Food was superb, delicious. Service was good. Was very disappointed with the men's restroom. Water on the floor and it smelled like urine and one of the sinks was out of order.

We had an AMAZING waitress named Stephanie! She was very attentive, interactive and helpful (as it was many of the guests 1st time there). Everything that was asked of her as a waitress was handled quickly and with a smile! She quickly built a great rapport with pretty much everyone at the table and seemed as she became friends with my basketball girls in the short time we were at the restaurant. The Manager was friendly and when we needed to add more people to add to our table she quickly found us another area for us all to fit. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out it was a very inviting and friendly atmosphere. Stephanie was just the icing in the cake. The manager, who seemed to be a person who cares a lot about the restaurant, seemed to have the entire restaurant in order and flowing like a great family-style machine and you can tell that with her presence the restaurant just GLOWS! Great evening meal with my basketball crew mostly because the crew at your restaurant!

First let me say Maddie our waitress was the best ever I didn’t need to ask for nothing she brought everything without asking made sure we were good even though the place was busy. So that was very surprising . Just to find out she had just started. I would have never guessed. People like her play a big part in my decision where to go so with that being said I will definitely be back because of her keep it up MADDIE🙌🥳

Just had an amazing experience at the restaurant. Cat was our waitress and was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Drinks never went empty and the food was excellent.

I love coming here for their happy hour! Good drinks for even better prices. They also have happy hour food. It's definitely a good spot to hit after work. Also, my waiter, Brad G, was awesome. It's people like him that make you want to come back to a restaurant, thank you. Also, as far as drinks, I'd recommend the Bayou Tea.

My husband and I have been here a few times and everytime we do come the food is always great! But the service never is! And for how expensive this place is, i feel the service should also be great. We took my husband out to eat for his birthday yesterday and our server Nelly never smiled, forgot what we asked her to bring, came to our table and left a few times without a word, and just looked annoyed and irritated the entire time. My husband was upset by it and so was I. We agreed we won’t come here again because as good as the food is, the service will keep us away

Food was really good and reasonable priced for a seafood boil, service was polite and timely with no issues or concerns. Highly recommend if you have not tried it to try or for yourself and see what you think. Bathrooms are clean and all seating areas are clean with limited to no debris on the floor. Went around 6pm on a Friday and there was no wait to be seated for a party of 3.

I came in with my family on a Wednesday for lunch. We got there at around 12 PM, and Amanda our server was very nice and very attentive. I had a couple of questions about the menu, and she was very knowledgeable about the menu, she helped us decide what we wanted to get. We went ahead with the crab trap, that feeds between 2 to 4 people. I added two extra potatoes and two extra corns, along with 1/2 lb of veggies. We went along with the Trinity flavor option, level two. The food was fantastic, it came out hot in a plastic bag that was then served onto a tray where we could all share easily. They cover the table with paper so you just grab everything with your gloves on, and eat on the table! They also give you a bib so that you don’t get your clothes dirty. Amazing experience, you get to eat like a pig! We didn’t get there during the happy hour, but it seemed like they had great options available, will definitely be back to enjoy some of that.
My wife and I went to this business for a birthday celebration, The experience I had there was phenomenal, The live music the food The atmosphere And the staff was excellent. Would recommend this for any seafood lover or New Orleans style menu favorite . It was just excellent. We will definitely return so that we can try everything they have to offer. my hats off to the Wait staff for their service It was excellent! A great place for a special date night For all ages.
First time there w of my dearest friend from Austin.
Free parking if available
Food was melt in your mouth delicious
It was my 1st time at Boubon Street Seafood Kitchen. My 1st impressions upon entering, I loved the atmosphere. The decor and the live performance mexican music was awesome. The service was good, and the food was amazing, especially the fried alligator.

False hours of operation, called twice, even texted the number as the voice recording recommended, and still no response. Drove 15 minutes to the location, and it was empty. But the hours say till 2am

This is what you get when you pay $35 (more than an actual Cajun boil place):
Cold and bad tasting food. I don’t know if the other reviews were paid reviews but I can assure you this is definitely a 0 star place. It’s unfortunate because I was craving Cajun boil. You live and you learn. We won’t be back. It astonishes me how people setup a business and have the audacity to slap a price on a product that is horrid. Save your money and go to an actual boil place. We were served by the owner, who apparently takes pride in serving this low-quality “food.” The cherry on the top was his wife smoking a vape pen inside the food truck. Overall, we just paid to throw everything away. If you also want to throw your money away, make yourself towards this food truck.
My husband and I enjoyed our lunch as well as the service. Cold drinks were brought to us as soon as we sat down which was perfect for the Texas heat that day. The Bourbon oysters were delicious, Shrimp linguine was okay and the seafood platter was great.
Food was amazing! They accommodated my needs (shrimp allergy) and substituted sauces for me. They have a good and wide wine selection and gave me a great recommendation. From the service to the food to the scenery was lovely! Our server was Jose and he was exceptional, we will most definitely be coming back.
Beautifully hidden inside this great hotel you will find this gem! Smells good as you walk in and it won't disappoint! I'm sure that I need to try more dishes and I will soon enough! Very kind wait staff and bartender!
What a GREAT experience! The staff was very friendly Vero was a sweet young lady and made the night special.

The food was so delicious and hot. Not like warm like most outings, this food was warm your belly hot. If you If you like spice make sure to ask for it and they’ll accommodate you otherwise everything is clean, simple, fresh tasting food. Try them out.

While we didn’t sit there, the bar looked very inviting.

Cheers!
Their food was awesome! It’s my first time trying fried alligator and it was delectable! Their lemonade surely would cool you down in this Texas heat. The staff are nice, too. It’s next to a part of River Walk, so you can opt to burn a few calories when your full with their food.

Don’t come here!!! This place is pitiful service super slow even is not full, no flavor at all!!! I ordered a pound of shrimp and it looks like they only gave us 1/2 of pound . The corn OMG the corn!!!was cold like they just took it out from the freezer and served it!!! And when I am telling you no flavor is like HEB shrimps have more flavor like this … bad bad experience with the food and service

I ordered a passion fruit snow cone and Does this snow cone looks like the picture they post on their Instagram account??? Absolutely no!!!! And it doesn’t taste like passion fruit either

No wonder why this place is empty!!!!!! The only good thing of this place are the restrooms nothing else!

The food here was everything, so good and packed with flavor. We came at the end of a winning Saints game an hour before closing and we were still treated so great, it felt like we were at home. All the staff were friendly and we got to meet the owner. He gave us a sample of the spicy crawfish chowder and told us that his mom is the one in the back cooking all the delicious food we were eating. It definitely felt like eating a home cooked meal. We had the fried alligator, gumbo, and red beans&rice. It was all perfect. 10/10 thank you for the expirence!!

This restaurant is straight out of NOLA! My boyfriend and I moved from Louisiana a month ago and have been looking for a place just like this! Not only did the food taste like home, but it felt like home too! We got the crawfish cream pasta and the fried seafood platter with the homemade remoulade sauce. That alone was a 10/10 but then we got the snowballs. That made the experience a 20/10! Jason, the owner has the Sno-Wizard machine which is the ONLY way to make a snowball And he has pretty much any flavor you want!! As any louisianan knows, its all in the ice when it comes to a good snowball and this was perfection. He also makes his own cream! We got Nectar with condensed milk and cream and then regular strawberry (Jason already adds extra juice, so no worries there!) If you are looking for authentic New Orleans cuisine, this is it!! We will be back for Saints game day!!! #geauxcravorites

So good! I was a big fan of their truck and I'm loving their food still. The gumbo was so flavorful and the soft shell crab was great

The food is absolutely fantastic! I found Jason and his truck when I was on the search for good, authentic Louisiana boiled crawfish-no sauce or dust, just the right spice and flavor soaked into the meat. Not only is their crawfish second only to my grandpa’s, his New Orleans specialties like gumbo, red beans and rice, étouffée, snowballs, and other boiled seafood are always top notch! I can’t wait to dig in to their new, expanded menu at the new brick and mortar restaurant.
