Always good, always clean always, a bit too yummy, and you know what I mean. Those damn toppings....

Definitely overpriced but good taste and good range of choices for flavors and toppings!

Highly disappointed. Went in here on a hot day and found a grey hair on my food . Tried to ask for another one and they wanted me to buy instead of an exchange. Wasted money for supposedly their mistake for not making sure they changed the toppings or check them if theyre alright.

My area used to have a yogurtland,but no more sadly. At least they have one in Pleasant hill. The only flavor that I will get and that I miss a lot is their Original Plain Tart. Love original plain tart.
There needs to be more Yogurtland hands down!

Amazing product but horrible service . Loud music is on so when you order anything they ask 2 times and you need to scream . Am I in the night club ?
Limited variety . They have 8 sorbets on the website they have only 1 in the store . Last but not least - they don’t take Apple Pay . I needed to go back to my car to get wallet and pay using a regular credit card . Feelings are so mixed and this is our first time here . Strange place .

Their new store hours are 8:30/8:45.

I got there at 8:40 on an 8:45 night and they were already closed & the staff wouldn’t even look at me when I approached the door and knocked. I thought they were still open for another 15-20mins so I was confused. After I knocked they went into the back, and I read their sign to see if they closed early that night, but it turns out they changed their hours.

The yogurt is good, the place is usually clean, a little sticky, but it’s froyo so that’s to be expected, overall a good place. They just need to update their hours!

We have ordered for delivery through DoorDash multiple times. Order is always correct and as fresh as can be considering its ice cream.

Great late night treats. Delivery is also super fast. You’re not going to go wrong with anything on the menu. EVERYTHING is a DE-LIGHT.

Fan for life over here !

A little confusing to find because Google maps can't tell the difference between streets and parking lots, but totally worth it. Good desserts and open late.

Good and creamy ice cream. Haven’t had a bad experience here in any of the 10+ times I’ve gone here.

I haven’t left a negative review for a business in over 6 years, but felt obliged this evening.

First bad experience was 2 months ago when I showed up 20 minutes before closing and the employee refused to give me toppings until I bribed them with a good tip, which I left. I was given the one topping I asked for.

The second experience was about 6 weeks ago when I showed up hours before closing only to be told they were closed. The employee explained that the owner has only one employee at a time and there was nobody else. I said ok, have a good evening and they decided to serve me gracefully. I tipped very well again.

This evening I showed up at 8:58pm and was told they were closed by the employee. The hours posted on Google had the store open until 9:30.

I understand these experiences have little to do with the teenagers working and am grateful they all seemed like hardworking kids.

I am leaving this review hoping the owner does something to improve their business and our beloved downtown pleasant hill. My hope is that you put more effort into your business before you keep losing customers like my family.

I am also grateful that yogurtland is right around the corner.

Terrible customer service. One of the lady work there was very rude to me. I did not bring my card with me and I only have apple pay. I told her I live two blocks away. Can I bring my card or cash later. She said "no" while I was looking at the custom order ice cream sit on the counter she already prepared. I did not even say anything and she continued to said " you are not going to get it for free!". What a insult!!!! I was with my 10 year old son too. Do we look like a scammer to her? It is never my intention to walk into my neighborhood ice cream shop and get a freebie. She rather dump the ice cream then trust me to walk home and get my card/cash. I will never go back again.

Love getting the watermelon and pineapple sorbet and topping it with almonds and mochi! Clean shop and friendly worker :) great for a hot day treat

Very expensive. Heaping small container was over $10. Pricing not listed. “Music” quite bad. Air conditioned for no reason, ie, uncomfortably cold. The sugar-free choice was not tasty.

I came on a Monday with my daughter n my nephew the girl working there was rude. Didn't even greet us or anything. Was just rude ! But greeted the people who walked in a bit after us. But yogurt was delicious!

I am changing my rating tonight. We went to this store tonight to get ice cream, after we were waiting in line a few minutes they announced the computer was rebooting and it would be 10 minutes. After waiting another 10 or 15 minutes they announced they're closing the store and we have to leave. Now, this was a great opportunity for them to provide good customer service for all the people that had been standing around awaiting and taken the loss of 10 or $20 and given everyone that had been waiting at least a small ice cream. This would have created an opportunity for all of us to go hey last time they had problems but they still gave me ice cream I'm going to support them. They had problems but they still gave me ice cream I'm going to support them. Instead they tell everybody to leave, sending all of us to their competitors and giving them the business. Next time we are more likely to go to their competitors then back to Cold Stone. Sometimes it's better to give away 10 ice cream cones and create that loyalty and thankfulness that it is to kick everybody out after we have been waiting for so long. This is just a lesson in good public relations and how upsetting your customers can cost you a lot more down the road than taking a little hit right now.

Gotta love Oreo Cream ice cream, it would get 5 stars if they took the Oreo cookie pieces out of it. It's Oreo cream not Oreo cookie.

Best by far of the three yogurt shops in the immediate area.

I didn’t catch the name of the guy who decorated my cake but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. 10/10 SERVICE BEST PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for “slayyy!” with as many Ys as they wanted and they DELIVERED!!!! Truly stellar.

$50 for a chocolate cake without peanut butter even though I paid for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cake. Don’t waste your money or take a risk and enjoy your $50 disappointment.

Great taste, variety and lots of toppings

There is some confusion as to when this place closes because of the “machine cleaning”. The internet indicates 8:30 pm but 8 pm is when the machines are supposedly being cleaned. The staff were extremely rude and when asked to speak with the manager the manager defended her rude staff member. I’m all for standing up for your staff but when you’re young and you have poor work ethic it just doesn’t work that way. I have been coming here for years so it’s a shame to be treated so poorly. I do understand mopping floors and being manager of a frozen yogurt shop can be frustrating during these crazy times

An update: I am not sure how to privately message and discuss this further. I called the store yesterday and asked for the owner and was greeted by the same store manager. I am not sure why she is so abrupt and terrible. Truly. As a professional in the community it is baffling. We are taken aback why it all started with being yelled at to get out of the shop because it closed early for cleaning even though the lit “open” sign was on. We watched it happen to an elderly lady walking in with a cane as well. The manager said the machine cleaning happened random nights so she could not tell us which specific nights the shop closes early. If this is truly the owner reading this I will leave one last comment: speaking with friends about the issue they have acknowledged this place has changed for the worst already and have told me there is a yogurtland down the street they’d rather take their families to. The frozen yogurt quality is almost the same, but the staff is no-nonsense friendly and it closes at 10 pm. They agreed that is was sad this place is just not the same. Sad. Bad business.

Nice place to have frozen yogert or boba tea. Inside and outside seating area.

Line was long at 830pm / 60degrees but the staff had a sense of urgency and stayed friendly!!!!! I ordered the strawberry blonde with bananas... @kid594

Always has great flavors of frozen yogurt! The original tarte is my favorite! and also the mango flavor is incredibly creamy! Due to COVID-19 once going inside you get in line and tell the employee what size bowl you want regular or large and then they ask about how much and what kind of yogurt you want. Option is 1/4 , 2/4 , 3/4 (a little more than halfway or 4/4 all the way filled) then they hand it over to someone else who will assist in putting the toppings for you. The bowl will then be placed in a weighing scale to determine your price. Lastly you can always ask for a lid.

Best frozen yogurt this side of the San Francisco Bay!! Stopped in with the kids for a tasty treat and they did not disappoint. Sooo good! It’s a really cute place with a super friendly staff!! We’ll definitely be back!!

One of my favorite froyo places in the area. This location has a good variety of flavors. There are a few classics they seem to keep, and the rest rotate so each time I come in there is something new to try. The toppings are solid here as well, and are well maintained (not the absolute mess you see in some places).

Frozen yogurt place , pretty nice options to select from, friendly stuff. Lots of parking around pleasant hill downtown, and off course the downtown is beautiful!!

Price is reasonable!

I really liked the place. Easy to grab, pay, and go. There are places to eat nearby so if you want to go here for desert you should.
