this is your best spot! They even price it like the real stuff and swear up and down its real... Truly a great way to treat customers by duping them! Avoid at all cost.. unless you like being lied to.
I tend to shop here for my work pants as they are all made in Canada and there are other made in Canada items around the store. Often less trendy than some other places nearby but great for classic items for work and day to day. They also seem to have more sales then before especially on the made in Canada items and service is always excellent.
