Worst experience with one of the representatives ( indian girl). First they need to teach her how to deal with customers. She has so much attitude and less education. Today i went there to return an item. Since it was online purchase so there was no paper receipt or bill. First thing she asked was that do you have receipt? I said no because i bought it online. Instead of understanding the process, she goes like what do u mean u didn’t get the receipt. Everyone gets it and so on. She wasn’t ready to explain. Then, there was another sweet girl who came she understood what i was trying to say. Store manager really needs to work on their employee’s customer service and talking skills.

For a watch boutique, no customer service and swayed me away from buying the watch.

Had a chance to visit Fargo time and it was a great experience. Zack was there to help us out, he showed us different variety of watches and brands. He can find you what you are looking for, also the prices are very competitive. Excellent and friendly customer service.

Got my first Tissot watch. There was some delay but it’s fine, because good service makes up for it. Love the watch. And Zak was helpful at the store when I went to get my watch adjusted.

I usually visit their Yorkdale Mall location so it was my first time here and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman upfront helped me with my belt and the lady guided me through their new shoe collection with care and kindness.

I would highly recommend this location. They have a large selection of items and most importantly, common sizes which are difficult to find at other locations.

Found this store online after eyeing the mint green Tissot PRX for almost a year. The owner gave me an amazing deal on the watch! Asked a gentleman working at the store whether a pair I was interested in were Goodyear welted. He asked “what is that?!” as if I was talking about rocket science. What a shame that this is what Ferragamo has become. It’s a brand that is best fit for selling its belts to teenagers rather than fine footwear. Shame.

Fossil is a well-known brand in the fashion industry, and their store inside Square One Mall lives up to the expectation. The store itself is spacious and well-designed, making it easy to navigate and shop.

Google should offer the provision for assigning zero stars. The woman at the store on Tuesday, 16th January 2024, at 8:30 PM, exhibited egregious rudeness, employing a condescending tone and projecting an exceedingly cold demeanor. Considering Canada's reputation as a polite nation, it is disheartening to encounter such lamentable behavior. Despite appearing native, her demeanor was regrettably lacking in civility.

The customer service from these 3 ladies was exceptional! They helped me pick out everything I needed and wanted :) I left very happy and thank you again!

Gina was very accommodating and kind. She was very bright, welcoming, sweet-and gave spectacular service. She answered all our questions and was very patient. Definitely ask for her when you come by!

Giving this place 1/5 stars. Placed an online order 3 weeks ago, initially had inventory then when I emailed was told watch was on backorder.. poor customer service & no communication with the customer. I paid for 2 day shipping, well after a week of waiting I had to ask for my shipping fee credited back.. emailed back multiple times with no answer of when I'd get my watch. Finally the day I called to get a refund and the watch was magically in the store, ready for shipping. Only reason I give one star because once shipped I got within a day, & the watch was as expected. Waiting three weeks when it should've been two days is unacceptable. But I recommend going somewhere else with your money, customer service should be number one and sadly it just wasn't here..

Michael Kors is a really good brand and these days is a black Friday and winter break deals are really good everyone must have must visit.

I ordered online and pickup was from store and when I went there in my time (when it says you can pick your item) , the sales rep told me it’s sold out and she can’t find it . But why?? And how?? At least am supposed to be informed that my pickup item is not available. I received email from Michael kors at 4:34 pm saying “Hurry and pick your item , its available in store. “ and I was in store at 4:40pm when sales rep informed it’s sold out. I am very disappointed. Though she wasn’t rude but it’s not acceptable. I travelled all the way from oakville specially to pick to square one.

Worst experience ever, I bought a new watch and it had scratches all over it, I went to go exchange it only 45 mins after and they got upset and was extremely rude about the exchange, but the cherry on top was they exchanged it with a watch that didn’t have scratches, BUT the time wasn’t ticking so I instantly went somewhere to get the battery changed because I didn’t want to deal with rudeness, it worked but a few minutes the minute hand stop ticking again. Went to get the battery changed, they damaged my watch. Lack of expertise and they told me someone will call me to discuss the case, but no one called me. This store dont care for customers..Imagine being a watch company they just damaged someone's watch and have no answer to it. I could have gone to any other watch shop, however, I went to Fossil expecting high quality of service.

I had a terrible experience with the fossil store manager Muhammad while shopping today along with my wife and 3 years old daughter. We found the store staff extremely cooperative and helpful until we came across Muhammad at the payment counter. Who from the very beginning came across grumpy and unprofessional.

On complaining regarding his rude behaviour he kept saying “you’re taking too long and wasting my time”. I couldn’t believe he’s saying that to a customer in-front of a lot of other people. I couldn’t understand how could I waste his time in 2 minutes of interaction whereas the other sales staff gave me good 10-15 minutes in selecting the watch.

He couldn’t take it well and rather than being professional he kept threatening to call security on me to remove me from the store. I was there with my family and he kept disrespecting me in front of everyone, although I kept reminding him he was being unprofessional and his attitude was wrong. I told him that he’s got a beautiful name but a very rude and arrogant attitude.
I was having a great day with my family and this guy managed to ruin everything within minutes and caused us mental stress. This person’s attitude is not right for the customer facing role. I am a fossil lover and got a collection of Fossil watches however I’ll ensure I never walk into this store again. Disappointed and stressed due to pathetic and unprofessional customer service and that too by the store manager.

First rate service! My wife, son, and I just came in for an engraving and possible watch repair at the Square One location. Urvi and Mohamed both took good care of us. The engraving was easy to choose and done immediately and the quality was perfect. Unfortunately, my old Fossil watch couldn't be repaired at the store, but Mohamed informed me of my options and I ended up with a new watch which I am extremely happy with. My wife also bought some jewelry for a close friend. Urvi and Mohamed were very kind and receptive to our needs and explained everything clearly. We are very happy with their service and will be sure to back again and recommend to others! Thanks Fossil!

worst ferragamo store i have been at. all because of the staff

I had a truly disappointing experience at the Michael Kors store. The staff's lack of professionalism was evident, and it's clear that the management is doing a poor job. To make matters worse, they failed to inform me about their return or exchange policy for the smart watch, leaving me frustrated. The smart watch itself turned out to be nothing but garbage. I won't be returning to this store, and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. If you go there stay away from sales rep MIRIAM.

It takes super long to start and use the watch. And honestly a smart watch from amazon is smarter than this slow watch. I don’t know what to do with this watch.

I visited the SQ 1 location and picked up a belt. Will was awesome and very helpful. He helped me pick the right belt and also cut it to get the fit done perfectly. Overall experience was very pleasant. Will is a great sales person and very patient.

I forgot the Asian woman's name but she was lovely to speak to. Walked out of the store with 3 items. I'll consider shopping here directly rather than purchasing items at Saks.

One of the employees was judgemental and looked down on us because we walked in with casual clothes. She blocked off the front door with the belt barrier as soon as we entered and removed it immediately after we left. We asked about other colours for a bag and all she responded was that the other colours weren't on sale. After escorting another customer, she left to join a co-worker and refused to help us further.

My husband and I came on Fruday, it was my husband's birthday, I wanted to get him the Belt and Alexis was kind enough to hold the door open 10 mins after closing for me to come and get his birthday gift. Amazing store, amazing friendly staff. They don't allow more than 10 customers inside the store as a covid precaution, but still they'll give you all the attention in the world while you're browsing. So hats off for that. Plus products are personal choices but this Garrett HR Gen 5 watch i picked is amazing and working smooth and fine. The straps are a bit pricy, but I got one from this Fossil Store and others I already had. Overall good experience with both the shop and product.

Inattentive staff, prices higher than stores, unbelievable!

The customer service has improved greatly since my last visit. Kathy, is one of the best. I recommend her, just ask for her. She is well informed, I did not feel judged at all. She is kind and very attentive. She goes beyond my expectations. Me and my whole family buy from her. We are so happy with her that we even asked for her schedule to make sure she is there.
ABOUT FERRAGAMO. Their sun glasses are amazing. I wish their jackets which are a beautiful design would be made of other material not leather. Not only because I am vegan but as canadian, leather is not the best choice for cold weather . Yet love their designs, beautiful, stylish, amazing customer service, just material is not cruelty free.
