Entspannung pur! Die Palace Spa & Fitness Berlin ist der ideale Ort für Erholung und Pflege. Das Angebot reicht von Massagen bis zu Beauty-Behandlungen. Das geschulte Personal sorgt für Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Wir haben den Spa Berwich nicht besucht, da wir als Hotelgäste Eintritt zahlen sollten. Habe ich ehrlich gesagt ,noch nie erlebt
Went for a 90 minute massage - amazing. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name but she approved new hires.
Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Being as blind as a bat, never saw this sign and on our second day I was chased out of the sauna because I had my swimming costume on. When I asked about this at reception I was given the reason of hygiene, which doesn't work for me. I have no issues with nudity but feel I should be given the choice or at least a good reason. Also, being forewarned might have helped. I think swim wear should be optional but if I go back at least I'll be prepared.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights on my European Christmas trip and I absolutely adored this hotel! It was absolutely stunning and is perfectly located a two minute walk from the train station and the underground. There was also a Christmas market located right outside. The pool and spa amenities as well as the hot tub were luxurious and, they provided the comfiest robes I’ve ever worn (and I’ve stayed at several Waldorfs in Europe and in the USA). The breakfast was truly a treat and a highlight, the buffet had everything you could have wanted and the made to order menu was our favorite choice to go with. The bar was also gorgeous. All in all. A great experience. Want to be back soon !
Outstanding hotel. Trustworthy property. This marks my third stay. I appreciate the location, breakfast, and the first-floor bar. Our first-night dinner at Rocco restaurant was convenient. The staff is amazing, and the reception is outstanding. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much.😊
Since I have a Diamond membership, we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very big. The rooms were generally a little cold.
Everyone at the hotel is friendly and caring. The breakfast was really nice. The location of the hotel is very good. We were generally satisfied. I would prefer waldorf Astroia if I visit Berlin again.

Room not ready at checkin time. Lost bag. Ripped towels. A broken lamp. Very poor service. After a complaint, I was given a bottle of shampoo? Issues have been raised to Hilton corporate support.
Nice hotel, poor front desk service, pretty mediocre check-in experience. Room wasn’t ready (which is fine), but no updates, limited flexibility to try and find an alternative room in same category, and overall poor client management and communication.

We’ve booked two rooms - one suite and one deluxe room. And we’ve stated that we want double beds in the rooms. We’ve got twins
The other thing is that the phone in the room is for decoration only - no one picks up! So I had to go to the lobby to ask someone to come up. And that is absolutely not ok

Angenehme kleine Oase, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.Für morgen gleich zwei Massagen gebucht. Die Therapeutin freut sich auf uns und wir uns auf sie.
Wir mussten unsere Personalausweise als Pfand hinterlegen. Geht gar nicht !!!

Leider nicht sehr begeistert. Personal total freundlich aber wohl etwas überfordert, da unterbesetzt.
Poolbereich/Poolanlage sehr laut.
Saunen waren ok, wobei es in der Biosauna auch laute Geräusche gab, dass an Entspannung nicht zu denken war und wir diese wieder verließen.
Im Ruheraum gibt es nur 2 Liegen, die wurden von 2 Personen mit Handtüchern belegt, während diese in der Sauna oder wo auch immer waren. Außerdem wurden durch die Saunen und Ruhebereiche ziemlich lautstark andauernd Interessenten oder neue Gäste, wie auch immer, geführt und die Bereiche erklärt.
Der Saunadachgarten sehr ungepflegt, Liegen und Stühle, Tische schmutzig, Pflanzen teilweise völlig vertrocknet.
Ach ja die Getränke im Barbereich erschreckend teuer.
Alles in allem leider enttäuschend, Entspannung stellt man sich anders vor. Sorry, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können diesen Wellness/Spa nicht weiterempfehlen.

One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed at. Got upgraded for free as diamond members. Allowed to check in at 10am so we could nap right after our flight. Incredible experience, highly recommend it
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of everything I needed, which made exploring the area a breeze. I can't wait to visit again!
Wir waren hier für 2 Tage Gäste hier und es war wunderbar. Tolles Zimmer,tolles Spa,tolles Frühstück,alles bestens.
Es war wundervoll und Sehr erholsam. Alles sehr sauber und auch schön ruhig. Herr Kutzner am Empfang im Wellnessbereich macht einfach einen super Job er ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für das kleine Urlaubsfeeling und die kleine Auszeit.

Man muss sich also vorher gut satt essen, was wir als sehr problematisch empfanden, da man nach einiger Zeit in der Sauna einfach Hunger bekommt. Das isr einfach ungut gelöst, für Hotelgäste, die mal kurz in die Sauna wollen sicherlich ok, aber wenn man Tageskarten verkauft irgendwie blöd.

We had the Spa included with our stay. I'm not sure if we would have paid 15€ per person, per day otherwise. The lounge area is a bit small, not a lot of lounge chairs. The pool temperature was good, the jacuzzi looked comfortable, but a teenager was playing, so we did not get in. The sauna was the most crowded, 7-8 people (most people were laying down). The steam room was excellent, I enjoyed being in there alone. The spa staff took a bit to arrive, even using the phone to let them know there was a line for people to go in. They provided towels and shoes, free lockers in the back. It was a nice hour relaxing.
Great escape from everyday fast lifestyle. Receptionists and spa therapists are very professional and doing the most to keep you relaxed from the moment you open the spa doors. I highly recommend
Manicure and pedicure was OK, BUT:
1) This is a spa in a 5 star hotel and while you wait for your appointment, nothing is offered for you to drink. Not even water (I’m used to have champagne or blue matcha, or almond latte - forget about it here!)
2) Nobody offered to take my jacket, so I had carry it around
3) Manicure and pedicure are done on a massage bed, you are half-laying which is extremely uncomfortable and gave me extreme headache.
4) In the end some mystery water was offered, but once again I’m not used to such a low standards and I’m not some flower pot!
5) Would be nice to inquire in advance what language I prefer to speak!

The treatments are amazing and the staff is really nice and professional. The app's atmosphere is super relaxing and Zen.
Unfortunately, there are a few things lacking which is not acceptable for a high-end luxury spa: A lot of lockers didn't work. Had to try several until I found one that actually locked. Same happened to the girl who came in after me. Due to the covid situation there were too many people in the spa area which led to too many people in the pool, jaccuzi and on the deck chairs by the pools despite the signs. The shower in the locker room was overflowing a little as the drain wasn't cleaned. They provide simple nivea hair products in the locker room and the cotton pads and q-tips were not packed in a sanitary way as well as other female products (again, we are still dealing with Covid). I know it seems like small stuff but for a high-end business everything should be on point.

This is one of my favorite Spa ever. The Staff is extremely professional and always trying to exceed the clients expectations. The treatments are very refined and the masseuses are very well prepared.
The swimming pool area has been recently renewed and is definitely a cool place where to regenerate your mind and body for a few hours. There is a jacuzzi with warm water and a sauna as well.

A friend of mine invited me for a fitness session to the Guerlain Spa in the Waldorf. He is a member there. The gym offers new Technogym gear and was very quiet, also the sauna. Highly recommended!
Das Training ist hier abwechslungsreich, wird nicht langweilig und macht Spaß. Meine Rückenbeschwerden haben sich nach 4 Wochen EMS in Luft aufgelöst. Klare Empfehlung!
Meine Frau ist vom super netten Personal begeistert. Nach der Arbeit eine sehr gute Gelegenheit um anzuschalten!
Ich war zum Probetraining und empfand das Personal als sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Training war gut mein muskelkater am nächsten Tag war auf jedenfall straff. Leider sind die Preise einfach zu hoch wenn ich im Monat 125€ für 1xwö training hinblättern muss, kann sich das nicht jeder willige leisten oder möchte es ggf auch nicht. Ich denke wenn man an der Preisschraube etwas dreht kommen auch mehr.
Very relaxing atmosphere, calming sounds and not overly aromatic which was a nice change from some of the other spas I have visited in the past. Wonderful staff, wonderful treatments and wonderful pricing. Definitely get what you pay for here. Worth every penny.
Ich trainiere seit zwei Jahren einmal pro Woche bei Easyfit 21. Für mich ist es wichtig mit wenig Aufwand gute Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Hier ist der Mensch noch Mensch und bei jedem Training fühle ich mich bei guten Freunden immer herzlich willkommen. Das Easyfit 21 Team sorgt mit seiner kompetenten und immer freundlichen Art für beste Ergebnisse.

Nachtrag: Ich bin jetzt seit einem Jahr dabei und habe wirklich tolle Erfolge (bei 20 Min Trainimng die Woche und etwas angepasster Essweise): Ich habe mein biologisches Alter um 8 Jahre in der Zeit gesenkt. Dabei um 8 kg abgenommen. Ich fühle mich dabei sehr gut, es macht immer wieder Spaß. Freue mich auf das nächste Mal....

Tolles Training (dynamisch), abwechslungsreiche Belastungssteuerung. Tolle nette Trainer, die super auf deine Bedürfnisse eingehen und auch darauf achten wie deine Tagesform ist und danach das Training gestalten und ein super kompetenter Studiobesitzer.
