The device was very good. Our waitress was always on top of checking our drinks were full or if we needed anything else. We were even given free popcorn to snack on while we waited for the rest of our party to show! Who doesn't love popcorn!? It was nice and quiet when we went about 6 pm. Started to fill up about an hour later, and still the service was spot on. A manager came round our table twice to introduce himself and see how the service was. We all dispersed into the games rooms after. Helloooo Mario Kart! I'll definitely come back, but again during the daytime or early evening as by the time we left around 10 it was very packed and noisy.

Never have I ever… and I never will again🤣. Honestly this place is a joke. The food is hit and miss, the prices are ridiculous and the management is condescending and immature.
Two of the people I was with ordered the all you could eat wings that were a special for the night. They only had their initial order of wings and could not finish them. We were told that they could not take them home. I asked for a box for my left overs (rather pathetic nachos… that cost $23 for a plate of chips with maybe a quarter cup of cheese and maybe an eighth of a cup of pulled pork on them… I really wished I had taken a picture) and as the waiter walked away told my friend she could use it for her wings.
After putting her leftover wings in the takeout box the manager approached us and asked my friend to open her takeout box! He then told us their policy is that you can’t take wings home on wing night. We then asked why no one had mentioned this to us and that we paid for them and wanted to take them home. (It’s not like she had ordered another order to take home! It was her initial order!) He told us we couldn’t and took the box and left our table! He then proceeded to go to the kitchen and laugh with his staff about it as we watched! It was extremely unprofessional and even after we paid for our meals he was still pointing at the table and talking to his staff.
So after paying her bill for her and her 2 kids who may have eaten 6 wings altogether we left empty handed and with an empty wallet.
As someone who owns a business and deals in hospitality… I am embarrassed for the staff and management.
Needless to say there are so many other good choices for food and entertainment in the city… I won’t be back there.

My 6yr old said she wanted to live here forever! And she's still talking about it days later. Really fun. It was a Friday late afternoon and the place was quite empty. So our crew really had the run of the place. It was spotless from my standpoint. I don't know how often the interiors of the 3-story play structure are cleaned. But our kids loved it. They also enjoyed the bouncy castle and played a big in the arcade. There was also a play structure for toddlers which is a wonderful bonus. I can't even say how many times in past my kids didn't play at different things we've been at cuz it was too rough with the bigger kids.

They also had a cafeteria and loads of tables and chairs for the adults. So many fun things. The bathrooms were very clean. Great place and we'll come again.

Nice people, awesome arcade, cool prizes,
but when me and my friend went to go get a pepperoni pizza and two drinks, it took TWO HOURS of waiting in this cramped line for us to get a mediocre pizza.
Witnessed staff take it out three separate times. Crust was crumbly, crinkled, burnt, and tasted like stale bread. Milkshake was really good though.
I don’t completely blame the staff there, though. They were SEVERELY understaffed (We only saw about five in the kitchen) and there was a lot of people there. Still, kinda sucked.

Always a great experience going to Rec Room with my family. My 6 year old son loves winning tickets so he can exchange for toys at the shop. My husband loves watching his points go up at every visit as he is saving it to get the darthvader fossil watch (it will probably take years 🤭 but he is determined). We are there almost every month, its a great bonding time for my family. We used to eat at the restaurant before hitting the arcade, but the food we tried were sub-par. The poutine, and burger did not have that wow factor, although, I enjoyed the fish tacos!! Will definitely be back again and again!

Beautiful view at night. I love how safety conscious they are with the Axe room. Nice food and lots of games to play, burn energy, and bond with friends. Perfect place for group of friends with lots of energy.

Great place to spend time with children. There are a lot of different games. You buy a pass at the entrance, then you use if for different games. You collect points after each game which can be changed then to prizes at a special room. There is also a bowling and restaurant.
The Rec Room has great service and the best arcade for all ages that we’ve ever been to. The food was a bit over priced for the quality but otherwise our whole family was satisfied with dinner, and Love that the kids meals came with unlimited popcorn and mini donuts for dessert instead of classic ice cream. Although one of our daughters was a bit disappointed that ice cream wasn’t an option so that would be nice if it was put on as an option for the kids meal.

We went on a weeknight, so it wasn’t busy at all, and so much space to walk around to explore the different games. Most importantly loved that we could play the arcade games while waiting for our dinner to be made, and then still have fun afterwards to walk off supper.

Love the little store for Prizes to pick out when claiming tickets versus a classic counter where all of the prizes are behind the counter. The store set up makes it fun for the kids to walk around and pick out their items, and fun that they have so many cool adult prizes (although you’d have to spend thousands of dollars likely to win enough tickets to get them. Lol.). Overall, it’s one of our favourite Family night out places to go, but as our girls get older, I think this will be a fun place for them to hang out with their friends as well.

Best play center for children in Winnipeg, by far!!! The fee per child is very reasonable. Significantly lower than the Fun Park on Wilks Avenue. Free admission for one parent per visit. The food is kind of pricey, but it makes up for the cheap admission. Most of the games have been recently updated. New bouncy house a couple of years ago. Very clean, great staff!!!!
Staff absolutely ruined my kids experience. They were being ruthless about rules that are not even posted anywhere. It got so out of hand that my 2 kids under 5 got yelled at for holding hands. Other kids who where doing the same things were not being addressed by staff. I 100% believe it's due to my wife and kids being indigenous. I absolutely think my kids were being racially targeted. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be escalating this to flying squirrel directly. At one point they had multiple staff member watching my kids
Well, what should've been a good experience was quite the opposite. First things first - with the experience we had I would say prices are astronomical. Secondly, the staff like to enforce rules that are not posted anywhere throughout the building and are very aggressive when doing so. Out of the many rules rule that was being enforced was my 5 and 3 year old were prohibited from hold hands. Another rule being, my 1 year old was not allowed to go anywhere or do anything simply because an adult admission was not paid for - yet there was no admission fees for him upon checking in. We were not offered the "parent" wristband which according to the website comes at no additional cost, yet were guided on paying additional for an adult pass. Giving grace with it being the first day of spring break, there was absolutely no seating available, and when a spot opened up, we sat in the massage chairs that do not work. Another lady also came up and expressed her disappointment with the massage chairs being out of service. While my kids and I were lounging in the 6 and under section, the attendants yelled at my siblings, who were respectful of the rules, to leave the area. This was frustrating because it was very obvious there were other children using the trampoline and foam pit who were very clearly over 6 years in age yet they were left unbothered. I can't help but wonder if we were targetted because of our indigenous culture. While I was not on my phone keeping track of time, it was very apparent from the staff we've overextended our stay. When I came across my phone, I saw were less than 10 minutes over our time and the attendant informed us we needed to pay for another hour or leave. I went to converse with my husband to see what the plan was and within a 5 minute time frame we had several encounters with 3 different attendants insisting on us leaving. Ultimately after conversating with my husband about paying for another hour, we decided not to because attitude of staff. While packing our stuff, the they did not leave my kids alone and haggled very persistently that they are to not step foot on any trampoline, nevermind even even the padding. It's quite extreme if you ask me. Honestly, as someone who was planning my son's birthday party here in the coming months, I am extremely disappointed in their mannerisms, attitude, customer service, and lack of patience when dealing with paid customers. I will definitely be looking to spend my money elsewhere for a birthday party.
The staff was very pleasant and cheerful and helpful and patient. The manager was great. I lost my receipt from the day before, and he took the time to search for it so I would recommend going back again and again and again. Oh the kids loved jumping
Thank you for the party! Everything was fun and comfortable. I would especially like to thank Karl for the best mood and service. This is not the first time we have come to you, please pay attention to this employee, he is your diamond! Thank you
We had a birthday party for a 6 year old (guests were ages 5 - 7) on a Tuesday evening. Our host was excellent. He was so great with the kids and very attentive to any of our needs. Very fun and engaging. Having not attended before I was surprised there wasn't a private party area. I didn't like how we couldn't monitor the kids from the party area as we had 15 guests and they were very young. I do not like that there is no sign in/out procedure with stamps etc. to make sure children leave with the appropriate adult. I am happy I booked on a weekday as it was less busy and we had 5 adults keeping track of the kids but would hesitate to book on a weekend. The food offerings were slim but I did like that we could bring in our own veggie/fruit trays. The parking was awful, especially for a weekday evening. Overall a great experience, we have our other daughter's party booked in March and are looking forward to it as it was a very smooth and organized event!
We have a great birthday party here. Jassle and stress free gor me as a parent and everyone had a blast. Absolutely recommend it.
What a great place to take my great niece and nephew from out of town.
Tina and the staff were amazing!
Kids were fell asleep on the ride home they were so pooped out. Lol
We visited on Friday for the fighter jet F18 experience doing the first class the fundamentals. This was an experience I will never forget and was incredible and very immersive. Each movement of the flight stick, throttle, flaps and gear all felt very immersive and had a realistic feel and responsiveness. The cockpit is in very good condition and the controls clearly are well maintained and looked after. The 180 panoramic screen delivers a beautiful and crisp realistic image with a good frame rate which feels very responsive.

The instructor was professional, patient, understanding and incredibly helpful with assistance and making sure I was comfortable with what I was doing and clearly knew what he was doing. The gentleman was also very polite with giving me feedback and helping out when needed.

Overall this is a experience that I could not fault one little bit and would highly recommend to anyone, but indeed as he mentions this is not generic arcade this a serious flying experience and simulator where every movement feels realistic and a lot of work has been put in to make it feel like the realistic unlike most games where game does most the work for you but in this you are more in charge.
Thank you

Update: June 19, 2024 - I downgraded The Recroom to 4 stars because we came after around 9pm to watch the game and the bar service was awful. We were really unsure if there was going to be table service or if we had to order from the bar tender. At making eye contact and waving the bartender over we waited 10 minutes at the table and then another 5 at the bar and the bartender never acknowledged us at all. The bartender was very slow and he seemed overwhelmed even though it was not busy. Original post: July 2023. I came here with a large work group and we all had a great time. They had us well organized for games and we even tried the ax throwing. You need closed toe shoes for that. The food was good and service was great. They brought out popcorn for us as well. The food and drinks were a bit expensive but if you're here for a fun night of games this is a fantastic place. I'd definitely come back with my family. They have a lot of different arcade games to choose from!
Absolutely amazing experience. Got as a gift for my dad who is an ex-pilot and he loved it. Memories for both of us came flooding back. Incredibly well done and wonderful communication to set up the time and expectations for the experience. Thanks Yuri for your help! Will definitely be back.
Great experience. I dream of becoming a pilot and this was amazing! Any aviator would love this. Yuri was my instructor and he was extremely easy to follow and nice!
Great 2 hours playing on all the trampolines and games!! Clean facility, staff was polite and conscientious. Great mini donuts and slush puppies. It's definitely worth visit!!
Great place to play with the kiddos and let them run around. Arcades are alright (a bit over priced), but the bounce house, mini climbing wall, and large play area were great. Friendly staff. Worth it.
My Son took part in the beginners lesson on the 737 and had a great time learning and experiencing being behind the controls. We both highly recommend Pilots club for those seeking this kind of experience.
I can't wait to try the F-18!
If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. I tried the CF-18 simulator today, and it was beyond incredible. I had some experience with flight simulators in the past, but this is so far above and beyond anything I have ever seen. The pre-flight intro was awesome and filled me in on the exact controls, and the simulator itself was super immersive. The instructor, Yuri, was incredibly nice and walked me through the flight the whole way, giving me pointers as to how to perform certain maneuvers, on takeoff, landing, and taxiing. It was so much fun, and the hour absolutely flew by (pun intended). Overall this was an incredible experience and I would recommend this for anyone.
Awesome place for kids. It's indoor therefore one of the best places for kids in winters. $15 for kids admission. Parking isn't an issue as well. Great experience overall.
My kids bought me two sessions for my birthday. I've always been interested in flying and especially in the 4th Gen fighters. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Yuri walked me patiently through all the procedures and was in my ear for the whole flight. I flew wing for Chris. I only saw him on the screen and heard him in my headset, but he was fantastic as a flying buddy. Both men are very patient and encouraging as they talk you through the flight. Landing was definitely intense, (the adrenaline glands were working overtime) but after a successful landing I felt great. Forget XBox! I would recommend this for anyone who wants a very unique experience that feels like the real thing! Great work, guys!
An excellent and engaging experience. Preflight instruction involved familiarization of the cockpit and how control surfaces are operated. Voice instruction during flight from takeoff to landing as needed - delivered in a knowledgeable, professional and patient way. Sky and land visuals looked great, mimicking aircraft behavior. I look forward to another flight in the future.
It's a decent kid fun zone. Staff are pretty young and not engaged. Parking is limited. The floor can be quite cold in the winter, so bring warm socks. If you're looking for new, this isn't the place. It looks like it hasn't had much investment in 15 years. But it's fine.

My kids love kid city. I usually go to the century location by my place. Came to this location twice and it’s pretty clean. It has a separate toddler section which I think is good for young ones. Just a heads up, you can’t bring your own drinks like coffees inside.
Today I had a blast flying in the beautiful CF-18 flight simulator! This activity is suited for people of all levels of aviation knowledge; from complete beginner, enthusiast, and even professional. Even if you have never seen a cockpit before in your life, Yuri will walk you through the entire flight, and make you look like a natural. The cockpit has amazing attention to detail and is extremely realistic (even the hatch closes). The maps and runways are very nicely detailed, and the wide view provided by several projectors, as well as the heads-up-display result in an extremely immersive experience! With this simulator, you will get the opportunity to taxi, takeoff, circuit, land, perform aerobatic maneuvers, fly in formation with other aircraft, etc... Your friends and family will be able to watch you fly from a very comfortable couch while spectating a projected view of the aircraft in flight. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone with a passion for aviation who wants to have a very realistic taste of flying in the CF-18 Hornet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
