My family purchased some Chuck Taylors at this store and the night we stopped in, the employees were outstanding...especially the one that assisted us (she had broken glasses). I don't shop at this store but based on my daughter's interest in this store/franchise, I have to give it 5 stars based on the feedback she provided to me. I will add that I enjoy how Journeys supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans. The selection seems great for consumers and the prices seem adequate.

Had a decent experience here. My kids were able to find stuff they liked. We didn't get much help in the store. The employee was definitely distant while we were there. Not very friendly while we paid for the stuff. The store was clean and had good product.

Went inside of Journeys 2/27/2023 and it was kind of packed inside but I continued on to look around. A white girl with blonde hair asked if I needed any help and I said yes and she was rushing me saying she's the only person working and have many shoes to grab for other customers.. so I better come on and tell what size I need...which I found very rude, I should had left then but I tried on shoes and continue to look more. The same girl asked if I needed more help (this is a SHOE STORE so I am trying on different shoes). I can tell she was very irritated by me but I do not understand how...I was just trying to find a pair of shoes I wanted to buy. I just walked out because I should never have to feel like I am bothering someone when that is there JOB.

Super misleading signage in this store. Every end cap and merch display has a 50% of sign, EVERY one. Went to the register to pay only to be told that neither pair of shoes I picked qualified for the 50% off sale. The sales team is on to their shady tactics because he disclosed ‘I like to tell everyone before we scan anything because there’s always confusion’. He was also quite rude.

Went in to exchange a few shirts that I purchased online. All I wanted was to exchange from a Large to a Medium. Tamara wanted to charge me the difference because they were a different price in the store. I asked her, "Why do I have to pay when I'm doing an even exchange?" She said with an attitude, "We don't do even exchanges." I took my stuff and went to the Galleria location guess what they did an even exchange without a problem!

The clothes were cute but no plus sizes and thw workers were extremely rude. They had me change outside. I didnt get anything. Everything was too small. I hated this store. It was also extremely messy!!! I would give it a 0 rating.

The Manager “A girl of latin decent” Told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase a pair of shoes for the silliest reason IT WAS THE ONLY PAIR LEFT, and employees have first dibs.. The shoes literally came out two months ago, sold out online.. It was just irritating that an employee was about to ring them up and she stopped him.. Obviously she has them set aside for herself because, why couldn’t they be sold to me.. They weren’t on a raffle, defected or on hold.. It’s bogus, because there’s no other shipment coming in.. Just could’ve been honest and said they were hers instead of getting mad..

I called and they said they close at 9pm. they lied and there was many other upset ppl. loosing sales isn't a good look on any business. rude customer service the girl was nor even willing to hear me Im leaving town at 5am and it was 8:01 so even if they close ar 8 (9 is what they told me and what Google says) and she wouldn't let me in at 8:01 that's definitely bad business.

First experience was very pleasant. My experience today over the phone was not so pleasant. My first time shopping here and called to ask about a return, associate got a manager for me and I was explaining to her my situation to get no response and to be hung up on. Not really sure how this person is a manager nor how someone can not get a response even if it wouldn’t have been a response I would have liked. Was just a simple question and nothing was resolved.

Two girls just standing there and talk to each other without greeting to the customer , just pretended there is no customer there , when I asked for help and she walked to me and grabbed me the shoe that I wanted to try and then walked away never come back and asked me do I need different sizes or other shoes , just talking to the co-worker endlessly ! Bad customer service and if there is no change 100% the business will go down , hopefully there is a manager or supervisor can retrain the employees for customer service , otherwise ! Good luck…

First things first when i walked in not a single employee was wearing a mask. I went in to make an exchange and the manager did not WANT to help me at all. I was at the same location and had to swap sizes in another order and the staff last time helped me out with no trouble. When I asked why it changed all of a sudden she said oh well, I think her name is hayley/Hailey she said she was a manager or a store manager. Terrible experience hopefully next time I go the staff has more knowledge of customer service and better manners. When I went to ask for her name she refused and kicked me and my family out of the store.

I don't normally write reviews or feedback, but I wanted to express how much I appreciated the willingness of Deanna to help me throughout my time at the store. She helped me with so many special requests, such as helping me pay part of my balance with a VISA gift card & the rest with my credit card, placing a special order for a suit which it's size wasn't available in store to be shipped to my house with the discount applied, and so she was incredibly kind, sweet, funny, & above all friendly! She also offered to sign me up for the rewards program, which was a much faster process than I had realized!
I used to work in retail in another life, and I know how mundane the job can often be & how customers can often make the job an unpleasant experience, so I felt it was VERY necessary to make sure that Deanna would get the immense credit, kudos, & the praise that she deserves. She didn't ask me to write this review for her; I just want her to be noticed for her professionalism & kind, funny, & positive demeanor.

This is a freaking joke! I submitted the order last night and why is it that at 4pm the next day, I’m pulling my order items for the six children working in the store! I did buy online to avoid coming into the store and having to shop. Not only that, all of them ARENT friendly and haven’t asked ANYONE in the store for help. They’ve been gossiping behind the cash wrap. Not helpful at all

The manager of this store is absolutely ridiculous and lazy! As you know Jordan’s are raffled off and the winners must show up by 7pm on pick up day to claim their shoes. We travel a lot so sometimes we bid on shoes in the city we are visiting, DO NOT BID AT THIS STORE. The manager said that his back room (not the shoe area was wet) therefore he was not selling shoes. I said as a manager if you know that you had a major raffle and you were not going to be open you should have walked the winner’s shoes UPSTAIRS to one of your other stores so we could pick up our items there.
He stated that he was taking directions from someone else. This is the difference from being managed and being a manager. Common sense dictates that the customer should be taken into consideration. This man actually told me to change my flight and come back tomorrow because they were not selling shoes that day.
He then proceeded to waddle back to his seat to join his employees who were sitting down on their phones. This morning we went to pick up our shoes, the website said they open at 10am they turned on the lights at 11am. Then the employees began to put on their work shirts, comb their hair, all while on the sales floor.
Around 11:11am they let us in Ridiculous!!! I love Champs (not this one) this one has a McDonald’s vibe. I swear I heard the manager mumble that his shake machine was down…

I went in there today with the intentions of buying some shoes because I was going to a archery class. But we ended up leaving because no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. Also, on the way out no one even told us bye or have a good day. The gentlemen that were standing at the door didn't even acknowledge us and continued carrying on a personal conversation. It was not a welcoming and experience and I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

I went to this store last week with my mom and I lost my wallet, I found out when I was ready to pay that my wallet wasn’t there, although is not the best news, I wasn’t expecting to get the help I got, there was a couple of ladies working there at the time that helped us out but I want to give special thanks to April, she looked around, walked with me to a couple of other stores and contacted security for me so they could help me find it. Overall she just showed that she cared, and was very kind to us. I didn’t find it after all but my mother borrow me some money and I was able to pay what I needed on the store. I canceled my debit card and luckily I had a copy of my ID on hand so I didn’t miss my flight the next day. Thank you April for a great customer service experience, this is why I love this store and I’m definitely coming back. 💜

Avoid, tried to use a $10 coupon from the mall coupon book, that said "$10 off all SALE shoes". They refused to take it, we were buying four pairs. They said it was only good on retail shoes. EVERY shoe in the place is always on sale. I would not recommend this place.

This is a good Express store. I know there are many locations in the Vegas area, but this is one of the best ones. Conveniently located before entering the strip, ok the corner in Town Square, and a good selection of in-season apparel. Best time to go is during the week. Then you can avoid all the crowds and take your time browsing.

Management is terrible on all levels, covering for an employee who is probably her friend, as it seemed. I asked for a promotion to sign up because my wife has an account with express. And received an email from them. When I got to the store I asked the employee where was the promotion he says what-you-see-is-what-you-get buy one get one 1/2 off that's it. I told my wife she said no it's in the store I looked for it inside on a, A-framed bored and it told me to text to number 397-737 the word EXP698 TO RECEIVE MY 15% OFF, an additional $5 for signing up with Express.

Good product. Did buy shoes. Help is not good here. Just standing around talking with each other. Saw other patrons had to approach them and ask for help. Me being one of them. Should just be a self help store. Just have a security guard stand in front to make sure they pay at the self checkout counter.

We are out of towners, and my husband and I stopped in as we like the fit of most volcom items for him and for our little boys. We were welcomed and greeted immediately upon entry, and had some of the best customer service experiences here I’ve had in a long time. The two young men working the night we came in were exceptionally helpful, checked in just the right amount, and just genuinely wanted us to find what we were looking for. Looking at my receipt salesperson name, it was Montgomery who happened to be helping us, so thank you! We bought some items, went home happy.
Fast forward a few days later (this past Monday) I realize I left a shopping bag from another store in here the night we went shopping. I called first thing Monday morning to see if by chance someone turned it in, by sheer luck and a whole lot of thanks to the integrity of their employees that night, they retrieved the bag, and hung on to it I’m guessing or assuming that someone would call in to look for it. So first of all, thank you to your staff for being honest! These days someone could’ve easily swiped it, gave my items away or sold it on the Internet you never know. Anyways, that being said, i spoke with your manager, Steven this morning after he confirmed he indeed have my bag of items. I asked him if he didn’t mind bringing it back to the original store and I would sort it out with them on how to mail it back. He offered to send it back to me, as I didn’t want to impose, he then insisted it was no big deal, and was happy to do it. This bag wasn’t even from their store! So Steven thank you for going above and beyond for us, you made this a memorable shopping experience and then some. You’ve set a great tone with your staff, as it has shown through with your management style and the trickle down effect to your honorable young men you have helping run the store. Thank you again from a very happy customer :)

I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was so bad I needed to write one. I called in first requesting a shoe and size to make sure they had it. An asian man answered the phone and was incredibly rude, but he said he had them in stock. I get there and he said they don't have them and I told him I talked to him on the phone (since he was the only asian guy working there and I could tell by his voice) and he just says sorry my bad. So I ended up leaving and as I am leaving I hear him say to his coworker ,"told you they wouldn't buy anything just look at them".
Just avoid this place. He is in his 40's and working at footlocker and just taking his pettiness out on the customers.

Had good quality shoes and great sales on mediocre pairs of shoes the only problem I had in the store was one of the employees. I had a shoe in my hand from the sale rack and was looking for an employee to help out when out of nowhere a female employee grabbed the shoe from me and asked what size I needed, i proceeded to tell her only to have her hand me a box and walk away without any polite forms of interaction. I got the help I needed but it seemed as though the employee was not held to the customer satisfaction standards of being welcoming and polite to customers as many other places are.

Paid to park searched for rue21 and when I found it the inventory was sparse. The clothes I did buy, well within 2 weeks 1 yhe zipper was broke and 2 ither shorts the button fell off to hold up my shorts. Will never shop at rue21 ever again. They went downhill quick.

I like this location. I bought flats as a gift and didn't notice there was only 1 shoe in the box. So when I went to exchange the shoes (bcuz they didn't fit the person) the girl who attended me didn't make a fuss about there only being 1 shoe. She made the exchange easy!

Worst. Shoes. Ever. Bought my first pair of Vans here and they were already falling apart after just 4 months. I used them only for work (I‘m a helicopter pilot, not that demanding for shoes) and on top they’re also uncomfortable. I’ll stick with Adidas. Have a pair that’s more than 4 years old that’s still in a great condition. Take a look at the picture, 4 year (!) old pair of Adidas vs. 4 month old pair of Vans. I tried to return them, but apparently they’re worn out. Yeah, I can see that. How about making quality shoes that last for more than a few months? This company is a joke.

The worst customer service and unorganized at all. They didn't manage the time how treatment and customer satisfaction. They order for me this adrees, but the told me 3 business days. But they are layer, it takes 26 days , and then I request my money back. It takes long.

The staff of the shoe store was very helpful but the shoes didn't come in the sizes that the owner of the company says that they are supposed to have in the store so if you're looking for Sight the big sizes in men's shoes this one be a good place to go there is a place over there that does have some big shoes at least they say they do but again they don't have them in stock so if you have to order online to get your shoes then big sizes

I don't remember his name but this place has very helpful employees!! I was looking for a black button down shirt all day for my new job and couldn't find one anywhere. Then, I finally found it but it was expensive. The employee could tell I was dreading the price and offered me a student discount since I am in college. I really appreciated this and understood what it's like to go out of your way for a customer like that. He didn't have to but he did anyway which made it exceptional customer service! I also love the shirt so overall five stars goes out to them!! :)

You're certainly not coming for the non-existent customer service, nor are you coming for the outrageous, mind-boggling prices. I've purchased a few skinny ties here, during a winter sale. The men's shoes are very trendy, as are the suits and winter sweaters. Yet, $185 for a sweater that looks like the same thing from Target or Kohl's is just a pathetic price point and leads to horrendous customer satisfaction. The staff stands around, pretending to fold clothes, while avoiding eye contact with customers, or making eye contact and walking away. Your money is seriously better spent elsewhere.

At the vans store the assistants is not good at all. They probably never went to first grade be cause they don't know how to do math. I was doing an exchange and they were overcharging me by 22 dollars. The cashiers, fixed it till I told them about it. Never coming back😡😡
