I went to pay, waited like 35 minutes just because the cash didn't work if your cash didn't work it's not my fault you need to change it. and in the end they didn't even say sorry, I was waiting a lot for no reason, they are so rude, even the employee, she looked at me so strange. They have to treat people how to act with the customer because you will lose a lot of people just because of their attitude!
Return agents were extremely rude and condescending. It took over an hour before they accepted to ask the manager for help. Recommend trying in store and buying online.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai fait plusieurs boutiques dans le Carrefour Laval pour trouver une paire de jeans qui me convenait. Dans toutes les boutiques, le service était très mauvais, j’avais l’impression de déranger les employés. En plus, dans les autres boutiques, on me demandait de tout remettre moi-même sur les supports quand j’ai fini. Quand je suis arrivée à la boutique Garage, j’ai tout de suite été bien servie. On m’a demandé si j’avais besoin d’aide, l’assistante aux cabines d’essayage était tellement gentille et patiente. Ça fait longtemps que je n’avais pas eu un bon service comme ça. Bravo à toute l’équipe! Je vais y retourner c’est certain!
I wanted to return the super puff jacket I bought from your store within 3 days because the threads came out on the sleeves. However, the sales assistant at the cash desk said she could not return it. And she even told me that she could help me by cutting that rope with scissors if I wanted (like she was making fun of me!!!!!). When I said no, she said then I can just exchange. After taking my e-mail address and number, she took the necessary steps and told me that he would get back to me within 10 business days. I waited for them to call without a coat on the coldest days of winter. After 13 days, I finally got a call. When I went to the store and took my jacket back, I asked why I was called late, she said we called you twice and sent an e-mail, but I definitely did not receive a call or an e-mail. When I said this, she just said 'this is weird' like kidding. I definitely do not recommend the store, customer satisfaction is zero. They are very uninterested and arrogant. !!!!!!!
It’s like buying from a depaneur 🤦🏼♀️ bought a coat online , on their website it was mentioned that the original price is 450 and that it’s on sale for 405$ when I received the coat , the price on the tag was 398$ I was surprised but whatever

The Manager at this store is so Condescending… “The skinny middle aged Asian one”… Imagine being paid next to nothing to act like you’re a superior being. Sorry I made over 100,000 dollars last year; after tax… what did you make again?

Pretty cool place, I could find what I needed ( a little expensive though) and the staff were so thoughtful, definitely you would always find something cool and interesting to buy!!
Karina the manager has ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for its employees. Came in with my girlfriend to look for a dress and we left aftee 5min after seeing how the manager treats its staff. Hope she gets fired. She has to learn that these young girls arent dogs they are humans. Absolutely disgusting never coming back again

The manager kaitlyn was so helpful …. What a great rep for this brand. She picked me outfits , Made sure I was ok , accommodating and had great taste . If I was ARITZIA i would move this gal up to headquarters . Such a such a pleasant hustler .
As soon as I entered I was greeted by the staff they were nice and helpful and gave me clothes advice actually and they took care of my items and reserved me a fitting room the only bad thing is that I asked them to find me a size M but they came back with a size S in a different pants style but i can't blame them they must be tired but anyways it was a great experience
Was looking for a dress but didn't like anything at all except for 1 black dress on a manikin. But was not able to find the dress anywhere around the manikin.

My experience there made me feel very unconfortable. I returned a dress because I changed my mind, I didn't like the fit. I ordered online and the dress arrived all wrinkly. In store I was accused that I wore the dress because it was all wrinkly and I was trying to return it, despite the fact that I mentioned I simply changed my mind. I was requested a picture of the other dress I chose, which I find it very personal, even though my event did not even take place yet!!! I understand the cashiers must ask questions, but in my case it turned into an interogatory and the girl looked at me as if she barely belived me.
Terrible, there are so many employees on the floor only one person at the cash dokgn50 returns and everyone else looking around including the managers.. no care for customers waiting to pay

This is my kind of store, something for everyone. Friendly pricing, modern simple style, comfortable, and most importantly, good quality! I felt some of the staff were a bit too young and a bit under-trained, a few didn't know if you could machine wash or machine dry the items, but friendly and nice for sure! Easy checkout, highly recommended!
Very clean store. Good quality clothing. They have an amazing anime seasonal collection at an affordable price. I want here a few times, im going to be honest ive seen comments about the staff being impolite but i cant say much about that ive never been greeted once or approached by a staff member.

I always love to get here can be said most wanted to go place foe me. Their clothing quality really good and reasonable price and with the app that they have helps you a lots to find certain specific items like the sizes and the color just scan on the barcode the boom it’s appear. And not even mention the sales associate very friendly ans good knowledge.

il restait 10 minutes avant la fermeture la vendeuse na pas arrêté de me faire comprendre que je dérangeais tu veux essayer depeches toi on va fermer je dis non non je regarde tres vite et la elle restait a cote de moi me suivait en me disant encore elle va fermer pour la troisième fois et il restait une cliente en cabine d'essayage ... je lui ai dis que j'aurai achete quelques articles sans essayer mais vu son attitude j'achèterais rien que c'était pas professionnel ni poli et la elle me répète ben oui mais on va fermer ! Je suis partis plus jamais ce magasin avec de telles vendeuses .. 4h50 c'est pas 17 h faut pas déconner si tu veux pas travailler change de travail mais reste pas au service clients

Very bad online shopping and return experience, the company is so cheap they only issued one return lable whole they shipped my items in mutiples packages. Now I cannot return by mail and I have to drive super far to return the items in store, which defeat the purpose of online shopping. Terrible company, I will never buy anthing from them until last of my days. Hate them!
I worked as a manager in retail for 15 years and have never seen such an unorganized way of price listing on items. This store in Laval lists their sales like in the picture attached then tells you the shirts are actually full price because the sale doesn’t apply to the row directly above it the signage. The white shirts happen to apply to a price tag 5 shelves higher. We took the items to the cash earlier today with the photo and the manager kept shrugging saying well now you know for next time… When items are individually tagged directly next to a sale price just like any other major retailor you honor the price, you do it to keep your customers at the same time. You don’t talk down to customers and tell them it’s just the way it is at this specific store. Customers in line before us had the exact same issue. Not only will I not shop at this Uniqlo I would recommend Old Navy and H&M to anyone else for the exact same garments and much better prices than this store, with managers who know the laws in how to run a store and get their sales properly.
