Well the guide who I talked to didn't listen to wat I said and I constantly re told her information long story short it was a complete waste of time the guide I spoke to earlier in the week could have told me the same information thus saving me a second visit. I left with out a satisfactory solution, however Vodafone were VERY helpful and informative and they actually listened to me

Good customer service and fast and knowledgeable can get busy in there with customers but worth waiting if you want to speak to someone

Always great service here. Had 2 friends buying g their phone from here, excelent service and promt. Few days later they went back to add some accessories to their brand new devices. Same great service and helpful to locate perfect fit each time. Great team, I highly reccomend them!

I went to the UK for my summer holiday, and my phone got broken while I was in my holiday, I panicked cause it was my holiday and I needed a phone, I was overwhelmed but the feeling of not knowing anyone in Worcester that could tell me a reliable shop. I went to the phone euporioum and was blessed with this IPhone 14 plus for £700, 95% battery life, it’s been a month and the phone still working perfect-able, the staff were very professional as well, I would definitely recommend for the people out there !

I recently bought an Iphone 13 pro max 128gb, with 92% battery life, I still impressively surprised of the phone's quality, it works fantastically, the staff were really helpful as I wasn't sure which phone should've got. I'm definitely happy with the phone I've got. I recommend it.

Worst EE shop I have ever been to. Rang EE, who told me to go into the shop. Went into EE in Worcester. They told me to ring customer services.

Excellent service! My phone screen was badly smashed. Took my phone in and was reassured that it will be fixed in an hour or so. I went back after an hour and my phone was ready for collection, repaired at very good price! Highly recommend them!!

Rang for a quote on an iPhone 12 mini battery replacement and they said £40. Got to shop and they said £50 so went to Phone Plus few doors down who had quoted £45 on the phone and didn't change the price in the shop :)

After I told the shop assistant that I was quoted £40 earlier on the phone, he phoned the ‘boss’ I believe, after which he said it was £50. I’m not angry or trying to be nasty but giving 5 stars wouldn’t be true.

Had to waite before I saw an assistant but found them very pleasant and polite they managed to sort out the problem with my phone can recommended for the service given

Shame on EE always doing work in my postcode no where else has work carried out just my postcode in Worcester 5 times in the last 6 months so have no Internet from 8am to 5pm so called level tech 1 advisor called Charlotte from merthyr call centre she tells me oh "your free to leave us" here your PAC code.... she don't even care if I stay as a customer or not....EE is shameful how do they sleep at night hope they close down please guys avoid EE like the plague there's better service providers whose staff actually care if your a customer EE don't care

Went to sort an issue out with my phone today and was seen by a guy probably in his late 20's with a hipster beard and piercing (from memory!) He was excellent and sorted me out with a replacement SIM. Very nice bloke. So nice to see a real human being after lots of technical woes recently and being frustrated trying to sort them out via chat bots etc. Really hope that EE maintain a high street presence because this means so much to older people.

Rude staff. Go online or over the phone for a better experience.
EDIT: they won't accept my documents as proof of identity but neither they hand me the device nor send it back to the EE warehouse so I can ask for home delivery. It's been 2 weeks since the phone is in their store and they want me to pay over 100 quid for a device which they are holding on to. I've said before go online or over the phone as I thought they've sorted my problem by sending a replacement to my home address but instead they've sent me a device on a new plan, and now I am billed for two phones while one is being held in Worcester branch. Stay away from EE!

Was recently served by Shireen and had the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. She was so friendly and chatty but did her job very well. Very thorough and got the job done well. Terrible customer service experience. Went in while on hols to ask for assistance with a Vodafone SIM card purchased in Vodafone in Princes St Edinburgh (v professional service there), had an issue with the international minutes not updating, and basically got told it was. Voxi SIM, that Vodafone sell them, but offer no assistance with them. Very abrupt bordering on rude interaction with what I think was the manager (looked a bit like the Comic Store Guy on the Simpsons), so went literally next door to the O2 store where a really friendly and helpful lady sold me an O2 SIM that got us back online.
Disgusted at Vodafone Worcester not standing behind a Vodafone product (I was only asking for advice and to buy an upgrade/top-up/replacement, my transaction was them, Vodafone were happy to take our money when I bought it, but got the bums rush from Vodafone Worcester when we had an issue.

I was not happy with visit I had recently. Just to choose plan it took them 1.5h. Afterwards I had to wait till the next day delivery to collect my phone. That was a lie too. The next day delivery that they so proud of did not come to the store with my phone. Also I was not informed about the way it will all happend. No one told me about any cods I will have to present when I'm there and about the message confirmation I ment to get when my phone arrive. The stuff was nice and all but slow without passing valuable information about delivery. It's been second day and I'm still waiting for my delivery.... very unhappy.

My dad bought himself a new phone but was having problems with his sim card. We popped in and it was all sorted quickly and he's happy as his phone is working and doesn't have to wait for a new sim.

Staff are very unhelpfull and don't give a damn about your problems they are only interested in selling their devices , the employee aswell the store manager been really mean and racist 0/10 costumer service. I'm not recommending.

1st class service from Jay and his team. This is the best service I have had from any mobile phone provider. Really don't know where the other reviews came from. In my experience not this shop.

I am disgusted with the lack of respect that came from the woman in the store. I came to collect my repaired tablet and when I arrived and handed over my paperwork I was refused to have it handed over as it was not my name on the paper but my name was on the system. She did not bother to check the system and when told I could give further details to prove it she still refused to hand it over even after calling my mother who is the main account holder. Appalling! Very rude and abrupt.
