Disappointing that they say they’re open at 9 am on Saturday but the mall doesn’t open till 11 so there’s no way to actually get inside. And even calling and saying that you’re there won’t make it so you can get inside.

I have heard their managers play politics on the workers. They are nice to the customers but play mind games.

The customer service was terrible. The employees were very rude and impatient. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a store before. We will NEVER be going back.

This Lane Bryant is really nice. It’s spacious and well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful too. This season’s selection wasn’t my cup of tea, but that’s just personal opinion. It’s well laid out and out and it’s easy to find things. The one thing I never like at their stores - though I understand why it’s done - is that the fitting rooms are locked. Otherwise, this is a great location and I’ll come back again for sure.

I went in on Wednesday to buy some stuff and they stapled a coupon to my receipt and let me know I could use it this upcoming weekend. Sunday comes around, I grab the coupon and rip the receipt off and head to the mall. When paying I hand over the coupon & she asks if I have the receipt also. I said no, I just took it off before coming, and she turned around to ask her supervisor if she could still honor it. She said yes, but only this one time. I apologized because I didn't know I needed the receipt to be able to use the coupon. To which she replies, "Well that's why we staple it to the receipt." It's not what she said, but how she said it that bothered me. The older ladies come off very sarcastic and rude. The younger ladies are very polite and considerate.

When I went in on Wednesday, it was only the older ladies working. They never walked up to me to see if I needed help. They stayed at register the whole time, and it looked like there was a customer/friend in there sharing stuff on their phones.

When I went in on Sunday, the younger lady walked up to me right away. Asked if I needed help, and let me know all their sales / discounts.

To some people, I might be over reacting, but I work in customer service, and I would not want one of my customers feeling the way I did.

Use to be a nice store to go to when Meko and Jazlin worked there. They were respectful and made me feel welcome. The new managers now - Cinnamon and Anabel are rude. Like nice rude. If you know what I mean. I’m done with that store. I need to find a store that treats me with respect and nice just as they treat some other customers.

I decided I’m paying off your card and closing the account. If I want something I will just buy it online and pay with a credit card. I don’t like what was done to me. It won’t happen again I tell you that. I was treated differently than how the other people were being treated. It has been two weeks and I can’t forget abt it. I wrote to your district manager and I got no response. Which means, they can get away treating people differently and rude.
Read all the reviews - there are only two people everyone is saying goodthings abt - which are the ones I mentioned. Meko and Jazz. Then the recent ones are bad from the new people you have there. I wish you good luck! That store on meadows will lose customers because you don’t do anything abt it.

This was the best under garment experience I've ever had! Jazz was the best at fitting and education. The entire staff were friendly, store was clean and neat. When I'm back in Las Vegas this will be the first shopping spot!
