Amazing product but horrible service . Loud music is on so when you order anything they ask 2 times and you need to scream . Am I in the night club ?
Limited variety . They have 8 sorbets on the website they have only 1 in the store . Last but not least - they don’t take Apple Pay . I needed to go back to my car to get wallet and pay using a regular credit card . Feelings are so mixed and this is our first time here . Strange place .

We have ordered for delivery through DoorDash multiple times. Order is always correct and as fresh as can be considering its ice cream.

Great late night treats. Delivery is also super fast. You’re not going to go wrong with anything on the menu. EVERYTHING is a DE-LIGHT.

Good and creamy ice cream. Haven’t had a bad experience here in any of the 10+ times I’ve gone here.

Terrible customer service. One of the lady work there was very rude to me. I did not bring my card with me and I only have apple pay. I told her I live two blocks away. Can I bring my card or cash later. She said "no" while I was looking at the custom order ice cream sit on the counter she already prepared. I did not even say anything and she continued to said " you are not going to get it for free!". What a insult!!!! I was with my 10 year old son too. Do we look like a scammer to her? It is never my intention to walk into my neighborhood ice cream shop and get a freebie. She rather dump the ice cream then trust me to walk home and get my card/cash. I will never go back again.

I am changing my rating tonight. We went to this store tonight to get ice cream, after we were waiting in line a few minutes they announced the computer was rebooting and it would be 10 minutes. After waiting another 10 or 15 minutes they announced they're closing the store and we have to leave. Now, this was a great opportunity for them to provide good customer service for all the people that had been standing around awaiting and taken the loss of 10 or $20 and given everyone that had been waiting at least a small ice cream. This would have created an opportunity for all of us to go hey last time they had problems but they still gave me ice cream I'm going to support them. They had problems but they still gave me ice cream I'm going to support them. Instead they tell everybody to leave, sending all of us to their competitors and giving them the business. Next time we are more likely to go to their competitors then back to Cold Stone. Sometimes it's better to give away 10 ice cream cones and create that loyalty and thankfulness that it is to kick everybody out after we have been waiting for so long. This is just a lesson in good public relations and how upsetting your customers can cost you a lot more down the road than taking a little hit right now.

Gotta love Oreo Cream ice cream, it would get 5 stars if they took the Oreo cookie pieces out of it. It's Oreo cream not Oreo cookie.

I didn’t catch the name of the guy who decorated my cake but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. 10/10 SERVICE BEST PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for “slayyy!” with as many Ys as they wanted and they DELIVERED!!!! Truly stellar.

$50 for a chocolate cake without peanut butter even though I paid for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cake. Don’t waste your money or take a risk and enjoy your $50 disappointment.
