No way to contact this site which is frustrating especially sense they refuse to deliver a package to my house even after confirming the address multiple times

It was easy to drop off my FedEx package for shipping. However, they do not take returns (mine were for Walmart) using a QR code intended for a FedEx authorized ship center. I’ll need to head to a different FedEx location for the returns.

They used out of date or incorrect paperwork to notarize my passport, because of this it then was rejected by the secretary of state. I had a deadline so this really sucked!

Unfortunately, UPS doesn't even know its own policy. The delivery driver requested a signature on a package that does not require a signature. Adding further frustration to the issue by leaving a note without knocking. Is there a way I can give you company negative stars. -1 🌟
So I received the package today, but only after figuring out a way around the automated system. It was not easy it required 9 automated phone calls ranging 5-10 minutes each. Then when no solution was attainable through the automated services. I figured out a way to contact a human. And the help was amazing, she was courteous, understanding and informative in 15 minutes she told us what we need to do resolve the issue with the package and solutions for future packages. Pay your workers more and make the automated system easier to contact a representative if you want to improve your business! (I had to give give a 2 star rating instead of 1 star because of her outstanding help and Information)

Crystal, an employee at Aim greeted me with a friendly smile and welcome immediately upon my entering the store and offered her assistance. She took care of all my needs in a timely manner and even offered helpful solutions to my questions. My customer experience was stellar and I highly recomend.

As always UPS is days late. Shipping somewhere else from now on. It’s a disaster to get in touch for package tracking. Once you get somebody on the line they have even less knowledge of the status of your package. Space cadets. You can always count on them to ruin your plans. Lost business.

I had a package being delivered on oct 4th, 2022 and I wasn't going to be home so I put to deliver to my neighbors house and the driver went to my house and stood at my front door for like 2 min looking at his device and without going to my neighbors house. I was at work so I couldn't tell him anything through the Ring doorbell app and when I called the customer service number the guy didn't understand anything I was trying to tell him and just told me to wait for next day attempt to deliver so I will see how it goes.

Don't leave your package here! Dropped it on a Friday afternoon and hadn't been picked up by Wednesday morning. CVS clerk said that UPS only comes every two days and they don't always check for packages to be picked up.

I have experienced the worst customer service in my life. I was in the store returning couple of items I purchased online. The two employees there were not friendly AT ALL and were a bit aggressive the way they talked to me.They were talking to each other and one of the girls said "here comes the crazy guy, I don't want to help him out"! SO disappointed!! You dont call a customer like that in front of another client. If you don't like dealing with clients. Then look for another job.

They keep re-routing my packages to the wrong address in another state! I have called over 8 times in the last 4 weeks to have this fixed. They keep telling me it's fixed and it's not. Once again my package was routed to another state. Ugg super frustrating!

We live in the country and our mailbox is 1/4 mile away. Some of the times my packages are delivered and UPS puts my boxes on top of the mailbox. I get a message that my package has been delivered, but not on my front porch which are my instructions. It is usually to late to walk up to see if it is there. Don't they know that packages get stolen if they sit there too long? I have complained about this before but it doesn't do any good. What should I do? Otherwise I use UPS for mailing packages and there are many choices to drop them off wherever I am.

Inside CVS, I thought they could process, print and stamp. They only receive packages once they are already stamped and ready to go. Good thing there's an actual shipping center across the parking lot.

Ordered an item online. Delivery date of Friday 8/14/20 before 9 pm. Hmmm, 9 pm rolls around...no package. We were home all afternoon. We look online and see that the sender has refunded our $ because shipment returned! We call the sender, they say they were notified by UPS. Check the tracking # via UPS - says the recipient REFUSED the item. WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE THAT OPPORTUNITY! Guess the driver lied? Called UPS - call center out of country, and they have no supervisors available until MONDAY. Wow! How'd you like to work in a worldwide call center and have no boss to refer to or answer to? Her story on why all this happened changed three times. She said the item was damaged - although their own tracking said it was "out for delivery" three times in three hours" - and why was that??? On truck, off truck, on truck, off truck, on truck, returned? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! And, from a company standpoint - drivers that fib, no way to resolve the issue? WOW - guess we will request Fed Ex next time! We shall see what happens on Monday.....who's willing to take a bet we get a call?? Not me!

Went in to get a couple color copies and (I'm assuming it was the owner) the worker was struggling getting the printer to work. He was multitasking like a madman but still attentive to getting my work done. He politely asked if I could return later for my copies. When I returned the prints were made and he was very kind. Great Customer Service 😊

Now at first I was a little mad my package was a 7 day late due to the fires . And another package they said they tried to deliver but never came by had me hot. the customer service agents we very nice. Now only if that can get the driver to ring a doorbell it would be all good.

I have been going here for years, and I really, really appreciate this place! My packages always show up at their designation (I have experienced the opposite twice from other mailing centers). I also drop off no postage due return items and always, they take them sincerely with no problem (and they aren't making money on the deal). Try them and you'll see what I mean.
